This hotel is truly fantastic! Even though I arrived early, well before check-in time, the front desk allowed me to check in right away. The front desk staff provided excellent and swift service, and they also informed me about some of the hotel's additional services. The room was comfortable and clean, with all the facilities and amenities well-equipped. The airport transfer service was also great; perhaps because it's Chinese New Year's Eve, the boss himself drove us to the airport in a Mercedes-Benz!

During my stay, I especially want to thank Danna, a hotel staff member, for her thoughtful service and professional demeanor. From check-in to check-out, she was consistently patient, meticulous, warm, and attentive. She promptly responded to inquiries and needs, handling them appropriately. She was diligent, responsible, and communicated with politeness and grace. She not only focused on service efficiency but also fully considered guests' feelings and privacy, making us feel incredibly secure and comfortable. The entire stay was made even smoother and more enjoyable by her dedicated service. Her professionalism and service awareness were truly outstanding. She was a wonderfully comforting presence that significantly enhanced this trip. Highly recommended, and I look forward to seeing her again next time.

Since we arrived in Wuhan late, the front desk staff, Xiao Shang, helped us communicate and upgraded us to a huge, super comfortable room with a balcony for an additional charge. It was really pleasant to wake up in the morning and enjoy the breeze on the balcony. The hotel's location is also excellent, making it convenient to get everywhere.

The hotel is very close to Metro Line 7. The room has a good view. You can see the lake. The lake is downstairs. You can go to the lake at night. The hotel is very close to Wansongyuan Snack Street. Wansongyuan Snack Street is very famous in Wuhan. There are many delicious foods. I checked in for crayfish, hot dry noodles, duck neck and lotus root soup... They are all very good. The hotel service is also very good. The child got greasy all over after eating crayfish. I asked the front desk for detergent, which was delivered to the room quickly. The hotel bar has free drinks, and the front desk also has free water and drinks. The hotel service staff are very friendly. There is no uninterruptible power supply at the bedside of the room I stayed in, so it is not convenient to charge the mobile phone at night.

This was my second visit to Wuhan, and I chose this hotel. The location is absolutely perfect. It's situated in the Li Huangpi Road area, offering direct access to Hankou Riverside Park on foot. Within minutes, you can walk to Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, Bagong House, and Jianghan Customs Clock Tower. Exploring old streets, watching light shows, and trying out local food can mostly be done on foot, making getting around incredibly convenient and stress-free. We opted for the split-level loft room type. The overall decor has a simple industrial feel, with spacious and airy interiors. The design is clean and aesthetically pleasing. The common areas are beautifully styled, making them perfect for photos. It was a very comfortable stay.

Special commendation to Sophia at the front desk. She was incredibly warm, polite, and provided meticulous service. Whether it was handling visitors, reception, or inquiries, she always dealt with them patiently and efficiently. She is dedicated, responsible, and has a very friendly and approachable demeanor. She actively cooperated with all sorts of tasks, working quickly and reliably, leaving me with an excellent impression.

The hotel is located right on Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, which is super central and convenient for getting around. There are tons of places to eat downstairs, and if you get hungry at night, you can easily order takeout. The hotel itself is very new and the environment is great. I used the self-service laundry and gym at night, and all the facilities were clean and tidy. The breakfast the next day was fantastic, with a wide variety of options, and they even gave me a free children's breakfast – much appreciated!

I stayed at the Orange Crystal Hotel in Wuhan's Jiedaokou for a business trip, and my overall experience was great. I especially want to commend the front desk staff, Xiao Di. I often stay in hotels, and I don't really expect anything overly luxurious; what I value most is the service attitude and attention to detail. Xiao Di excelled in this regard. When I checked in, there were quite a few people, but she handled everything efficiently and quickly, so I didn't have to wait long. Communication with her was very pleasant – neither cold nor overly formal. She clearly explained the check-in procedures and breakfast times, and patiently answered all my questions.

The room and service are very satisfied. The overall hotel style is European style, not a fake court style, but a retro charm after the precipitation of the years. This time, because a friend temporarily joined, the hotel staff gave the most reasonable room upgrade plan after understanding the appeal, not only saving the room rate but also living more comfortably. The room is also green with the window open, very comfortable energy field. Very recommended.

We had an excellent stay at this homestay, which exceeded the quality of most hotels I've stayed in. The room was spotless and well-furnished, with no worn-down furniture, a great pillow selection, and high-quality toiletries like shampoo. This family-owned and managed property offers outstanding service. The staff's service was exceptional—they set up a WeChat group for communication and assisted us with transfers to and from the railway station. Additionally, they arranged a mini-van with a driver for a full-day tour at a very reasonable price, making our trip hassle-free. The breakfast was a highlight, made with fresh, organic ingredients and homemade dishes. They have their own tea farm, and the tea tasted delicious. The homestay is beautifully located up on a mountain above the nearby town. Despite the remote location, the staff provided transfers to and from town since there were no taxis available. Overall, this homestay provided a delightful and memorable experience.
