"Couldn’t be happier with the stay. Arrived early morning at Turpan rail station and the owner granted early checkin without a fuss. Super convenient given the tiring overnight train journey. Owner was also kind enough to arrange for tour driver for one day sightseeing. The area is awesome! Next door is a local vegetable and fruit shop where things can be purchased super cheaply. Bought a large watermelon (in season) and the owner lent a knife to cut it open. Delicious! The room is great; well appointed, clean, breezy. Only slight issue with the bathroom where the water didn’t drain fast enough so need to shower carefully to prevent overflow into the room. Overall, it was a stay well beyond expectation. The owner was super nice and helpful."

"Simply great place! Excellent value for money, the place is full of beautiful vineyards of grapes, the place looks like in a fairy tale. There is a shuttle that comes quickly and efficiently. The room in the shape of a wine barrel is great and clean, the staff is very nice and efficient, they helped us quite a bit. The breakfast is great and varied and there are also vegetarian options. There is a possibility of free laundry, and the reception is really available 24/7. The winery tour was beautiful and the long canal is very impressive. The shuttle from the train to the hotel and from the hotel to the train worked great. To improve - the pool was dirty throughout our stay, other than that it is just an amazing place! We will be back again in the future"

"The room is very cool, and the e-sports is great. I came to Turpan with my friends and stayed in a very cost-effective hotel. Four people live in 85 square meters, there are 3 bathrooms, and there are computers for playing. Fried chicken is nice! In addition, I would like to commend the three front desk guys: Waili, Ai Zihaier, and Mai Erdan. Their service is particularly good, and they are also handsome and stylish. I feel the enthusiasm of the people of Xinjiang!"

"I initially considered detailing my two unpleasant interactions with the manager, but then I realized my discomfort as a customer simply stemmed from their personality. There's no point dwelling on it, as the same issues would likely persist. In stark contrast, another front desk staff member present at the time was far more capable of handling customer inquiries and displayed a much more pleasant service attitude. Crucially, she achieved this without compromising the hotel's interests – that's what I call true service quality. Aside from that particular individual, the other staff members were incredibly friendly and attentive. The hotel's design is meticulous and thoughtful, providing a washing machine, a capsule coffee maker, a drying rack, and even bath bombs. I really appreciated the overall atmosphere and attention to detail. Despite how much I liked the hotel, I actually moved to a different hotel within the same complex the very next day, purely to avoid any further interaction with the manager. A heads-up to all fellow travelers: Be wary of “free room upgrades”! It's often just a competitive tactic to gain an edge over other hotels. Don't ask me how I know, but I booked two rooms this time, *both* of which came with 'free upgrade' entitlements!!! Also, make sure to read the comment section thoroughly 😁 Oh, and the sand therapy area was another big plus! The elder gentleman working there was incredibly responsible and made guests, especially those who had traveled far, feel genuinely cared for. There was also another sweet-looking front desk lady who was very friendly and enthusiastic; I asked her one question, and she anticipated and answered all my subsequent potential questions. Both professional and warm 🤝"

"This Banxia B&B was a pleasant surprise! ”Cool in the Summer” truly lives up to its name. The Xiaowan twin room was clean and refreshing, and it wasn't stuffy at all during the summer. The B&B has a unique environment and is very close to the Karez Park. The staff were warm and attentive, answering every question and recommending local delicacies. It was a very comfortable stay for a solo traveler."

"It's a very good hotel. It's very comfortable to stay. You feel at home. You can pick grapes. The boss is very nice. The swimming pool is very beautiful, and the lawn is automatically sprayed every morning, which is very beautiful. The breakfast was amazing, but for me, who stayed for three days in a row, it would have been nice to have some changes in the breakfast. However, I feel that my requirements are a bit high. "This is simply the best homestay we have ever stayed in Xinjiang, no doubt about it! The environment is beautiful, the rooms are very clean, and the decoration style is a bit like a fusion of old money style and ethnic style.. The details are full, the service is super thoughtful, the front desk clerk always has a smile on his face, very friendly and professional, and very good-looking! "The room is a bit old and the details are not very clean, but the outdoor environment is still very good, very Moroccan style, you can also order stir-fries, and there is even pizza. It costs less than 250 yuan a night, and the breakfast is not bad. Maybe Turpan is too hot in July, so it’s the off-season. It’s the restaurant with the best cooking and the best outdoor environment during my 10-day trip to Xinjiang. The store is a bit out of the way and you have to wait 5 days for a taxi. -It takes 10 minutes to call a car. The overall price level in Turpan is quite low. You can freely pick grapes under the vines and eat them."

"This stay at Turpan Manxin Hotel completely exceeded expectations! Whether it is the location, room facilities, or impeccable service, I would like to strongly recommend it to all travelers. I would especially like to praise Miss Gulimire at the front desk, and the handsome Uyghur guy with a London accent who helped me with my room issue at around midnight (it was too late and I forgot to ask his name)! From the moment I checked in, I could feel her enthusiasm and professionalism! Our problems are always solved promptly and quickly! The meticulous care really made us feel at home! Perfect details! The handsome guy on duty at night also put himself in our family's shoes and changed our room immediately when there was a problem, for fear of disturbing the children's sleep. It was really heartwarming and professional! Of course, there are other staff members who are equally worthy of praise: every time I pass by the lobby, I will receive a smiling greeting. This high level of service awareness among all staff is really rare in domestic hotels! I have hardly ever written a review of a hotel, but this time I feel I must tell you about it.
