Just what you need! Clean, great location, helpful staff and excellent value for money. Nothing fancy or pretentious. I’ve stayed here for a weekend and found exactly what I wanted something affordable and proper. If your looking for something fancy, cool and luxurious or a cheap bunk bed dormitory this is not the place for you! Great location very close to the center and with good public transport connection, in a calm and cozy walking street with shops, restaurants and a weekend market.

The location of the guesthouse is perfect. Very central and extremely quiet. We booked 3 nights in the guesthouse and would come back again. The room and facilities are great, very clean and comfortable and make you feel at home right away. The lady receptionist was super nice and accommodating. Whole experience could not be better! Thank you.

A wonderful place to stay. Easy walking distance to downtown, also public transport is steps away. Lovely quiet neighborhood. Rooms are spacious and clean. Steps away from delicious cafes for breakfast. A gem and a real bargain for a place to stay near the best sights in Vienna. There is a lift but several stairs to get to it.

Excellent location near art / music / theatre . On a lovely quiet civilised ,semi pedestrianised street . Trams nearby & supermarket . Very practical place to stay but lovely history there as well. No kettle in rooms but a shared dining area available on one floor (pension is over 4 floors) , and fridge on every floor . Currently (Feb 2024) some electric wiring building works ongoing in the whole building .very practical choice I would stay again. Very clean :)

It used to be a nice place. Now the old owner is saving every penny (e.g. no more breakfast, severe shortages of staff, low paid staff). He lives upstairs, does not work hands-on at the pension but comes down frequently to make complaints. In fact, it seems the old owner is getting senile and suspicious of every guest. Definitely not a good experience anymore. The remainnig employees try to do their best but they also feel unconfortable with the owner's atittude. I advice past guests not to return, at least not during the current old owner's lifetime.

I have stayed from Oct 15-18th 2022 The pension is run by nice and friendly staff. It’s is clean and the rooms have windows fresh air and private bathrooms. It’s location is a 20 min walk from the city centre and close to Albertina the meeting place for the free tours. This is a quiet street with two nice supermarkets near by cafe shops and restaurants. The local gym is near by if you’re looking to workout during your stay. I have enjoyed my visit and recommend this Pension 💥💥💥💥💥

The room was very nice and clean. It was also quiet—I couldn't hear anyone in the next room through the walls. The bed was very comfortable, and there were a lot of places to hang and put things. A short walk to Rathaus station (had to take the tram because the metro line it's connected to was under construction but that was fine!) or like a 20 minute walk into the city center. There was also a convenience store right next door which was really nice!

The hotel has a beautiful interior (there was a chandelier in my room!) and very comfortable rooms. Although there is not always someone there working reception, they were very helpful and accommodating to meet my needs. I was able to do a self-check in and self-check out. It is also within walking distance of the city center and public transportation. I had a great experience!

An excellent welcome. Ideal location. Possibility of preparing your lunch and breakfast and having it in a dining room. Very responsive staff. Room not very isolated from each other, but comfortable.
