This is probably the review that you are looking for; After reading a lot of reviews here, i was skeptical but went for it anyways because of its airport shuttle. Although i wished that they extend their shuttle bus services throughout the night because my flight got delayed. The service was alright overall. I think I know who is the ‘angry red man’ in one of the negative reviews written and at first, he did seem to be an impatient person but i realised that after communicating with a lot of fast speaking foreigners, he was accustomed to their pace of talking and dont worry, he would adjust to yours. The hotel was filled with foreigners, mainly chinese (based on the lobby) and majority were men, calling on speaker and smoking. It was kinda refreshing given that I’ve been in Japan for 3 months and this is the first time i saw such behaviour in public. But tbh, the environment was inviting and you feel less pressured to societal norms because of them lol. The hotel lobby for my floor did smell like cigarettes but it was faint. I guess someone smoked awhile ago. The soundproofing was average. I could only hear someone when I was close to my room door. The store at the lobby had crazy pricing so i would advice to bring your own snacks from the airport before coming. The koi pond outside was cute tho! The cleanliness was average. It was clean but i did found a strand of hair on the wall in the toilet, but other than that (i checked everything) it was acceptably clean (but do use the slippers). My two main issues with the room are the bed and lighting. The bed was hard. It made me think that this is how it would feel like sleeping on the tatami mat LOL but if you’re staying for a night, it was bearable. The pillows were also so hard. The lighting on the other hand was limited. I had to do my make up near the door because that was the only bright and white light area. Even the toilet was kinda dimmed since it didnt have ceiling lights. Overall; its an OK hotel option to stay for the night to catch another flight the next day. I have never been to a motel but I would compare it to one, an OK motel lol. I hope I covered most of what people tend to look for :) Also! Theres a stamp at the lobby for travellers who likes to collect stamps in Japan.

The complimentary snacks and drinks are very thoughtful for guests to unwind after a long day.  Take the limousine bus ¥2300 from Narita T1 or T2 and stop at Shin Urayasu. It stops in front of the hotel. Limousine bus to Haneda or Narita, the bus stop is opposite side of the road around 100 meters walk. Ask hotel reception for direction.

It’s a late arrival at Narita Airport. I opted to stay a night at this hotel before check-out the next morning to catch a train to enter Tokyo Metro. Spacious room. There is Family Mart at the hotel lobby. Pleasant stay and I must say a really quick Check-In process. Yes there is shuttle bus to-fro Narita Airport. I must say, it’s very cheap.

Very new and nice hotel, self help amenities at lobby including face masks, cleaners and lotion. Dyson fan n air purifier, hairdryer in room. Clean and Comfortable stay. Next to train station and very big Aeon mall. Will consider coming back again. Limit to 3 pax in one room only. Strict regulation.

We booked the hotel at the last minute through Trip.com. It was advertised as a last room available and a smoker’s room so our expectations were tentative. We were very pleasantly surprised by the standard and cleanliness of the facility. It is very conveniently located an easy 4 minute walk from the Hakimmakuhari railway station station. There are plenty of eateries in the vicinity. The Hareda and Narita AirPort Express bus also stops at this hotel. The room was clean with no smoker’s smell and all the comforts available for travellers. Breakfast and lunch is available at the hotel cafe. The food and service is very good. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive to our needs and nothing was too much for them. Ueda-san deserves special mention. The hotel is located within the Makuhari Residential Park and the parklands are pleasant to walk around. Makuhari beach is a 10-15 walk from the hotel, as is the Zozo Marine baseball park. Highly recommended.

