Transportation: Located in the main urban area, transportation is very convenient. The surrounding amenities are complete, and ordering takeout is a breeze. Facilities/Services: The facilities are well-equipped, and there are plenty of parking spaces with charging stations. Dining: The restaurant offers a wide variety of dishes, and the breakfast buffet is very extensive. Double Spring Hot Spring Hotel is by far the best hot spring I've ever visited. The environment is great, the facilities are complete, and the service is attentive. Coming during the off-season was truly fantastic; it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves.

Wuhan's cherry blossoms are beautiful, but the real surprise of this stay started with Mike at the Ruihua Hotel. Thanks to his thoughtful arrangements, we were lucky enough to be upgraded to a room directly overlooking East Lake. This led to an incredible experience the next morning: watching the sunrise from the comfort of our bed! 🌅 I have to say, the quality at Ruihua is consistently excellent, from the Dyson hairdryer and full set of L'Occitane toiletries to the unbeatable lake view outside the window – every detail makes for a comfortable stay. Being right next to Chu River and Han Street also makes getting around incredibly convenient. A big thank you to Mike for making this trip to Wuhan such a wonderful start. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a visit to Wuhan!

Highly recommend this hotel! From the moment I walked in, I felt the thoughtful service. The front desk staff patiently answered all my questions and even granted a complimentary late check-out, with clear directions. The room layout was well-designed, with good natural light and ventilation, and the toiletries were high-quality – attention to detail truly shone through. The surrounding area was quiet and peaceful, allowing for a great night's rest. My overall experience was excellent, deserving of a full five-star rating. This hotel has officially made it onto my must-stay list for future travels!

We chose this hotel for our Chinese New Year trip, and it was very kid-friendly! The staff even prepared amenities for children. The lobby had a strong New Year atmosphere, and the staff were very kind to the little ones. The surrounding area has complete facilities, making it easy to take the kids out. The front desk service was also incredibly warm and welcoming, and the location is super convenient, right next to Wanda Plaza, so shopping and dining are just a stone's throw away. The hotel facilities are also comprehensive. Highly recommended!

The parking management is terrible; the parking lot is an absolute disaster, to put it mildly. Unless they sort it out, I definitely won't be coming back. The room design, I feel, won't appeal to most young people. The only good thing was the Executive Lounge. Although the food selection was small and not particularly tasty, it was very quiet, and the staff there genuinely knew how to provide good service. The cocktails they mixed were also quite good. Customer service called asking for a good review – the person's name was Yang Tian. I've never actually met him, but I'll give him a good review as he wished. Happy New Year, Yang Tian!

Where hustle and bustle meet tranquility, with Wanda Plaza just a stone's throw away and stunning Yangtze River views right from your window. The modern minimalist design beautifully blends with local gorge culture. The room was spacious and bright, and the facilities were excellent. I didn't get a chance to try the bar or the swimming pool this time, but I'll definitely book with Zoe next time to experience the bar and the 5th-floor wellness center.

Upon checking into the hotel, I realized I had two pieces of clothing with me that urgently needed washing, and I was worried I wouldn't have time to wash them before heading out the next morning. Xiao Long, the receptionist, understood my situation and immediately helped coordinate. To my surprise, the clothes were delivered to my room by 7 or 8 pm. Xiao Long's efficiency perfectly solved my big problem, leaving me incredibly grateful. I had thought the time pressure would cause delays, but Xiao Long's actions provided a wonderfully satisfactory solution. I sincerely commend Xiao Long's thoughtful service; having such staff at the Jia Hua Hotel is undoubtedly a blessing for every guest, adding a bright touch to my stay!

The most correct decision on Enshi's trip is to book Jiuzhou International! 10 minutes drive to the high-speed rail station, 15 minutes to the airport, free underground parking + charging pile by car, advance reservation and pick-up service. The lobby is full of high-rise lighting, and the new hotel is decorated with no smell. Panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows in the room, smart (voice-controlled curtains + toilet + lighting), mousse mattress + imported bedding, excellent sound insulation, staying up late to sleep at ease. The breakfast buffet was too pleasant. Tujia oil tea soup, stewed potatoes, rice tofu were all available. Chinese and Western dishes were rich and fresh. The night view of the Starry Sky Bar on the top floor is out. Next time I bring my family to Enshi, I must live here again!

My classmates from Guangzhou came to Wuhan for the Qingming Festival, and we decided to get together. We booked two high-floor twin rooms with a view. Since they weren't on the same floor, the front desk kindly and free of charge upgraded us to a family view suite on the same floor, with the rooms located right next to each other. The hotel faces the Yangtze River, offering views of the Yangtze River Bridge, Guishan TV Tower, and the Han River. At night, both riversides are bustling with traffic and illuminated, with the Guishan TV Tower light show adding to the spectacle. The bar under the cherry blossom trees behind the hotel is stylish and romantic, perfect for photos (though the cherry blossoms were almost gone). The breakfast, with both Chinese and Western options, was excellent and had a wide variety. Highly recommend, two thumbs up!

It's been a long time since I wrote a lengthy review, but considering the price point within the Marriott brand, I think this hotel might be one of the best globally. The service details are exceptionally well-executed. Before check-in, they called in advance to inquire about my needs, and a butler service was included. My butler, Meg, was incredibly responsive. Even late at night, the service center was very efficient; requested linens were delivered promptly. During breakfast, not only was there someone to seat you, but they also delivered coffee exactly as requested and at the perfect temperature without delay. Staff would even hold elevator doors open when encountered. The attention to detail is truly excellent. For me personally, the service experience during this stay was better than at some Ritz-Carltons. Based on my experience, I feel it wouldn't be out of place for this to be a JW Marriott. As for the food, I was also quite satisfied. The breakfast offered many local specialties, and the taste was comparable to what you'd find outside. If you don't feel like going out early, you can still experience a lot here. The lounge offerings are, at the very least, above average, and the executive lounge access felt almost complimentary. The roasted duck and char siu at dinner were delicious, and the alcoholic beverages were also good. Plus, the rooftop is accessible, and the night view is stunning. **Facilities**: The decor is very stylish, the room doors are very thick and solid, and as a newly renovated hotel, it's almost flawless. However, there was a slight issue with the bathtub plug; it was difficult to drain the water when full. I hope they address this.
