When I arrived at the hotel, I saw that it was a new hotel launched by Ctrip, so I placed an order. When I entered the lobby, I was amazed. The decoration style of Shenxian Cave is probably not available in Urumqi. I recommend it to everyone. The front desk is all in Hanfu and you can take pictures. I checked in, it was very eye-catching, and I was given breakfast, and there was fruit in the room. I have to say that the service was great, and the room was very clean. Maybe it was because of the new store. I hope the store will continue to maintain it, and there is also a free laundry room. There is also a gym, and the laundry room has a dryer and a garment steamer, which are considerate for people traveling on business.

HHelenI was travelling with friends but decided to stay on a hostel instead of a hotel with them to save a bit of money. This hostel is excellent value for money. The beds are comfortable and AC is available. The bedding was fresh and clean. You are provided with lockers to keep your belongings safe. The hostel provides toothbrushes & toothpaste as well as a small disposable towel, a bigger proper towel would be better but it does the job. A comb is also provided. Shower gel and shampoo are provided in the showers. The toilets are mostly squat toilets which are standard in China but there is one western style toilet available. There is laundry facilities and a water dispenser. The hostel also has its own bar. The WiFi is also good. The receptionists are very helpful and communication was a non-issue as they used a translator app when necessary. It’s a great way to meet new people while travelling. The hostel is in a good location, the area has a good atmosphere and it is very close to a metro station. I visited most of the tourist spots in Urumqi apart from 红山 because I didn’t have time. The Xinjiang Museum was one of the highlights. I also did a day trip to Turpan while in Urumqi. Overall, I would recommend staying here.

AAussie NikThis hotel is top quality. Worthy of 5 star standard. Just built in 2024, everything was brand new. Front desk receptionists were all so professional and hospitable. We felt so at home and comfortable that we stayed for 6nights. We were offered an abundant breakfast, evening tea and late supper. We had 70 inch tv with movie channels. There is a complementary laundry room. The Japanese style toilet was a bonus. Bus stop is across the road. Walking distance to Hong Shan Park, Peoples Park, Xinjiang Museum and Saybad Shopping district. Highly recommend any visitors to Urumqi to this wonderful hotel.

Clean, spacious ,comfortable. the room is modern and somewhat looks futuristic. even small details are designed for comfort such as mirror with extra light on it, anti-slip bathroom mat, clear label on lights switch on/off so guest know what button for what lights, automatic night light turn on when guest wake up at night to go to washroom to ensure guest can see the walking path (been travelling for 6.5months and these are items that are almost never seen even in big hotel chain).
the receptionist team are also warm and welcoming. Special thank you to Xiao Xia and Noor who help with my check in and extend my stay.
Reasonable price, even offer discount on 2nd night (different person offer different discount, so i choose the best offer.lol)
This place also close by to many eateries and 4minutes walking to bus stop where multiple buses stop there (i.e.there is bus from airport to here, i.e.take metro and change to bus. the bus will stop here).
Convenient for solo traveller who rely on public transport to explore the surrounding (download 百度 or AMAP application to see route and bus timing in real time.百度is better though).
They are also available a wechat away for any questions or recommendations that you'd like to know.
Delicious breakfast!! Still thinking about it. taste like home cooking style.

If I still have time (after exploring the southern part), I will definitely come back again to stay here for one final night before leaving Xinjiang.

So for Yunbo Youth: 30 minutes on foot from the high speed train station, spacious common areas and bedroom. Live musician in the evenings. Some guests in the dorm were a bit dirty and smelly and noisy at night time and early in the mornings. WiFi signal a bit poor.

