We stayed there for 1 night in lake-view room on 7/F, it's perfect for getaway. The hotel locates next to Ci Hu, we can access the view from our room. The lobby is grand, parking lots are sufficient. Room is big, all amenities are provided for free. I would definitely come back again with my kid next time.

The room is spacious and very clean, with a separate bathroom and toilet. Food deliveries are brought to your room by a robot, and the toiletries are comprehensive, even including a razor. I've stayed here twice already and will definitely come back again. It's very close to Jianghan Road, just a short walk downstairs every day.

One of the best hotels in Yichang, a five-star property. Let me start with the pros: 1. They proactively asked if we had children checking in and provided kids' toiletries and a bed rail. 2. The view is fantastic; opening the curtains immediately reveals the river. Wanda Plaza is right next door, and the Three Gorges Tourist Center is less than a 10-minute walk away. The location is excellent. 3. The electric toilet has a bidet function, the shower water temperature is just right with good pressure, and the bathtub isn't too slippery and is very spacious. 4. The minibar offers 4 bottles of mineral water, 2 cans of beer, 1 bottle of NFC orange juice, a small can of Lay's chips, and 4 cans of Coke. They replenished it on the second day, which was great. However, the cons are also quite noticeable: Most guests come to Yichang for sightseeing, and the hotel is very close to the Three Gorges Tourist Center. If you need to board a ship by 7:30 AM, you'd have to leave by 7:00 AM at the latest. When we asked for a packed breakfast, all we got was a croissant, a box of yogurt, and some pastries. I hope the hotel can be more considerate in the future and take into account guests' appetites and dining preferences. While younger people might be fine with whatever is provided, older guests or young children often prefer Chinese-style meals. Given its prime location, the hotel has a natural advantage and should pay more attention to guests' accommodation tendencies and improve accordingly. Additionally, the welcome fruit and nuts weren't delivered promptly. We had been in the room for almost two hours, and no one had brought them. We went out and only found them in the room hours later upon our return. The fruit consisted of one apple, one pear, one mandarin orange, two plums, and a few grapes. Regardless of the fruit's quality, there was nothing provided on the second day. I wonder if staying one night, checking out, and then checking into another room would still mean no amenities. As a five-star hotel in Yichang, I hope your esteemed establishment can continue to improve and make more adjustments by looking at things from the guest's perspective to resolve issues.

I go to hot springs around the area every year, and I think this one has the best environment. The room was very large and clean. Service: The service was prompt, and the staff quickly resolved any requests. It's also a nice touch that they deliver takeout right to your door! Breakfast: The variety isn't particularly extensive, but the noodles and rice noodles were decent, so it was still pretty good. Overall, we were extremely satisfied! If the price is right, we'll definitely come back to stay again!

The room was excellent – clean, well-maintained, and equipped with modern amenities. The vanity area was a nice touch, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep after a long day. The front desk staff were very friendly and even offered complimentary bottled water. Taxis are easily accessible nearby, and it's a short ride to various city center attractions. The breakfast was also quite good. Despite ongoing road construction on one side of the hotel, there was no noise at night.

It is very convenient to be next to the highway. There are supermarkets nearby. The hygiene is good, the hardware is good, the refrigerator is very convenient, the room is soundproof, and the curtains are especially light-blocking.

Great location, and the butler proactively contacted me to arrange some fruit in advance. The breakfast was plentiful, and it was super convenient to get around. Right across the street is a lively area with popular spots like luxury brand stores, crayfish restaurants, lotus root soup, and other trendy eateries. The afternoon tea was also fantastic, and the service was excellent. Plus, the view from the window was beautiful!

The moment I stepped into my room, I was instantly captivated by the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows. The untouched primeval forest felt close enough to touch. In the mornings, a sea of clouds drifted past the window frames, and at night, the starlit sky stretched above the eaves – every single moment was a breathtaking visual feast from nature. The room's design is both rustic and sophisticated. The bathtub, in particular, was an absolute highlight – perfect for a relaxing soak after a day of exploring, making all fatigue instantly melt away. The host's service was incredibly attentive, offering thoughtful itinerary suggestions and enthusiastic recommendations, truly adding a personal and warm touch to our stay. Far enough from the madding crowd, yet wonderfully close to nature.

The hotel is located within the Ping An Building. You need to take elevator 3 or 4 to the 11th floor for check-in. There are tons of restaurants near the hotel, and it's also very close to the subway station. The hotel rooms are voice-controlled smart rooms, which is perfect for young travelers today. The bedding and towels are all new and very clean. There's even a small night light under the bed, and the bathroom light turns on automatically when you enter – super cool! The soundproofing is excellent; it was very quiet for sleeping at night. I also want to commend the staff; everyone was friendly and served with a smile. The hotel also has a laundry room and a gym, both on the 11th floor, which is very convenient. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Wuhan!