It is a very good location, less than 10 minutes walk from Narita Station, 5 minutes walk from AEON Mall, and Shinsho Ji Temple within walking distance. The front desk kindly explained the accommodation, so I remembered it and thanked the hospitality. There are coin laundry, microwave oven, ice machine, and currency exchange machine in the building, and juice and snacks can be purchased at 100 yen from the vending machine, which is ideal for long-term residents. Despite the restrictions on foreign entry, it may be a popular hotel because I saw many guests in the hotel. Disinfected stickers are attached to paper cups and disinfected places, and measures against the new corona are perfect. The accommodation fee is less than 5,000 yen and the cost performance is very high, but the internet is a little slow and the download was 0.78Ｇ, so the evaluation was ４ close to 5.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The breakfast was delicious and well worth the price—2200 yen for guests, with walk-ins costing 2700 yen. The room was spacious and clean, making for a comfortable stay. Additionally, its convenient location next to Nippon Car Rental made it easy for us to explore the area. Highly recommended! 🌟

We visited the park for 3 days and it took us roughly 10/15 minutes each day to get to the parks from the hotel, as the monorail is just a short walk away. On our last day in Disney it was pouring with rain and we got soaked. We had already checked out of the hotel and they were keeping our bags as we were taking the limo bus service to the airport later that night. Not wanting to get on the plane sopping were we asked if we could hav a room for a few hours to shower and dry off. The staff were very happy to help, and for just a small fee we were able to get a room. The staff were considerate and so helpful. Thank you for making our trip and ending one to remember.

It was a great experience. It is very unusual for a big room in Tokyo but Mitsui Garden exceeded our expectation. The room is big, clean, with phone charger, with 2 toilets. For a group of 6, surely you will not be in trouble during your early preparation before going out on your day trip. Awesome. Will definitely book here again.

Check-in was crowded because it was returning from Disney, but there was a lounge with a wide 々 next to the lobby, and there was a free drink, so it was good for elementary school children to wait slowly. Lawson, who bought dinner, was crowded, but there was no shortage, and it was convenient to buy children's dinner, sweets (ice and the next day), juice, alcohol, etc. And thanks to the microwave in the room, I could go back to the room and eat immediately after I bought it, and I thought it was very good for my children. The bath is also wide 々 with a washroom, and it was good to put it slowly without worrying because it was separate from the toilet. The bed is also large ２, so it seemed to be easy to sleep with wide 々. Adults and high school students have a large space even if they wake up late, and this time they have a TV at the table, and this time they have a sofa space, so adults have easy-to-use rooms such as organizing and packing their luggage. After all, the children were sleeping comfortably in a big letter in the bed, so one slept in the sofa space, but it was a large enough sofa for a simple bed. Check out is easy to leave immediately by putting the key in the machine and operating.

If you are going to the Disney theme parks I don't think there are better arrangement than staying in the hotels around the parks, unless you plan on squeezing with the wave of people getting out of the area after the fireworks.  The breakfast was a pleasant surprise, with up to 4 restaurants and a wide selection of Continental and Japanese offerings.

When you arrive at TDR, you can leave your luggage at Ikspiari in front of the station and check in on the spot, so it was convenient to enter the room without lining up at the counter when you arrive at the hotel after closing. I always use this when I go to TDR, but this time I stayed at the West Side for the first time. The concept of the room was ”guest room in the castle”, and it was a fun room like the decorations in the room entered the land. The room was very beautiful and I was able to spend it comfortably.

Although the hotel is a bit far from Maihama, there is a shuttle bus to Disney and Ocean every day, as well as to Shin-Urayasu Subway Station. Diagonally across from the hotel is Disney's official celebrating hotel. The surrounding area is quiet, and there is a seaside park, which looks very nice, but the children don't want to go there when they are tired. We have one day at sea, one day for rest, and one day on land. It feels perfect.

This is definitely a higher class hotel comparing to the next door comfort suites. We did stayed 2 nights at comfort suites before moving to this Hyatt property. Everything is more upscaled and with the club lounge access, the breakfast is buffet in the main area which is great. Afternoon cocktail was ok, not the greatest selection, especially in terms of seafood types of food, but reasonable. We usually come here for early breakfast(6:30-7:00am) and it was great. But if you come around 9am, there'll be a line to get in. The shuttle schedule to Disneyland/Disneysea is quite less than that in Comfort Suites and they have a weird coding system with circle & square notations on additional shuttles which is confusing to me. That said, they do have shuttle to/from the train station, which Comfort suites does not have at all. I think you can take Comfort Suites' shuttle if the schedule at Tokyo bay does not work for you... We did use the coin operated washer/dryer in Comfort Suites before moving here which is very convenient. As we walked around, there's a bigger laundromat nearby(5 minutes walk).