PPuriOverall the check-in process was smooth and efficient including the tedious task of having to show health QR codes, having pictures taken of passport with China residence visa side by side with phone showing health code, then making copies of visa page, passport page, last China entry stamp page, etc etc. In spite of the time this whole process takes the staff knew what they were supposed to do and went about the process as quickly as possible. A small welcome gift was an unexpected surprise. Special word of thanks to Ms.爱森那赫 at the reception (not sure if this is her actual name). She was the only one who spoke English and was guiding her colleagues to check us in smoothly. She also gave us a good recommendation to try local cuisine for dinner at a restaurant which was a 5 min walk from the hotel. The only confusing bit is the fact that hotel reception is located on the 3rd floor. Our Didi drivers did not know how to get us there as the drive up to the 3rd floor was through a parking lot next to the hotel. The hotel should either post clear instructions on a sign board for taxi/Didi drivers to follow or they should have someone posted at the entrance to guide vehicular traffic up through the parking lot to the lobby for check in. But all in all a pleasant experience and we would not hesitate to stay here again should we plan another trip to the city.

WWilliamRHThis is a great hotel. The room was very big and clean. The cleaning staff was very responsible and helped me send the clothes to the laundry room for washing and drying during my stay. The reception service was courteous and efficient. The hotel has a great airport transfer service (using a Tesla Premium Sports car). The hotel is well located in the city center and close to many attractions. I am looking forward to my next visit now.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel stayed for two nights in 4.29 Night and 5.4 Night. I wanted to use this place as the starting point and end of the whole trip to Beijiang, but there are always some places that make the guests very **, unacceptable, I am a senior student, with an 11-year-old brother, and a friend, A total of three people traveled together, and on the day of 4.29 they had presented their original ID card, their brother's ID card number, and their mother's ID number and mobile phone number. The first time I was in Xinjiang, it was understandable that the investigation of minors was strict, but when I checked in on the 4th, it was already more than 12 o'clock in the night, and the hotel actually proposed to dial my mother's phone number to verify the relevant information. It is more unreasonable. During the past six days and five nights in Xinjiang, this hotel needs to record my mother's ID card and mobile phone number for record and even phone verification; I would like to ask, if I check in at two o'clock, do I still need to contact my mother? Can you verify your identity from the home address bar of the ID card? In the ”five must”, if we are in a suspicious situation, should we report to the public security organ except to contact the rest of the family guardian? Even in my many mentions, 29 nights have been checked in, the front desk staff did not think of solving the problem for us, actually the punishment day did not call the staff! It is simply unreasonable!
As a service industry, what is the important thing? Is it an unhuman indifference rule written on white and black? Or do you have to stand in the customer's perspective and help customers solve problems? In all this, I think the service quality of the hotel still needs to be discussed!

RRobinsonThe room was extremely comfortable and I slept very well throughout my stay there. Excellent breakfast selection at the restaurant, with a nice coffee bar downstairs as well. The staff were also very good at helping me with a ticket booking enquiry, which was difficult as a foreign guest. Highly recommended!

KKevan KeeganAlthough from outside the hotel does not present an attractive face, the room was very nice and the very plain small lobby very friendly and efficient.
Hotel location is however excellent being less than ten minutes from metro station and one stop from Grand Bazaar, where there is so much to see, do and eat. I went there every night!
Unfortunately the metro does not yet go to the main Urumqi fast train station (I arrived from Turpan) even though station signs point to the metro station it is not yet open. It was though very easy to reach the airport by metro in 45 minutes.
I found that the best way to get to the excellent Xinjiang Museum is to take metro four stops to Nanhu Square, and after enjoying Nanhu Lake Park, get a taxi / Didi to the Museum. It takes 15 minutes and costs about ¥20/25. The museum is free and I did not need to queue or pre-book for a ticket.
There is no power switch inside the door where usually you place your key card. So not clear how to cut off room electricity when leaving unless firmest switch off in more than ten switches around the room!
Bed was very large and comfortable and huge TV had all the channels…once you discover that - among the many light switches on both sides of the bed - there is one labelled TV and without this neither of the two remotes will switch on the TV!
The shower was a little out of date but effective, though the hot water was not really that hot.
The breakfast on the top floor was a really good Chinese buffet although coffee was from a machine and very average. One morning fresh wanton were prepared by a chef.
