We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. We stayed here as the hotel is in close proximity to Disneyland Tokyo. We visited the park for 3 days and it took us roughly 10/15 minutes each day to get to the parks from the hotel, as the monorail is just a short walk away. On our last day in Disney it was pouring with rain and we got soaked. We had already checked out of the hotel and they were keeping our bags as we were taking the limo bus service to the airport later that night. Not wanting to get on the plane sopping were we asked if we could hav a room for a few hours to shower and dry off. The staff were very happy to help, and for just a small fee we were able to get a room. The staff were considerate and so helpful. Thank you for making our trip and ending one to remember.

Very recommended hotel. Have shuttle bus to go to airport and go to aeon mall. Great location and also great staff. Great for who want to rest while waiting for next flight.

Good price, near to Disneyland. Provide shuttle bus every 10 mins to and from Disdneyland. Ideal for those visiting Disdneyland. The hotel lobby is on 2nd floor. It has a lounge that provides free bear, drinks and snacks from 11am to 11pm. Guest are to collect toiletries from a room nearby to reception, there are plenty of toiletries items, guests can select what they need. There is a Lawson on hotel 2nd floor. The hotel is connected to train station and a shopping mall with a number of eateries.

Room was great with a good view only the room cleanliness needs to be improved upon — generally the staff are friendly and would go the extra mile for guest Have already written a note for housekeeping on ways to improve.. upon check in bedsheet had a stain and on it , no other feedback — amenities are good and very family friendly which is what is expected of a resort

Good escape for you especially if you transit for long time or just lost your flight like me hahaha. They provide free shuttle bus to airport vice versa

The location is very close to the station, the staff are very helpful, and the room is bigger and tidier than expected. Just shower head have some water leaking problem, overall is good

I stayed in this hotel not because I wanted to drink. Most of them mainly go to Disney. The location is not very good, but the supporting facilities are helpful. 1. There is a shuttle bus that goes directly to the 2 parks and the frequency is calculated. 2. The hotel has convenient access. Shop, after playing Disney, you can enjoy wild food when you return to the hotel. There is a large bathing room and free comics. It is a hotel worth trying.

Booked this hotel for the sake of convenience. Shuttle bus is at berth 33. Driver is an old gentleman who is very professional and polite. It took us about 15 minutes to get to this hotel from Narita Airport. Greeted by friendly staff who could speak very fluent English. Restaurant closed at 21:30 but got a 24h convenience store on the 1st floor. The facilities are bit outdated, but is enough for customers like us. The space is big. Shuttle bus timetable is demontrated below. Overall, it is a place that worth the price.

Check-In It was a very smooth experience. The process was completed in under 4minutes. The staff was well prepared with the room keys, offered a letter about the dinning options and hotel facility. At the reception the team included all Japanese speak but with multiple language skills like English, Hindi, Nepali, etc. Hotel reception also offers the guest to buy the face mask of various character to choose from. Room It was my repeat stay in this property. The room was prepared immaculately. The amenities were placed in the room included small water bottle, iron/iron board, mini vault for storing valuables, the alarm clock with facility to play songs. The bathroom also had bathing amenity like shower gel, hand soap bar, shampoo/conditioner. The room was also poorly lit as 3 of the lights were not working. In the complete room it was just 1 bulb that was functional. Room Service menu It houses a deep illustration of food items available for children/ adult. Besides that it also gives multiple option of beverages. The price are little bit expensive as compared to other properties in the region. Business center The hotel offers the use of computer on the mezzanine floor. It has 2 station, i.e 1 for English keyboard and 1 for Japanese keyboard. Sadly there is no printing facility. There is not printer provided, however if anyone want to print they need to sent the email to front desk email and they will print for the customer. It leaves me with a thought about the privacy of the documents. Hmmm. Something to look into. Restaurant Dinning The hotel practice social distancing. It offers the use of hand sanitiser, plastic gloves, and face mask. The ground floor restaurant is big with seating facility of over 75pax. The staff was very polite and humble in approach. While waiting for my turn I was promptly attended, asked if I would like a dine in or take away. I was escorted to a table of my choice, offered the menu and poured the ice cold water. The food was tasty, as per Japanese cuisine. The portion was substantially big, with a lot of accompaniments. Towards the end of the dinning experience it got busy with a lot of customers came in to dine. Overall a good experience. Checkout The hotel practices social distancing. The check out was prompt. With no bills to settle they offer a drop box to put the key. Points of concerns:- 1. The room was not as per my expectation this time as the toilet bowl was dirty with black strains in it. 2. The room was not sufficiently lit. 3. Printing facility to maintain privacy of documents.

