Facilities: The hotel pool was great fun, especially since the weather was good. The kids absolutely loved it. Hygiene: Good. Ambiance: This time, I tried the buffet dinner. The selection was rich, and the desserts were quite good. However, the seafood replenishment wasn't sufficient; the crayfish, though not expensive, ran out very quickly. The lobster at the carving station tasted quite good, but it would have been even better to get a whole one. I bought a 3-day, 2-night package from Trip.com this time, which can be split up. I'll definitely come back to stay again during the summer holiday!

This is my second stay at the Crowne Plaza, and it's a fantastic hotel—clean and refreshing. It truly stands out in Chaozhou. This time, the account manager, Dave, provided excellent and friendly service. I chose a lavender pillow last night, and I slept wonderfully. The breakfast included handmade Kway Teow soup, rice noodle rolls (肠粉), and congee (生滚粥), which perfectly met my expectations for a Chaozhou breakfast. The river view room is absolutely stunning, both day and night. I'll definitely recommend it to friends and will be back again.

The hotel is very close to the sea, and the front desk staff are warm and welcoming. It's also very near Lovers' Road. The hotel rooms are spotlessly clean and tidy, and the mattress is super comfortable and soft. The room facilities are complete, and the shower gel and shampoo in the bathroom smell great. The hotel's front desk service is excellent; they are always ready to answer any questions. The hotel's breakfast is also rich and varied, which is a big plus.

My stay at Hilton Zhongshan Lihe was absolutely fantastic! The hotel is right in the city center, and the floor-to-ceiling windows in the high-rise rooms offer stunning city views. The heated pool was wonderfully cool and refreshing, and I even got to watch the sunset from the 60th floor in the evening. The room was clean and comfortable, with excellent air conditioning and soft bedding. The service was thoughtful and attentive, and the breakfast spread was plentiful. It's super convenient for getting around and shopping. Staying here in Zhongshan was incredibly comfortable. A big thanks to Xia Tian for recommending the great food spots, I'm very satisfied!

I would like to express my sincere thanks to Susan at the front desk. She finished the check-in quickly without any deposit. She arranged a room far away from the elevator for me to ensure a quiet stay.

A day before check-in, a soft phone call broke through my daily hustle. On the other end, Mina meticulously inquired about my preferences – whether I liked a high-floor room with an open view, preferred softer pillows, or needed a non-smoking floor. Each question felt like a friend's genuine concern, devoid of sales pitches, just sincere listening. Upon arrival, the lobby lights were warm and inviting. During check-in, staff member Eason, with a smile, informed me that my room had been arranged according to my preferences. The moment I opened the door, my heart was instantly filled with warmth – the room was on a high floor, with the city skyline visible through the floor-to-ceiling windows, an extra soft pillow was thoughtfully placed on the bed, and a handwritten welcome card lay on the desk. Lying in bed that night, I reflected on every detail of the day, from that soft inquiry over the phone to every arrangement in the room; everything was just perfect. Excellent service isn't just an empty promise; it's care that comes from the heart, making you feel at home in an unfamiliar city. This is a hotel worth revisiting.

I was in Guangzhou for a three-day business trip and stayed at the Echarm Hotel near Ximenkou. Here’s my honest take. I chose it mainly for convenience; it’s just a short walk from Metro Exit A, so no hassle with luggage. Getting to Zhujiang New Town to meet clients was a breeze on Line 1, no transfers needed, which was a relief during rush hour. The room was standard business-style, with a desk lamp that saved my eyes while working on proposals late at night. Plenty of outlets for charging my laptop, phone, and tablet simultaneously. The Wi-Fi was fast and video calls were crystal clear. The bed was super comfortable, and they provided two pillows, one soft and one firm. Breakfast starts at 7 AM, so I could grab a hot meal before an early flight. The spread was varied and plentiful, with milk, bread, congee, and noodles. The specialty noodle bowl is definitely worth trying – you won't leave hungry. There's a convenience store downstairs, handy for late-night instant noodles. The front desk staff were very down-to-earth, friendly, and professional! Overall, it's a reliable place to stay, no complaints, and I’d likely choose it again for my next business trip to Guangzhou.

Highly recommended! The front desk staff, especially Ev, provided exceptionally thoughtful service. They were polite and gentle, and even proactively offered advice on local attractions. The room was spotlessly clean, and the soundproofing was good. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. My entire experience was excellent, and the attention to detail in their service was truly heartwarming.

The hotel is great! The duplex apartment is really well-designed and clean. Downstairs, there's a food court and a Changdachang supermarket, which makes shopping and dining incredibly convenient. It's also close to Seven Star Crags, making it easy to visit attractions. It's a fantastic experience for families traveling with kids!

We stayed for 4N before moving to Foshan and returned for 1N before our departure. Got a free upgrade with full view of Dafoshi. As usual the whole Team of staff demonstrated an excellent job in ensuring that we had a comfortable stay. Unfortunately I did not manage to get their names so decided to spend time to write this review to share about my good experience. Also, the wanton noodle served during breakfast was really tasty that we had it every morning without fail. During check out, a young lady helped my aunt with her luggage all the way to our transport downstairs. Sincerely appreciated her kind gesture as I was busily managing my 2 pieces of luggage and had no more hands to help my aunt. Highly recommend this hotel for anybody who is visiting GZ.
