"This was hands down the best hotel of our Xinjiang trip! The design and decor are absolutely fantastic. It offers incredible value for money! The hotel also provides sand therapy and even has some lovely small animals to visit. It's kept impeccably clean, completely free of any unpleasant odors! The overall hygiene is excellent, and the mattress is super comfortable – neither too soft nor too hard. I woke up feeling completely refreshed the next morning! The breakfast spread was also incredibly rich and varied! The only minor downside was that the projector screen in the room was broken. Turpan is absolutely an underrated gem of a city! I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit; it's truly fantastic!"

"What a wonderful place to stay! Even though we arrived very late in the evening, they still cooked dinner for us. The room was spotlessly clean, with lovely decor and had everything we needed. For a peaceful getaway, this is the place. The manager and his family were delightful - so kind, friendly and helpful. After a day out sight-seeing, we loved relaxing on the hotel balcony and looking up at the amazing rock formations only a stone's throw away. We stayed three nights and hope to come back some day. Thank you for a fabulous stay."

"This place absolutely deserves a perfect score! After booking, the butler called us, sharing the exact location, comprehensive travel and food guides for Turpan, and even asked if we had any special room requests. The entire check-in process and service made us feel incredibly comfortable. We drove from Dunhuang, through the vast wilderness to Hami, and then directly to Turpan without stopping. By the time we arrived, it was already 2 AM. Although the guesthouse doesn't typically serve dinner, we had informed the butler of our needs in advance, and he kindly arranged a delicious meal for us. Having warm food waiting felt just like coming home. It's truly a blessing to experience such thoughtful service during a trip. Oh, and a small detail: we hadn't ordered any drinks, but the butler noticed and brought us some refreshing watermelon juice anyway. The service truly is incredibly thoughtful!"

"The hospitality and abundance of Xinjiang people are fully reflected in this B&B. As soon as we parked, the young men helped us with our luggage and checked us in. The B&B has two floors, and my mom and I stayed in the family room with our two children. We were pleasantly surprised to find a Haier Little Prodigy washing machine. The facilities were all new and elegant, blending ethnic and modern styles. We had dinner directly at the hotel at 9 pm, and every dish was to our liking. I'll definitely choose this place again!"

"This stay at Turpan Manxin Hotel completely exceeded expectations! Whether it is the location, room facilities, or impeccable service, I would like to strongly recommend it to all travelers. I would especially like to praise Miss Gulimire at the front desk, and the handsome Uyghur guy with a London accent who helped me with my room issue at around midnight (it was too late and I forgot to ask his name)! From the moment I checked in, I could feel her enthusiasm and professionalism! Our problems are always solved promptly and quickly! The meticulous care really made us feel at home! Perfect details! The handsome guy on duty at night also put himself in our family's shoes and changed our room immediately when there was a problem, for fear of disturbing the children's sleep. It was really heartwarming and professional! Of course, there are other staff members who are equally worthy of praise: every time I pass by the lobby, I will receive a smiling greeting. This high level of service awareness among all staff is really rare in domestic hotels! I have hardly ever written a review of a hotel, but this time I feel I must tell you about it. It is truly a benchmark in the Turpan hotel industry! I hope to do better and better!"