It was a one night stay before my flight, as I suspect many are. The hotel is positioned for the airport, so it is not near anything interesting to do. The restaurant was nice but I only are breakfast there. Wide range of Japanese and Western foods to choose from. Adequate for a hotel that size. I very much appreciated the free shuttle to/from the airport. This hotel is not a destination, but it is serving a need for travellers wanting an inexpensive place to rest with convenient access to the airport before or after a flight. The lobby, hallways and room were spacious but definitely tired-looking and overall in need of refurbishment. Room was clean and bed was fine. I could not find a light switch to turn off my room lights, which was odd. Service was wonderful - courteous, helpful and friendly, as is typical of Japan.

Very big room for Japan standards. Very close to Disneyland (just 1 stop on the train, hotel very close to metro station) which is great if you’re spending a lot of time at Disney. A little far from downtown though (40-60 minutes by metro). The hotel was very clean and beautiful and the service was amazing, breakfast buffet was very good.

This is definitely a higher class hotel comparing to the next door comfort suites. We did stayed 2 nights at comfort suites before moving to this Hyatt property. Everything is more upscaled and with the club lounge access, the breakfast is buffet in the main area which is great. Afternoon cocktail was ok, not the greatest selection, especially in terms of seafood types of food, but reasonable. We usually come here for early breakfast(6:30-7:00am) and it was great. But if you come around 9am, there'll be a line to get in. The shuttle schedule to Disneyland/Disneysea is quite less than that in Comfort Suites and they have a weird coding system with circle & square notations on additional shuttles which is confusing to me. That said, they do have shuttle to/from the train station, which Comfort suites does not have at all. I think you can take Comfort Suites' shuttle if the schedule at Tokyo bay does not work for you... We did use the coin operated washer/dryer in Comfort Suites before moving here which is very convenient. As we walked around, there's a bigger laundromat nearby(5 minutes walk).

When you arrive at TDR, you can leave your luggage at Ikspiari in front of the station and check in on the spot, so it was convenient to enter the room without lining up at the counter when you arrive at the hotel after closing. I always use this when I go to TDR, but this time I stayed at the West Side for the first time. The concept of the room was ”guest room in the castle”, and it was a fun room like the decorations in the room entered the land. The room was very beautiful and I was able to spend it comfortably.

Recommended, cheap and good, the room is large, there are free subway and park shuttles, and a drink bar, more than 400 triple rooms, stayed for two nights, made full use of the shuttle bus, rounding off is free of charge... There are many barbecue, sushi, and ramen restaurants around, all of which are quite delicious. There is a convenience store just outside the door, which is very convenient even if you don't have a reservation. There are airport buses from Narita or Haneda. The fare is slightly more expensive than the subway, but it is direct to one stop, saving worry and effort, especially suitable for families traveling with children. There are only two flights a day from Narita. You can take the bus to Mitsui Garden Hotel Station and then walk for seven or eight minutes.

