My friend and I traveled from HK to Futian Mandarin Oriental to celebrate a birthday. I'd researched several hotels online beforehand and ultimately chose MO, a hotel I hadn't stayed at before. My main reasons were the hotel's reputation for quality and excellent service, as well as its convenient location for shopping, with a mall and many dining options right downstairs. From the moment we stepped out of the car and into the hotel, we could immediately tell it was different from other five-star establishments. The experience, from being greeted upon arrival, having our luggage promptly taken, being escorted to the 78th floor for check-in, and finally shown to our room, was incredibly smooth and warm. By the time we left, at least eight hotel staff members had interacted with us, and every single one was genuinely friendly and kind. This 100% positive interaction rate is something I've rarely encountered over the years. For me, the air conditioning's coolness and quietness, as well as absolute cleanliness and a modern feel, are paramount in a hotel room, and they scored full marks on all counts. (I learned that this hotel has only been open for four years, and I truly hope they can maintain this excellent standard, as it's crucial for guests like us). I'd like to thank the gentleman who checked us in – I've forgotten his name, but he was incredibly thoughtful and proactive in anticipating our needs, making arrangements for us to attend a concert on June 26th. I also want to thank the lovely Victor, who showed us to our room, gave us a detailed introduction to the hotel, and took photos for us. And a special thank you to Brian, the 'Chef Concierge' (Golden Key member), who satisfied our curiosity by explaining the origin and role of the Chinese Golden Key concierges. Besides having a wonderful birthday trip, we also gained a rich experience in human connection. Thank you to everyone at Futian MO. We'll definitely be staying here again! ^.^

A perfect stay experience. The room style, hotel location, restaurant food – everything was excellent. No other hotel in Guangzhou around the 2k price range can compare. Every day when I returned after a concert, the room had already been cleaned and the turndown service prepared. The pool and jacuzzi experience was also fantastic, and every staff member I encountered was very attentive. The only minor drawback was a slight musty smell in the room carpet, but after I reported it to the hotel, they immediately arranged for two air purifiers. They even helped coil up my charging cables. I love everything about this place. Being able to extend check-out to 2 PM due to a flight delay was a lifesaver. From now on, whenever I come to Guangzhou, I will only choose the Mandarin Oriental.

Overall, my experience at the hotel was quite good. The room was clean and tidy, and the facilities were comprehensive, making for a very comfortable stay. The location is convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, always assisting promptly when needed. Good value for money overall. I was very satisfied with this stay and would consider staying here again if I have the chance.

The environment is great, close to the bustling Guomao Minying commercial district, and Wanda Plaza is also super close, making daily shopping very convenient. The breakfast is also plentiful.

The room was spacious, the facilities were excellent, and the service was very warm. I'll definitely stay here again. The location is super convenient, with everything you could possibly need. I highly recommend it to everyone.

The room was clean and tidy, spacious, and the bedding was soft, ensuring a very peaceful sleep. The staff were attentive and polite, responding promptly. Overall, it's the usual Ritz-Carlton standard. The CBD night view is fantastic, and the stay felt like a perfect leisure getaway. I will definitely choose this place again next time I visit Shenzhen. Highly recommended!

I slept pretty well, and the free parking was a plus. There are many places to explore nearby, though you'll need to walk about 1 km. Overall, it was good. I didn't book breakfast and instead went to Guangzhou Restaurant nearby, which was quite nice. Having a table made ordering takeout very convenient.

This time, I chose the Hengqin Bay Hotel for my trip to the Zhuhai Chimelong International Ocean Tourist Resort, and the overall resort experience was very complete. The hotel's architecture is grand, with an ocean-themed atmosphere throughout. Stepping into the lobby, you immediately feel a strong island vacation vibe. The overall environment is open and spacious, with well-maintained greenery. Walking around the grounds, you can see large areas of lush plants, and the air is very pleasant. The hotel's internal facilities are comprehensive, with a water park divided into indoor and outdoor areas. The indoor area has a comfortable temperature, allowing for water activities even in bad weather. The outdoor area features a beach landscape, offering bay views while you play in the water. The hotel grounds also have a dolphin viewing area where you can watch dolphins swim and play through glass, as well as a scenic area with flamingos. You can encounter them just by strolling around, making it perfect for a leisurely visit and photo opportunities. Dining options are abundant; the buffet restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, including both Chinese and Western cuisine, with a full range of seafood, hot dishes, and desserts. The dining environment is also distinctive, allowing you to enjoy aquarium views while you eat. Transportation is convenient, with shuttle services available to various points within the resort, eliminating the hassle of getting around. The guest rooms are clean, with spacious bathrooms, comfortable bedding, and thoughtful attention to detail. Staff responsiveness is prompt, check-in and check-out procedures are smooth, and basic services like luggage storage are well-handled. Whether it's a family trip or a casual getaway with friends, you can balance fun and relaxation here without having to shuttle back and forth between the park and your accommodation. The overall pace of the trip is relaxed, making it a vacation choice worth returning to. Oh, and they even gave us complimentary fruit, which was a very pleasant surprise!

Angsana Phoenix Bay offers excellent service and high standards, with a special shout-out to our butler, Flora! We stayed in a sea view room, which was spacious and airy, with floor-to-ceiling windows bringing the entire South China Sea view indoors. Each room also had its own private balcony. The bathroom featured a double vanity, an oversized round bathtub, and stable shower water pressure. The Angsana brand toiletries had a refreshing scent. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the blackout curtains worked perfectly, allowing us to sleep in until we naturally woke up. The room's mini-bar was well-stocked, and it came with high-speed Wi-Fi and silent air conditioning. The decor incorporated Lingnan elements, with simple yet elegant wooden furnishings and exquisite craftsmanship. The 'Laugh & Play Travel Photography' session we booked was fantastic, yielding beautiful photos. Housekeeping was meticulous, and the daily turndown service was thoughtful, tidying the bed and replenishing amenities. Soundproofing was excellent; we barely heard any outside noise. The resort grounds were beautifully maintained, with stunning views at every turn. We could even see the Sun & Moon Bay Opera House and the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macau Bridge from our room's balcony. The facilities are solid and the attention to detail is impressive, making for a comfortable and peaceful stay. Hardware enthusiasts will definitely love it.
