This hotel is truly fantastic! Even though I arrived early, well before check-in time, the front desk allowed me to check in right away. The front desk staff provided excellent and swift service, and they also informed me about some of the hotel's additional services. The room was comfortable and clean, with all the facilities and amenities well-equipped. The airport transfer service was also great; perhaps because it's Chinese New Year's Eve, the boss himself drove us to the airport in a Mercedes-Benz!

Everything was perfectly prepared before the arrival of me together with my two colleagues. Room is clean, quiet and comfortable. Here I want to specifically thank miss Hu from reception. Not only because she helped me arrange the 30kg shipment, but she also helped me purchase a special tool online and got delivered in 20 minutes. This saved me a lot of time and headache. Without her kind help I would run into trouble. So that's why my special thanks to miss Hu. Of course other employees from hotel are also with warm heart. Overall, I was satisfied. The hotel met all expectations, and its decor was quite stylish, offering a more distinctive design compared to other hotels in the same price range. The location is convenient for getting around; taxis are readily available. Within walking distance, you can easily reach Xian'anfang, Li Huangpi Road, and the Jiangtan (riverfront), making dining and strolling around very convenient. Breakfast was just okay, lacking any local specialties, which could be improved. Also, I strongly recommend upgrading the hair dryers in the rooms.

The hotel is very close to Metro Line 7. The room has a good view. You can see the lake. The lake is downstairs. You can go to the lake at night. The hotel is very close to Wansongyuan Snack Street. Wansongyuan Snack Street is very famous in Wuhan. There are many delicious foods. I checked in for crayfish, hot dry noodles, duck neck and lotus root soup... They are all very good. The hotel service is also very good. The child got greasy all over after eating crayfish. I asked the front desk for detergent, which was delivered to the room quickly. The hotel bar has free drinks, and the front desk also has free water and drinks. The hotel service staff are very friendly. There is no uninterruptible power supply at the bedside of the room I stayed in, so it is not convenient to charge the mobile phone at night.

The room is spacious and very clean, with a separate bathroom and toilet. Food deliveries are brought to your room by a robot, and the toiletries are comprehensive, even including a razor. I've stayed here twice already and will definitely come back again. It's very close to Jianghan Road, just a short walk downstairs every day.

The bathroom was odor-free, and the dining area of the restaurant was consistently spotless. The overall environment was grand and elegant, and the guest rooms were well soundproofed, offering a quiet and comfortable stay. The buffet restaurant was spacious and had a great ambiance. The staff were enthusiastic and professional. Check-in was efficient, and the restaurant staff promptly cleared tables and refilled water, providing attentive service. The hotel facilities were well-maintained; the Sweet Dreams bed was very comfortable, hot water and Wi-Fi were smooth, and the swimming pool and gym were well-equipped. The buffet dinner featured fresh ingredients, with a wide variety of seafood and freshly grilled meats. There was also a good selection of hot dishes and desserts, all tasting excellent. It was a fantastic dining experience, and overall, everything was outstanding. A female supervisor with long hair provided excellent service, proactively checking in with guests. I highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is located within the Ping An Building. You need to take elevator 3 or 4 to the 11th floor for check-in. There are tons of restaurants near the hotel, and it's also very close to the subway station. The hotel rooms are voice-controlled smart rooms, which is perfect for young travelers today. The bedding and towels are all new and very clean. There's even a small night light under the bed, and the bathroom light turns on automatically when you enter – super cool! The soundproofing is excellent; it was very quiet for sleeping at night. I also want to commend the staff; everyone was friendly and served with a smile. The hotel also has a laundry room and a gym, both on the 11th floor, which is very convenient. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Wuhan!

I stayed at the Orange Crystal Hotel in Wuhan's Jiedaokou for a business trip, and my overall experience was great. I especially want to commend the front desk staff, Xiao Di. When I checked in, there were quite a few people, but she handled everything efficiently and quickly, so I didn't have to wait long. Communication with her was very pleasant – neither cold nor overly formal. She clearly explained the check-in procedures and breakfast times, and patiently answered all my questions.