I stayed with my family using the Chiba Toku Travel Campaign. The parking lot was parked before going to the park because you can park at 0:00 ～ on the check-in day. Check-in came back from the park and it was around 20:30, but I was able to check in with a waiting time of about 20 minutes. The front desk guided me carefully. It was a short stay plan at check-in 19:00 and check-out 10:00, but the reservation was made from the official site two weeks ago. With the use of travel discount, the accommodation fee per person was about 8000 yen + 3000 yen coupon. The room was larger than I expected and the bath was large. There was a little pink mold (?) On the wash basin, but that's what I was interested in. I used the spa without using the bath in the guest room. It's usually 2200 yen, but it was 1100 yen because I got a half-price ticket at check-in. For women, there was a mist sauna and a face care steamer in the changing room. Because it is large, I didn't care much about the congestion. It's about the degree that the dryer will be crowded. It wasn't a plan with breakfast, but there was a word of mouth that the bread was delicious, so I went to eat breakfast around 8 o'clock. Many people were waiting and entered the restaurant in about 20 minutes. There were many kinds of bread and it was difficult to choose, but the croissants and pie dough bread were especially delicious. Check-out was a memorial to the trip because you can proceed with the TV in the room if you don't need to settle, and you can bring your room key back. Access is available, but buses run between Bayside Station and Hotel, Maihama Station and Hotel. When I headed to the hotel around 20:30, I was waiting for a bus at the Bayside Station, so I walked to the hotel, but it was about 10 minutes. However, because the weather was bad, the wind was strong along the sea, and it was difficult to walk when pointing to an umbrella.

It is a very good location, less than 10 minutes walk from Narita Station, 5 minutes walk from AEON Mall, and Shinsho Ji Temple within walking distance. The front desk kindly explained the accommodation, so I remembered it and thanked the hospitality. There are coin laundry, microwave oven, ice machine, and currency exchange machine in the building, and juice and snacks can be purchased at 100 yen from the vending machine, which is ideal for long-term residents. Despite the restrictions on foreign entry, it may be a popular hotel because I saw many guests in the hotel. Disinfected stickers are attached to paper cups and disinfected places, and measures against the new corona are perfect. The accommodation fee is less than 5,000 yen and the cost performance is very high, but the internet is a little slow and the download was 0.78Ｇ, so the evaluation was ４ close to 5.

The staff was super friendly and helpful. When I was checking in, there was about three receptionist, all which seemed to know English as well. We didn't eat at any of their restaurants, or ordered any of their food service so I can't review that part of the hotel. My family and I bought food at their convenience store, which is located on the first floor right by the check in area, and it didn't disappoint. It's a convenience store in Japan after all. Hotel room was as described for us, and it was clean. No issues there either. We only stayed one night as we were just staying there to catch an early flight from Narita to Osaka. The shuttle bus left the hotel at 4:30 A.M just like it was scheduled. Honestly if I had to stay near Narita airport I would stay here again.

I went there in the summer, so I searched for an ice machine. The ice machine on the floor of the guided room is stopped. The ice machine on the upper and lower floors is also stopped. After all, I ended up going to the front desk. Meanwhile, someone entered the room and the cash was stolen. There is no surveillance camera. The record of entering the room is not left with a card key. I thought security for crime prevention was insufficient. There is no safe in the room. It is the room attendant who can enter the room. I ended up suspicious of the room attendant. Of course, the criminal knows that it is in an environment where lies are not left. An environment where no evidence is left. I think I'm doing as much as I want. We don't trust him at all. I'm sorry, but I'll never go again. Of course, if you guide me that the ice machine on each floor is stopped at check-in, I will not be able to see this, so I will ask the hotel for responsibility.

Nice hotel close to Narita station - ideal for staying if you have an early flight. Very kind staff on reception. Room was large, and contained everything you would need. A little dated but no problem. Places to eat locally and easy to reach. I would definitely stay again

There is some issues with bed. I felt itching whenever I lay down on bed . I guess not sure though can be due to very old mattress and not properly cleaned bed sheet . Hotel employee were nice . Narita San temple is waking distance about 15-20 minutes on foot from hotel .

