Friendly staff, quiet location with pool rooftop bar. All great except window side have view of restaurant tables next to it. Bit awkward to open windows anytime.

Although 20 minutes from centre, the hotel was excellent. Rooms clean. Beds comfy. Reception staff very efficient and helpful. The nearby tram system made access to City Centre easy. Would thoroughly recommend. Worth buying a tram pass which also covers buses and underground.

Stayed at this hotel for a two night stay with my family and another friend's family. Room - Felt more like a dormitory. The beds were all in single bed mode. There was hardly any space for opening/keeping luggage so we had to use the bed when we had to open our suitcases. The cupboard was a hole in the wall covered with a curtain. The bathroom shower was very ineffective, there was hardly any pressure in the shower. The partition to keep the water in the bathing area was poorly designed so it was impossible to bath without getting the whole bathroom wet. There was no phone in the room, in case you wanted to ask something. Food - the breakfast buffet was quite limited in spread. There was also no live station. We didn't enjoy our breakfast here. Location - Nothing specifically good or bad about the location. Close to a tram station so it was connected with the city centre. Overall - Did not enjoy the stay at the hotel. The hotel felt quite inadequate for the price we paid.
