Dear Sir, I have an issue to be resolved I WAS overcharged. The hotel did charge taxes (VAT) twice ,they did charge Chilean $ 229.000 which includes the tax and on top they charged the tax again over the 229.000

Great location! The surrounding scenery is beautiful! The rooms are clean♪ The staff are very kind. The hotel facilities are excellent and it is very comfortable. The food is delicious and there is a wide variety of dishes to choose from. It is very convenient for going to tourist spots. I will definitely recommend it to my friends.

It’s a good idea to visit the Sheraton in Viña! Outside the window is Viña's famous Waffle Castle. The V balcony is perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset, and the view is very good! Very very good hotel

My assessment is lousy. I had a reservation on the 22nd with my wife to celebrate my birthday, however on the 21st I had an accident and suffered a ruptured Achilles tendon, for which I tried to communicate to postpone the reservation, to which the hotel replied that I should do it with your. When trying to communicate with you, I only got a response from a recording and I never managed to communicate to resolve the situation, for which I lost the reservation and my money. Terrible service and I will never use them again
