This hotel was recommended by my lovely friend. After I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights, I will also recommend to my other friends The hotel is clean and the people here are also very nice! Fantastic view, fantastic breakfast. Close to tourist attractions and stuff is very helpful with atv rentals, baloon tour etc. Definitely try the breakfast, there are nice jams. Eggplant jam was suprisingly very good. 5/5 experience overall.

The cave room was lovely and exactly as shown in the photos. There is a beautiful view from the terrace of the property. Metin was extremely helpful—he guided us well and shared some great recommendations. I would highly recommend this place.

We visit Cappadocia back in July 2022:we decided to stay there following a lonely planet suggestion. The room was comfortable and the bathroom very spacious. Murat ( the owner) is very helpful and try to organise the best for all its customers: he is very nice and attentive, we spent a lot of time chatting with him. A special mention to breakfast: very good dishes both Turkish and international. Super suggested, it made a significant part of our stay in Capadocia

From the moment we arrived at Canyon Cave Hotel we were welcomed in like family. The hotel is so beautiful and fits perfect with the local landscape. The rooms are beautifully decorated, in keeping with the local aesthetic, and the bed was heavenly (definitely one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in anywhere in the world). The whole hotel is immaculately clean and looks like something from a movie. The many plants just add to the beauty. The views from the terrace are outstanding. If there hadn’t been so many things to see and do in Cappadocia, we could have easily spent all of our time sat their taking in the beautiful landscape. The host, Murat, is worth his weight in gold. He is so warm and kind and nothing seemed too much trouble. He helped us to arrange car hire for our stay as well as helping us plan an amazing hot air balloon flight. He helped us plan our days with maps of the local area highlighting the “best-bits” of Cappadocia. All of the staff at the hotel are amazing. They’re all so friendly and do everything they can to ensure you have the best stay. Next time we are in Cappadocia we will definitely be staying here again. Our whole stay was simply magical and I cannot thank Murat and all at the hotel enough.

What an amazing hotel and host. We stayed for three days for sightseeing and Murat made our experience even better than we anticipated. Nothing was too much trouble, the rooms were incredible - a genuine cave room which was important to us to have. Clean and comfy. Murat was so helpful, patiently gave us lots of advice of what to see. Breakfast was very nice and what we really enjoyed was the views in the evening having a glass of wine. No hesitation in staying here again highly recommend. We cannot wait to return.
