The hotel is very noisy. The rooms are noisy, you hear everything that happens in the neighbors. Moreover, the hotel is organised around a huge hall on several floors. In this hall is breakfast. The hotel is very comfortable and it is very good to have a nice breakfast, and it is very good to have a nice breakfast at 6:45 in this hall, making all the rooms enjoy the music. Boss immediately engages in the problems, meticulously vertyfing if a customer is satisfied after she has seen to a problem reported. The boss does not let it go until the problem is sovled. 5. Good quality of breakfast Room for improvement: 1. Cleanliness of exterior. I found the door and walls below the window not clean. This could be simply managed with a cloth. I would recommend to prepare a chacklist and the schedule when something needs to be cleaned (if not implemented) 2. Cleanliness of interior. a. What was reported to the boss: - Reservations with reference to the cleanliness of walls. This could be simply managed with a wet clothes (solved during the accomondation) - Hair on the walls in the bathroom (not solved during the accommotation) - Reservations with reference to the cleanliness of radiators both in the bathroom and in the room. This could be simply managed with a wet clothes (solved during the accommodation) - Reservations with reference to the cleanliness of curtains (partially solved during accommodation but this was explained why this was solved like that) - Reservations with reference to the cleanliness of switches ( solved by myself) - My colleague, to whom another room was rented did not faced the same troubles - Reservations with reference to the cleanliness of the middle bed. It seemed to me as if somebody was lying that full in sweat (the boss did not comfirmed my feelings, however I had been persistant in telling that the problem has not been solved. I think this need to be rechecked by sniffing deply the pillow and the mattress, in particular. I think that taking off a pillowcase and a bedsheet will help to see it better.) b. Not reported to the boss: - Cleanliness of the mirrors. My general impression was that the same cloth has been used for every surfaces cleaned. - Cleanliness of the TV set (both rooms) - I have poured hot water in to a tea cup and I found that the edge of the coup no clean. This seemed to be a kind of a lipstick

My wife and I stayed at the Ibis Maisons-Laffitte in August 2021 at the beginning of our August/September France trip. We have stayed at the hotel many times after arriving at the Airport CDG because it is easy to get to and very well located. We had another wonderful experience.

We spent 3 nights here as a group of 6 (3 rooms) during September. Hotel was fabulous, very clean and modern, friendly staff and lovely breakfast. I think it must have been refurbished recently as the rooms were not at all dated as the previous reviews state. Our 3rd floor room even had a view of the Eiffel tower. Just around the corner from the train station and local shops plus an excellent Italian restaurant recommended by hotel staff. The only slight problem was we had to ask for more breakfast items to be put out each day, but I guess this is preferable to a lot wastage/dry bread. Would certainly recommend if you don't mind being a short train ride out of the city centre.

I stayed for 3 consecutive nights in total, but in order to go sightseeing in Paris, I had to use the subway to go everywhere, and since I couldn't use the bus properly, it took me over 30 minutes to walk to the nearest station. , it was a little far. However, it was late autumn and the autumn leaves were beautiful, so I was able to travel to and from the station in a very healthy way!

Stopped for 1 night, chose as the nearest hotel to the airport to catch the flight in the morning. Depressed grey design, dirty carpets at the entrance, staff not wearing badge. The respiratory rooms were confused, our friends gave the key to the busy room, well that the guests we woke up (we settled at 1 hour of the night) closed the door to the chain. Our room was e-chaiter, stove, refrigerator. The designer was probably with a good sense of humor because between the sandwich and the head of the bed instead of the wall a big transparent window! It can be closed with a curtain, but!
