Overall, pretty disappointing stay. Would not stay here again. Would not recommend. I booked this hotel through Priceline 2 weeks before my trip. Priceline told me it was a ”3-Star” hotel, and the reviews and photos looked good online. When I arrived at the hotel in the evening, I could tell right away that it was shabby, and there were crowds of people at every entrance, smoking, yelling, etc. The front desk for the hotel faced the front desks for an on-site steakhouse and a bar & grill. I arrived at around 8pm, and there was most definitely a party going on. The hotel and restaurant staff were playing loud music, dancing and carrying on. They were friendly, but the language and atmosphere seemed unprofessional, and I would NOT have wanted to bring my kids through the room. The check-in process was fast and smooth. I was given a room on the 2nd floor (no elevator). I immediately noticed that the hallway carpets were very dirty and stained, and the air was thick with cigarette smoke. I made it to my room (right next to the broken vending machine), and opened the door to a room filled with cigarette smoke. Yells and screams and sounds of fighting in the hallway and rooms next to and around mine were loud; women, children, and men shouting constantly, until around 11pm. The room, in addition to smelling like an ash tray, was dirty. the flooring has been updated, but the furniture was old, dirty, and scuffed. The paint was sloppy, and chipped in multiple areas. The soap/shampoo/etc was the cheapest I've ever seen. The photos are misleading. I find it difficult to believe that this is a 3-star hotel. Overall, pretty disappointing stay. Would not stay here again. Would not recommend.

Cute town, was there for a show at the Landis. Staff were friendly and accommodating and recommended a fantastic diner nearby for breakfast called the The Golden Palace

Visited for a wedding and was pleasantly surprised with the accomodations. We needed an ADA handicap accessible room which was not available at the group wedding rate, but one phone call to their sales department and they were more than happy to switch to the accessible room for us at the discounted rate. Lobby was very clean, mini convenient store was a nice touch, plenty of parking. Accessible room was located on the first floor, and it was as standard as ADA rooms goes. Love that it was a roll-under sink and a true roll-in shower, plenty of grab bars around the toilet. Bed was probably still a little high so if you have limited mobility with transfers, be forewarned as there is not a hoyer lift. Forced AC unit was nice and kept the room nice and cool. No closet or even a rack to hang clothes so we had to use the hooks on the back of the bathroom door to hang our wedding clothes. The room also has a mini fridge and a safe. Bed was comfortable. Continental breakfast was not classic bacon, eggs, hash browns, etc. that I was hoping for but rather biscuits and gravy. Cucumber water was a nice touch, but the coffee was weak. Overall, a good stay.

We stayed 4 nights so we were able to explore the hotel throughout. We booked a suite which they could not give us on the first night but this was quickly resolved by the friendly staff. Hot breakfast was excellent and beds are comfortable. Location is close to everything (Restaurants and stores). This is an older Holiday Inn Express property and the hotel could use some renovations and updating. Unfortunately the suite had a tiny cube fridge in a space meant for taller one. All things considered, we enjoyed our stay there. Update the hotel and it will make it even better!