I stayed with my family using the Chiba Toku Travel Campaign. The parking lot was parked before going to the park because you can park at 0:00 ～ on the check-in day. Check-in came back from the park and it was around 20:30, but I was able to check in with a waiting time of about 20 minutes. The front desk guided me carefully. It was a short stay plan at check-in 19:00 and check-out 10:00, but the reservation was made from the official site two weeks ago. With the use of travel discount, the accommodation fee per person was about 8000 yen + 3000 yen coupon. The room was larger than I expected and the bath was large. There was a little pink mold (?) On the wash basin, but that's what I was interested in. I used the spa without using the bath in the guest room. It's usually 2200 yen, but it was 1100 yen because I got a half-price ticket at check-in. For women, there was a mist sauna and a face care steamer in the changing room. Because it is large, I didn't care much about the congestion. It's about the degree that the dryer will be crowded. It wasn't a plan with breakfast, but there was a word of mouth that the bread was delicious, so I went to eat breakfast around 8 o'clock. Many people were waiting and entered the restaurant in about 20 minutes. There were many kinds of bread and it was difficult to choose, but the croissants and pie dough bread were especially delicious. Check-out was a memorial to the trip because you can proceed with the TV in the room if you don't need to settle, and you can bring your room key back. Access is available, but buses run between Bayside Station and Hotel, Maihama Station and Hotel. When I headed to the hotel around 20:30, I was waiting for a bus at the Bayside Station, so I walked to the hotel, but it was about 10 minutes. However, because the weather was bad, the wind was strong along the sea, and it was difficult to walk when pointing to an umbrella.

Very prompt service by all staffs frm this hotel. Beyond my expectations, I didn't expect such wonderful service, but i was very pleased despite a very shirt stay as i had a 7am flight next morning. This hotel takes all pride in caring for their client/hotel guests. Every little thing was put into detail ; the complimentary shuttle bus svc to/from airport terminals & the shuttle svc to/from AEON mall was well worth it, a great deal of price for what client paid for the room rate. I must so compliment Marroad Htl is spotlessly clean. Will highly recommend those for looking into free airport shuttle and with morning flight to catch. Will definitely rely on this hotel for my future Narita transit/ stopovers . 10 stars if i could. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

book many times with this hotel But this time I was disappointed We late checkin then our room no reserve for us，We booked two rooms and since only one was reserved for us, we had already paid. Finally, they asked us to stay in an upgraded room, but the room smelled and the two single beds were far apart, but there was nothing we could do because there was no room at all. The front desk also wasted a lot of time. I hope I won’t encounter this problem of overbooked rooms next time.

from the location wise, it is very convenient when it provide the shuttle to airport. there is a convenient store so you can get something to eat there. yhe hotel has machine help us on hotel check-in /out so even many people come at same time , it will not take long to get a room. highly recommend ! the room is Toky standard size but redecorate so feel new indeed and smart TV available

We stayed for one night as we were taking the coach to Fuji-san the next morning. The hotel room was spacious and clean, the bed was comfortable. We didn’t dine in as there were ample restaurants 10 mins walk away. The complimentary shuttle buses are a plus point to stay here. We took it to explore Narita town nearby

While the check-in was smooth and the english-speaking staff at concierge was detailed in the available facilities e.g. sauna chargeable at 550 yen per pax, I was shocked by how unclean the room I stayed in was, at the highest level 11: dust was perpetually flying visibly in the air and worse if you smack the stained bed a bit; could see the dust and dirt stuck on TV remote control; there were stains on the bed; there were hair strands in the bathroom (e.g. bathtub); and there was a foul stench when I opened the bathroom (the kind that wet clothes did not dry properly hence proving the lack of ventilation in the bathroom). Thankfully I stayed for one night only though I did not use the facilities. The hotel seemed popular with other airline staff and tourists (Chinese, Thai, Korean) who could be rowdy at the lobby area and convenience store located at level 1 of the hotel. I did not feel exactly safe. All in all, I would strongly discourage booking this hotel.

