My husband and I stayed overnight in Vancouver to see a hockey game. The hotel is close to many amazing restaurants within walking distance. It is also close to Rogers Stadium so that is always nice so we don’t have to pay for parking or cabs.
The staff were amazing and accommodating as we’d asked to have a room with a balcony, which they were able to do. We had dinner out but had brunch in their restaurant which is on the 5th floor. The atmosphere was so magical, all decorated for Christmas but it was also warm and inviting.
For whatever reason (maybe bcause it was a Tuesday morning) we were the only ones in the restaurant until half way through our brunch, then only one other couple shared the dining room with us. The food was INCREDIBLE and our server Lee was the sweetest most kind person I’ve ever meet. After our brunch we sat by the fireplace with our coffees, relaxing before our 12 pm checkout. It felt like we were in a Manhattan brownstone. We will definitely be coming back in the future and certainly will recommend this hotel to our friends. Staying at LHermitage was an oasis in the midst of a very hard 3 weeks of me just having lost my mom. Thank you 🎄❤️

Beautiful building and very accommodating staff. The room was large and clean with a great bathroom.
The pool, gym, and restaurant were great, as well as beautiful patio spaces outside.

The staff are professional and courteous. The hotel is quiet and close to shopping and public transit. The pool area is relaxing. Housekeeping is impeccable.

Great location. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Enjoyed pool, patio and hot tub. Excellent service.
Possible improvements ... Would have preferred more fruit options at breakfast (but that may be a European thing?). Containers of shampoo, conditioner products etc were fiddly, with narrow openings and difficult to get product out of them. Information note on 'how to operate air-conditioning' would have been helpful ... (but again maybe personal, that's because we don't have so much aircon in UK)