The room is not big, but the location is great. There is a gate on the overpass that turns left at the station exit, and you don’t even need to go to the first floor. There are also Sogo and commercial streets nearby. The ramen shop above the station is also delicious. It's not far to go to Narita Airport the next day. If you buy an express bus, you'll be there in one stop.

It was a shame that the sheets were not changed for consecutive nights. The number of breakfast items is ok. Unfortunately, the rice wasn't very tasty and the juice wasn't 100%.

Good food, great atmosphere and clean. I had my first sunrise at their sky lounge. It was such an scenic view. The staff were also very friendly. During our stay, we were able to check in early and put our things in to our room. Everything was smooth during our stay. We never used the shower in our room because their “open air bath” was just enough. Would like to come back. ❤️

The size is suitable for one person to live in, it is clean and hygienic, and the transportation is convenient. It is a 3-minute walk from the suspended tram internet celebrity check-in point.

It is located a few minutes walk from the east exit of Soga station, and there are convenience stores, Bento shops, fast food shops and taverns around it. Amenities such as manned correspondence and toothbrush and brush shaving are chosen from the side of the front with the enforcement of the law. The elevator is a type of room card to touch the sensor and press the floor button. The room is generally large and the desk is large, which is helpful for PC work. It is not a double room style with a door like other Dormy Inns, but a studio style, and the bathroom in the room also has a toilet, washroom, and bath. Unit bus style. The large bath on the second floor is compact type compared to other Dome Inns. There are six lockers for clothes, three washing places in the bathroom, two indoor baths, three sauna rooms and a water bath, but there is no open-air bath. Like Dormy Inn, there are free coffee, ice cream, lactic acid beverages and night soba noodles. Breakfast is a Dormy Inn standard Japanese-Western buffet at the restaurant on the 2nd floor, and bonito rice as a local dish. I think it's probably a dome inn without a house ... I was able to spend comfortably.

Because my husband was old, I used the universal room (barrier free room). The room was compact and there was no extra thing, so I was saved by the master who was easy to fall. I had early dementia, but I was able to go without hesitation in the toilet. The bath was also easy to use with a handrail. It is also great to have a large refill bottle, such as shampoo and body soap, which is environmentally friendly. I was only worried that there was mold inside the toilet, but it is good to be improved next time I asked. About breakfast. Because it was a corona time, there was no buffet and I could bring a breakfast box instead. I didn't expect it (suimasen), but it was very delicious. The soup was especially delicious. I sometimes visit Chiba, so I would like to thank you again at that time. Thank you.

It was a disgusting room due to lack of cleaning. It was new, the room was bright and there was no pain in the interior, so it looked clean at first glance, but the cleaning was scattered. Hair is falling in the bathroom, the drain is not cleaned, and the dust accumulation in the corner of the carpet. The toilet also smells of urine ammonia, and the shower curtains smell rusty. Moreover, when I pointed out and returned at night, it was not cleaned. This is the fault that the magnet for cleaning was not attached to the door. Despite the fact that I told you in the morning, this response is sad. There was no explanation to paste the magnet. When I looked closely, it was secretly written on the guide paper handed over at check-in. I wonder if anyone notices this. The room I had changed was large, but it was also lacking in cleaning. Dust was covered on the shelves and hangers. Moreover, hair was scattered on the sheets. It is highly evaluated as cheap and clean on the net, but I wonder if I am too nervous. It is true that a microwave oven is installed, it is close to the station, and the amenities are substantial, but it is disappointing in terms of software.

Although the room is not big, it has everything you need, and there is even a storage ironing board. The quality is good and the sound insulation is next to JR Chiba Station, but it doesn't affect it at all. The breakfast is a bit expensive and there are not many varieties, but it tastes good. It is also super convenient to buy things next to it.

Stayed on a heavy snowy day in Kanto. The room was beautiful, the large communal bath on the 9th floor & open-air bath was the best, and the amenities were substantial and very satisfying ♪ We also stay in snow or typhoon. thank you very much.