The free hotel shuttle stop at Narita airport is conveniently located right outside international arrivals in T1 at bus bay 16, shared with all other hotel shuttles. Not sure about the T2 stop. However, be aware that the current shuttle schedule operates only FOUR TIMES PER DAY. (see picture: bottom row, 3rd from left) So plan accordingly. Check-in required just a passport. Got the room key in 15 seconds. The room was big by Japan standards. The AC worked very well. The restroom was small but had everything we needed. Also included are complimentary slippers and use of yukata. The 7-11 (open 24 hours) and Narita train station were just 2-3 minutes walk even with luggage. We checked out early in the morning and easily walked to the train station with all of our luggage. Overall a very decent stay in a great location. The only headache is planning to use the hotel/airport shuttle, since it operates so infrequently.

JR海浜幕張駅から徒歩2.3分の駅前立地のホテル。 幕張メッセまで徒歩10は分ほど。 1階にコンビニ有り。 駅前には飲食店多数。小規模なアウトレットモールと、テナントがあまり入っていない商業ビルなどもある。 開業して間もないため、建物や設備は新しく、清掃も行き届いている。 客室は狭いが、コンパクトに備品がまとまっている。 使い捨てスリッパ、冷蔵庫、空気清浄機、パジャマ、ミネラルウォーター、電気ポットなど有り。 仕事ができるデスクと椅子が無いので不便。 シャワーブース、トイレ、洗面台が別々なので使いやすいが、洗面台は狭い。 バスルームにバスタブは無いが、最上階に大浴場がある。半露天風呂と内湯があり、それぞれ大人8-10人くらいは入れる広さ。洗い場も6ブースほど有り。 大浴場前にはアイスキャンディーが置いてあり無料でゲットできる。 フロントスタッフは外国人だったが、優秀で丁寧にしっかりと対応してくれた。

Because my husband was old, I used the universal room (barrier free room). The room was compact and there was no extra thing, so I was saved by the master who was easy to fall. I had early dementia, but I was able to go without hesitation in the toilet. The bath was also easy to use with a handrail. It is also great to have a large refill bottle, such as shampoo and body soap, which is environmentally friendly. I was only worried that there was mold inside the toilet, but it is good to be improved next time I asked. About breakfast. Because it was a corona time, there was no buffet and I could bring a breakfast box instead. I didn't expect it (suimasen), but it was very delicious. The soup was especially delicious. I sometimes visit Chiba, so I would like to thank you again at that time. Thank you.

Close to JR Chiba Station. Explore the streets around it and you can find Izakaya, Fastfood and cosme-drug store. The hotel had electricity shut-down on my checkout day - the staff helped to carry my luggage down to level one by stairs! Really grateful for that action :) Highly recommended - cheaper accomodation rates compared to Tokyo, but still fast and convenient to get into Tokyo by JR.

No flexibility of check in. But because hubby not feeling good, we pay ¥4000 when check in early at 11am. Location is convenient. Sheltered from train station to hotel Housekeeping did not wash our dirty cups. Only give us 1 big towel and 1 bath towel. I shared the towels with my husband. We have 2 people in room. Why only 1 towel. Front desk is kind enough to pass me the fever pad. Told them my hubby got fever and headache. She pass the fever pad. Thank you to front desk

Location is good in that it's right next to the Don Quiote and the surrounding area is quite relaxing. It's a comfortable 15min walk to Chiba Station. The hotel has its own ”onzen” which I quite unique to have for a city hotel, so thats a nice feature. Rooms were nice and comfortable. The only thing was that road noise was quite audible at times, but luckily it wasn't that frequent when train or passing cars in the area would cause any annoyance

The hotel on the last day of my trip to Japan, just to see the sea before leaving. I stayed at LiveMax Hotel Chiba Station for 2 nights. I felt comfortable, nice and quiet. The room environment was clean. The strong WiFi was my biggest help! Located at the west exit of Kyoto Chiba Station, turn right and walk straight along the overpass. The hotel will be on the left in front! There is a lift going down and there is a convenience store nearby! Restaurants, the surrounding area is very lively, close to shopping mall and bus station! Great experience riding the aerial tram to Chiba Central Park/Zoo! Will definitely book again next time I visit! The hotel location/environment is relatively cheap and highly recommended!
