We received a complimentary room upgrade to a larger room. The hotel's location is excellent. We accidentally left behind a gold bracelet and a valuable gemstone ring. A hotel staff member found them and handed them over to the front desk for safekeeping. I only realized they were missing a day later when I was at a hotel in Zhuhai. When I called the hotel's front desk, they confirmed the items were safe and sound. I suggested to the hotel management that they should promptly call guests to notify them of lost items. Today, I took a taxi back to the hotel in Zhongshan to retrieve them. Ally, the duty manager, accepted my suggestion with sincere and honest demeanor, agreeing that guests should be informed immediately. They even reimbursed my taxi fare for the round trip.

Just opposite the Shenzhen railway station. Convenient and Walkable distance but got to walk a round and cross the street to the hotel. Probably around 8 mins walk with luggage. Cant go via the underpass as there is no escalators. Abit dated, pillow is too soft for comfy. Hence didn't really sleep well as it's too soft for me. Bed is also not that firm. Will opt for this hotel mainly for the reason that it's just nearby the train station.. Had my lunch at the hotel. Pasta cost roughly around $20 sgd and is not bad too.

Hotel is definitely nice, beautiful view, amazing staff (requested over 8 pillows for my family still provided them. However it’s important for them to also have improvements especially when the upgrade isn’t expensive. For example their hair dryers are really old school and slow to dry hair (also heavy to hold), changing it won’t cost much. Then also definitely add in a toilet bidet. Location wise is amazing if you are doing business and require going to the canton convention centre other then that don’t book the hotel, when there’s jam u gonna require about 1 hour to reach every tourist areas

This is my third consecutive year running the Jiangmen Marathon, and my third consecutive year staying at this hotel. It's incredibly close to the starting line; you can practically check in right at the hotel entrance. The service is exceptional, even the cleaning staff are incredibly polite. The buffet dinner was fantastic, and they even offered breakfast before 6 AM on race day. For us marathon runners, this is an absolutely perfect experience and definitely the best choice for the Jiangmen Marathon!

Stayed with friends, and overall it was a good experience, living up to its five-star reputation. Let's start with the pros: the rooms are spacious. We booked two rooms, both offering river and mountain views, which naturally came at a higher price. You can choose your pillow, though delivery was a bit slow. On the bright side, the bathtub liner and dental floss I requested were promptly delivered to the room. Staff were always on hand to open car doors when entering or leaving the hotel, making us feel very welcome. I particularly loved the hotel gym. The equipment is excellent, the views are great, and it was never crowded. Plus, every treadmill comes with complimentary water and towels, which shows great attention to detail. I didn't have breakfast, but my friends said it was just 'okay' and not really worth the price, considering the hotel's overall cost. Now for areas that could be improved: the check-in service at the front desk needs work. We booked two rooms, and one wasn't ready yet. The front desk said they'd call me once it was prepared and took my mobile number. So, we left our bags in the other room and went for lunch. After lunch, past 2 PM, I still hadn't received a call. We were confused, so we went back to inquire. They said the room was ready but claimed they tried calling my already-checked-in room and no one answered... I don't understand why they'd call the room phone when they had my mobile number. If no one answered the room phone, why not call the mobile? However, we didn't dwell on it with the front desk; we were just glad to have the room. All in all, these minor issues didn't overshadow the good points.

Staying at the Sofitel Le Louvre, I was completely charmed by Nicole from the Guest Relations team in the lobby! She was smiling the entire time, proactively helped me with my luggage, took many photos for me, and thoroughly explained the hotel's facilities. When I was checking out, I was in a rush, and she thoughtfully arranged for me to use the express lane, completing everything in just a few minutes. Her professional and warm service made my trip exceptionally comfortable. I'll definitely be back!

We love holiday inn. Especially the washing machine and dryer! It’s big and heavy duty type. We wash many clothes cause we bring kids along, so it’s very convenient if the dryer use only 30 minutes to dry all of our clothes. The breakfast is good too! They provide baby cot for small kid, I love it!

This stay was absolutely fantastic! Great value for money, and the cleaning lady was so warm and welcoming. She not only greeted me but also asked if I needed any help, which was really thoughtful. The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable – I slept like a baby. The hotel definitely has that authentic British charm. The front desk staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to answer any questions. There's even a coffee shop on the first floor, and they gave me a free coffee voucher, which tasted amazing! The hotel's location is super convenient too, perfect for shopping, dining, and close to the subway station. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

We enjoyed our stay here so much. From the time of check-in they gave us 2 apples in a christmas bag as it is christmas eve. We had a non-smoking room, but when we get in the room, i can smell a hint of cigarette, called up the front desk. They immediately upgraded us to a new room with a view. Sally sent some fruits by robot which is very sweet. The room is very clean with huge bathroom and very clean. My only complain is the body wash, shampoo dispenser is very hard to press, hopefully they can improve it to sensor dispenser or the press type. Bottled water and soda everyday and can even ask for more bottled water, so we dont need to buy anymore. The location is very convenient, the YANNAN station exit C is just beside the hotel. There are so many restaurants to choose from across the street and beside the hotel. The breakfast has many delicious choices, continental bfast and chinese food. In the afternoon, lobby has popcorn and drinks. They also have tea time with lots of pastries but we didnt try. At night they have porridge also. The hotel has self service laundry with iron on the 28th floor which you can monitor in your room which is very convenienrlt Front destk Sally, Tina and Nacy are very helpful which make our stay very pleasant. I would highly recommend this hotel to my famuly and friends.

A Reception staff (a male) was not conversant in English at all and I had to speak to another one who fortunately does speak a bit of English. Hotel facade is beautiful but lobby area was a bit underwhelming. Room was big and spacious and quality furnishing. But for such a big room only comes with one bed. Need to pay for an extra bed. Also what I find ridiculous is that room sleeps 3 persons but breakfast is only for 2. Similarly if room sleeps 2,breakfast is only for 1. This means you are “forced” to buy an additional breakfast. So ridiculous. No other hotel in the world does this, only China.
