Ullapool Hotels with Breakfast

Stayed here for one night before getting the ferry from Ullapool. Perfect location with free parking for our campervan just outside. Reasonably priced at £99 for the night - I believe it was extra for breakfast which we didn’t have. After reading the bad reviews we were worried about staying here but we were really pleasantly surprised. The beds were really comfy, the room was nicely decorated and it was extremely clean. Dog friendly too at £10 per night per dog. Both our dogs were made very welcome with treats when we checked in. Nice little bar area at the front of the hotel which dogs can go in too.

We stayed at The Harbour House in October 2024. We thought it was absolutely exceptional. The location is superb, with lovely views across Loch Broom, and only a five minute walk into town. The check in experience was first class; we were made to feel very welcome. The bedroom was very comfortable with what seemed like a recently upgraded bathroom. The lounge area is very nice and the garden area quite lovely. The breakfast was very good and our two servers were so nice. We would highly recommend staying here.

It is a very nice house that you can have a sitting room of classic style and a bedroom with comfortable big sitting chairs and twin beds. The quality of bed sheet , pillow and blanket is comparable with high price hotel, very clean and soft. Landlord lady is pleasant and gentle. She is kind to offer breakfast at your choice. It is served in a dinning room well decorated. Enjoy our two-days in such a clean and warm house. If I will visit Ullapool again I will reserve this guest house again.

Converted family home into a few B&B rooms. We stayed in the en-suite room. It was exactly as we were expecting from the booking - friendly and welcoming host when we checked in. Clean and well decorated room - innovative use of space - particularly the en-suite. Excellent shower! We were recommended a few local restaurant for dinner with informative directions to walk into town - only 10 or so minutes. Breakfast in the morning exceeded our expectations - it was continental but had a huge selection including a fresh pot of tea and warm pastries. Small and comfy accommodation - exactly what we needed for a one night stay.

It's really a remote place, there is nothing wrong with it. Although the hotel is small, it has all the internal organs and the heating is very warm. Outside the window is the sea, separated by a road and lawn.
