Esperienza eccellente in coppia. Prenotato 4 notti presso questo Hotel per me e la mia ragazza, e devo dire che ne siamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti. Punti a favore: - Camere nuove, pulite, spaziose (noi avevamo la standard e si stava benissimo), controllo temperatura direttamente dall'interno, condizionatore efficentissimo ed intuitivo, doccia ampia, minibar, cassaforte e tablet da cui controllare la TV e altre funzioni. - Posizione strategica a dir poco, davanti la fermata della Metro U1 che arriva in centro in 15 Min, bus e tram. - Tranquillità. Camere insonorizzate perfettamente, non abbiamo sentito un minimo rumore né dall'esterno, né dal corridoio, né dalle altre camere, aspetto che ho apprezzato moltissimo avendo il sonno leggero. - Palestra, seppur piccola, essenziale ed adatta ad un breve workout per chi non volesse priv****ne anche in vacanza. - Refill acqua infinito alle fontanelle in reception, anche se a detta dello staff l'acqua dei rubinetti di Vienna è potabile. Lati negativi: Anche se la nostra esperienza resta da 5 stelle, credo sia giusto sottolineare alcuni aspetti che potrebbero essere migliorati per rendere questo hotel impeccabile. - Colazione: 21€ a testa è una follia, non so cosa offrissero ma a quelle cifre nemmeno mangiando all'Hotel Sacher in centro. - Ascensori: utilizzabili solamente scannerizzando la tessere della propria camera, metodo sicuramente intelligente per evitare intrusi nell'hotel, ma a volte scomodo e malfunzionante, e in generale gli ascensori funzionano un po' macchinosamente. - Mancanza di un armadio in camera di qualche cassetto, seppure abbiamo apprezzato molto quella sorta di appendiabiti a cielo aperto all'ingresso. - Staff pulizie scortese al checkout: nonostante alla reception ci avessero detto che il checkout fosse possibile fino alle 12, già dalle 9 una signora delle pulizie è venuta a bussarci, ripetendo poi verso le 10, anche dopo averle detto che eravamo in fase di uscita e avremmo liberato la stanza per tempo. - Connessione alla TV: nonostante avessimo seguito la guida per connettere il telefono alla TV tramite Miracast, non ci ha funzionato nulla, abbiamo riprovato più volte ma niente, avremmo potuto domandare in reception ma alla fine non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno.

If you want to use your time efficiently, even a non-professional would think that it would be better if you put a sign (postcard) and a lodging form on the counter that says, ”Please wait in the lobby until check-in time.” When I filled out the form and went to the counter, for some reason only one staff member was handling check-in. ”Wait in line”, so when I was waiting in line, he said, ”That customer (who wasn't in line) was first.” I handed over the order, but I was disappointed by the poor customer service, such as the morning email and the response.・No staff at check-out. It is a system to return the key to the small box prepared at the counter, but when you open the lid of the small box that is not locked, there are many keys of people who have already checked out. It is not a method of posting (cannot be taken out) like a post box. There is nothing to worry about in terms of security and personal information.・The location is in front of the station (the entrance is next to the bakery) so you don't have to walk, but Seestadt station is the end of U2. It takes about 30 minutes from the center of Vienna.・The guest rooms are standard hotel level, but the fluorescent colors of the indirect lighting are a little unsettling, and there is no free water, coffee or tea.

The room was large, very convenient, and the service was good. I booked it with a friend, and they were very satisfied, especially the praise for breakfast. The price of Ctrip was fair.

Hotel location is very good, there is a Spar supermarket downstairs, the bus station and subway station are out, there is a shopping mall opposite the hotel. The environment of the hotel is also very good, there is a kitchenette in the room, tableware and kitchenware are equipped, there is a small refrigerator and microwave. There is an iron in the closet to iron clothes. If the room booked does not include breakfast, if you want to eat hotel breakfast, the cost is 19 euros per person.

We stayed here more than 2 weeks visiting our family, found that we made an excellent choice for accommodation. Though the Greenling'M' room is more expansive, it has a very large balcony where picnic is possible. View from the balcony towards the artificial lake is good, especially at dawn and before dark. There are a few trees in the balcony where birds keep visiting (mostly tits). The Hofer supermarket is just 5 min away and Spar is 10 min. The terminal station of U2 line at Seestadt is close by with a Ströck Cafe providing very good bread and croissants. Seestadt is a quite area, with only a few restaurants and limited choices. Portobello has very good pizzas, and Leo has good ice cream. The Metro ride to Vienna Centre is about 30-40 min, service frequency depends on time of the day. The other terminal station of U2 line is now Shottentor (not Karlplatz, until Sept 2024), so if change of line is required time required will be longer. As this is an apartment there is no service, except removal of garbage (to be put outside the door before 11 am each day). Check in and check out are both automatic by getting and dropping keycards at boxes. We needed to request for towel change (then provided to us free of charge twice, otherwise 8 Euro per change) for our long stay, but that is just a small point. There are two paid washing machines in the basement use of which requires the app ”WeWash” (but we have not tried). There is a Friday Market and a Saturday Street Feast every week in the area. The Friday Market has a stall selling very fresh fruits and vegetables. Overall our stay was very pleasant.

The hotel is located next to the Danube River. The room is very large. It is rare to stay in such a large hotel in Europe. The bed is very comfortable and the surrounding is very quiet. The hotel's breakfast is very rich and worth staying.

Convenient transportation, clean and hygienic, the hardware is Hansgrohe, small and exquisite, breakfast is very rich, I like it very much.

In fact, a difficult business to find a reasonable business hotel in Vienna. A business partner has recommended the room we booked for four nights. A really very good recommendation: the hotel is a modern, clean and attractive hotel, where all participants had very clean and perfectly furnished rooms. The size of the rooms was in line with international standard and was very attractive from the furniture. The check in went out absolutely smoothly and prematurely. The service and friendliness of all staff were very positive, as well as the breakfast buffet, which was the usual standard. The hotel, located near the gasometer, thus modern office facilities, has other advantages: Parking is possible in the opposite parking house for € 6/Tag, the metro connection is perfect: 5 minutes walking the metro every 5 minutes The hotel is very attractive and mostly functional, cheap and convenient, and can be recommended at any time.

The hotel is wonderfully located providing accessibility to train services, airport buses and the tourist bus. The staff are also very friendly. However, the check in process is problematic as it makes things difficult for early arrivals; my flight arrived Vienna by 6am and I reached the hotel by 9am but was not allowed to check in till 3pm otherwise I pay €30 which I think is exploitative. I also expect the hotel to be providing drinking waters to the rooms daily as is presently the case. I spent 12 days, aside the complimentary water provided on arrival no water was provided even after I asked for water. My request for cultery was not responded to till I checked out 3 days later. Moreover, there is no variety in the breakfast as same thing was served everyday for 12 days. Over all I enjoyed my stay and will likely stay again.

Four people, dad and three young adult children - we had four single beds which is rare. Found it hard to rate but pros were: great price, large room, four single beds. Cons: No safe for passports (only some rooms have one apparently which for a new hotel is poor), no kettle and noisy at night (near amusement park). The room was odd and they should have focused on practicalities versus funky (bathroom looks cool but the shower floods it. And room was very dark). Location necessitates transit but very close to a metro.
