It was just a short speedboat ride from the airport, and the pick-up transfer was on time. Love their services and the vibes of the island, I felt really recharged after the trip. They went extra miles for providing late check out (which we truly appreciate) given our late night flight back home. We have stayed at their water villa (best decision ever!!), amazing sea view. We'll definitely come back again. Thank you, team Velassaru, for such an amazing experience ❤️

Absolutely amazing stay. A place that makes relaxtion come easy. Everything was amazing and top quality. A lot of effort goes into making your stay memorable.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Only 25-30 mins journey by speedboat from the airport. Amazing first time in the Maldives. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and clean. Every day there are free activities you can do like sunset yoga, snorkeling etc. Everything about this hotel is perfect. The only thing is the prices for some extra activities like dolphins trip, snorkeling with sharks etc are quite expensive (around 150$ per person). Alcoholic drinks vary from 10-25$ per glass but their bars have happy hours. Dinner buffet is 90$ per person. We tried the room service food, was quite good. In general, I would recommend this hotel to everyone. You won’t regret staying here.

Amazing beautiful a must do, its a paradise, the island service are amazing, the water is blue, you’ll get a snorkelling equipment for free during your stay , i highly can recommend it…

Perfect destination for getaway for couples and families

Perfect place been there about 10 times and will be back there again soon. Been to about 10 other resorts in the Maldives but we find this the best place.

I would have given this hotel an "excellent" rating across the board if not for one unpleasant incident that left a negative impression. On our last evening, when we were dining with friends, I ordered a wine—Amarone Valtpolicella—which was listed at $218. However, when the waiter brought the bottle, he said there was no 2010, only 2009. But that's still an Amarone. I agreed, and we drank two. Only when they brought the bill did I discover they'd brought the same wine from a different manufacturer, which cost $440 a bottle. I paid, of course, since we'd already drunk the wine, but the feeling of being cheated, or, as they say, "scammed," hasn't gone away... Otherwise, the hotel is wonderful—the views, the villas, etc. We stayed in both a beach villa with a pool and an overwater villa with a pool, and we decided we preferred the beach villa with a pool! There's something in the water too, but the beach one is better. Well, that's how it is. I hope this information is useful to someone...

Coffee and tea are free of charge. Remember to ask for water when you sit down. Only breakfast water, juice, coffee and latte are free of charge. The other things are that the hotel management, especially the reservation department and the accounting department, are a bit confused. This is reflected in two points. We booked two rooms, one with 4 beds and one with 2 beds and 2 waters. When we checked in, the order of the room types was not arranged according to our booking order. We have heard this in other islands in Maldives, so we just let it go. Because we were told that both rooms would be arranged in water houses for the first 3 nights and changed to sand houses for the last night, 6 sand houses and 2 waters became 6 water houses and 2 sand houses. On the second to last night, I We asked in advance about the time to change rooms and move luggage tomorrow, and the front desk told us that we didn't need to change. Both rooms were water villas for 4 nights, which was very drifting. This was the first reason. The second was that we had to check out on the last day to leave the island. We went to check out at 12 o'clock and asked about the account and gave us a bill, because we still had the last lunch with three meals included. The front desk suggested that we come back in the afternoon before leaving the island to settle it together. As a result, when we came back, a different person gave us another bill, which was 500 dollars more. We laughed and cried. We thought that even if we upgraded to a water villa, we would just consider the price difference. In addition, there were really many Russian guests on the island, and the signboards were in Russian and English.
