Hotel parking is very convenient, very suitable for self-driving tour, the room is very large, the room is big one small bed, one room and one small room, breakfast is OK, it is worthy of this house price, especially the front desk service is very warm, My language is not good, the little girl and my colleagues are tired of it, ordering a hot air balloon for me, asking the hot air balloon company repeatedly, and giving a lot of help. What a beutiful hotel with its unique style of setup. We had the villa with its own terrace pool. The hosts were super personable and quick to respond to your requests. Bets way of communication is by WhatsApp and talk directly with the managers who are very eager to ensure you have the best experience in Cappadocia. Just beware that the rooms do not have AC but the weather was cool enough at night when we were there.

Hotel looks gorgeous from outside. Scenic hotel with exclusive rooms. Unfortunately, when things go wrong, it’s very wrong. Firstly, I could not get into the room, key was faulty, complained 4 times and went down to the reception too. At last got into the room but I had to climb a flights of stairs for 4 rounds just to get this fixed! Second day of staying, nobody came to clean the room, met the housekeeping and they say will come as soon as possible and guess what, nobody came as well. Their staff barely understand English and we have to use translator. Breakfast and dinner has very limited choice, as I remember it’s only around 5-6 hot dishes which are cold. My room was just a normal room, not much like a cave hotel but other rooms were really nice. Probably not too 5 star stay with 5 star views.

I stayed in suite 99 in the units across the little road from breakfast and reception. If you are ok with steps up a few terraces the flat is gorgeous. Impeccably decorated with a collection of Ottoman antiques, incredible carpets and gorgeous textile artwork. The are multiple day beds to curl up to read a book, large windows in both rooms and a wonderful large bed with fresh linens and excellent pillows. An ensuite tea service and an upstairs private terrace and bathroom with large shower and plenty of clean towels. Besides the beauty of the rooms the great joy is the view into the central village of old Ortahisar. Epic. I’m happy I could easily negotiate the metal spiral staircase that leads to the upstairs bathroom and private terrace. If a person has mobility issues I know there are more suitable and equally beautiful suites on the property.
