4-Star Hotels in Turpan

This is by far the best hotel I've stayed at during my two-week business trip in Xinjiang. I was lucky enough to get a room upgrade. The breakfast, in particular, was abundant and delicious. The cleanliness, facilities, and service attitude absolutely blow away hotels like Hanting Premium and Home Inn. It's Hilton quality at a budget hotel price – the value for money is incredible! Plus, you can even rent traditional ethnic clothing for a free photoshoot. I was so impressed, I just had to write a separate post about it on Xiaohongshu!

The hotel was clean and tidy overall; I felt refreshed and comfortable as soon as I walked in. The room was bright and airy, the bed was soft and dry, and the bedding was flat and odorless. The wash area was spotless. The air was fresh, and the facilities were complete and easy to use, with great attention to detail. The environment was quiet and not noisy, making for a relaxing and pleasant stay. It felt warm and comfortable overall, a really great experience that made me feel at ease.

I stumbled upon this hotel during my trip to Turpan, and it completely exceeded my expectations! The architecture is full of Western Regions character, and the grounds are absolutely stunning – perfect for photos. The room was clean and spacious, with all the amenities. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and enthusiastic, and they even thoughtfully recommended local tours and dining routes. All three meals were authentic and delicious, and the location was convenient for getting around. I felt so relaxed and comfortable during my stay. If you're coming to Turpan for a vacation, you absolutely must stay here!

The hotel has a view of the desert from the room. Remember to ask for a room on the 8th or 9th floor. The hotel is located in the south of the new city and is very close to the Desert Park. All aspects are good and parking is also convenient.

Wonderful hotel and experience. Upon arrival, we had been upgraded to a business suite which was incredibly large and spacious! The room was extremely comfortable and the mattress was so comfortable, it was some of the best nights of sleeping we had while traveling. The location is excellent- easy walk to the museums and markets. It’s around a 25 minute drive to the train station, less than 10 min to the Karaz museum…. Out front of the hotel fruit vendors set up in the evening and the fruit is absolutely delicious! They also have a washer/ dryer set so you can do laundry which was a huge bonus.

This is a newly opened hotel, and I booked two rooms. To my surprise, one of them was under maintenance, and the room had a strong odor. Originally, each room came with three breakfast vouchers. We were a group of seven, including children. The front desk offered complimentary breakfast for the children and gave us seven vouchers in total. However, the next day at the restaurant, the staff at the entrance said vouchers weren't needed and that each room only included breakfast for three people, requiring us to pay for one additional person. After some discussion, the children were eventually allowed to eat for free, but it certainly spoiled the mood.

This is a must-stay hotel for the whole family! Convenient transportation, super cool underground parking garage, and the hotel front desk staff are incredibly attentive. The receptionist upgraded our room for free and gave us complimentary breakfast! Hahahaha!!! Awesome!!!

I was passing by on a business trip. I went in and saw that the hotel was very good, so I placed an order. The winery started out as a wine producer, and the newly added accommodation industry has a strong winery flavor in the design of the rooms. The decoration is very high-end, the sanitary environment and service are very good. Parking in the yard is free, convenient and safe. The breakfast is also great. You can also visit the wine cellar. It is the best choice for business trips and tourism. I will come often in the future

Very good, the hotel breakfast is also OK, which should be considered very good in the local area. I am not used to Xinjiang rice, but I ate a full stomach. There is a food street outside. It is a national custom that many people are not allowed to drink alcohol. I packed it back to the hotel and ate it while it was still hot.

This stay exceeded my expectations. The room was very spacious, and all the home appliances were readily available and easy to operate. The hotel's location is excellent, not far from the desert, just a few minutes by taxi. The biggest plus was the complimentary hotel shuttle service, a thoughtful detail that made a real difference. If you're visiting Shanshan, this is definitely the place to choose!
