All you can expect from a F1 hotel, with a dynamic and serviceable economic, clean rooms and a buffet for the breakfast enough complete. This hotel cannot complain, the price is very competitive and the services are there.

We stayed here as it was a long weekend and Monaco Grand prix so there was nothing reasonably priced along the coast. Even the stay here was more than usual but we didn't expect more than a basic room, which is basically what we got. The check in was fine and the room as described. I would prefer a shower screen and not a shower curtain as well as a shelf or somewhere to put toiletries on the shower. The hotel is basically in the back carpark of a McDonald's, but wasn't noisy and was a short walk from the train station for the train or bus. No unsavoury characters that we saw staying at the hotel, mostly just families. The room did the job, but did have to use the aircon on only a moderately warm day as it got very stuffy. A ceiling fan would be more energy efficient.

The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and it is very comfortable and comfortable. What we especially enjoyed: niceness, tolerance (some clients were very unpleasant) and the staff's empathy !!! Hotel very well located between Nice and Antibes !!!

Clean, but basic. Reception closes at 11pm, if you need assistance, hard luck. Parking is not at the hotel, but a general car park for all, charges €11 per night. There is a small parking area outside the hotel, but it is pure luck if you can get in it, only space for 5/6 cars. Staff are polite, but communication could be better for clients and each other.

THE ROOM: spacious and had not only a good bed but room enough to walk around and open a suitcase. There was a desk area by the window and a small sitting area with a bench by the head of the bed. The room was modern and clean and smelled lovely. It was theoretically quiet as it was facing towards the back of the building but the windows have to remain shut as some guests might come and smoke and chat on the terrace (it admittedly happened only once and until someone shouted at them to go to their room). The main problem was some rather loud and repetitive structural sound, was loud enough to wake me. At first I thought that the upstair neighbours were moving a piece of furniture every 2 minutes but it made little sense. I concluded that it was one of the elevators that had some sort of issue and emitted the sound of a dying whale from early in the morning until late into the night. THE STAFF: the staff was friendly and helpful. However, be aware that you will be charged 10 euros to get into your room if you arrive at the hotel before 15:00 and your room is ready. You will be charged 5 euros to leave a suitcase in storage after 10:00 on the day of your departure. You also have to book and pay for a maid to come and change your towels and empty your bin. The hotel was pleasant and affordable but I have never had to pay for these kind of services in any hotel I have stayed at.

I found this hotel because we were bringing our cat on this trip and it is listed as pet friendly. It is a bit far from the city center but if you have a car, it’s only 15 minutes drive to the Promenade des Anglais. The room is beautiful (Gatsby feel) and when we arrived, the sofa bed was already nicely prepared for my kids (10 and 16 years old). Everything was very comfortable. In the morning it was raining really hard, so we asked if we could have breakfast, despite not asking for it the day before. They did their best to accommodate us with a complete breakfast. Staffs were very friendly. Parking is convenient. My cat is happy. All in all, I really love this place.

We had booked this hotel for a concert. Excellent choice : close to the stadium , close to the tram to go to the center before the concert , close to the convenience (broadcake , bank etc) parking (free)is a real more The room was very comfortable and the room was very comfortable.
