The second time I went there, Shuangquan Hotel was far better than Xiangyang Qiqu Hotel in terms of environment, facilities and service. It was a completely different experience. When I was dining in the hotel lobby, the front desk lady also brought mineral water! ! The small details were all in place! ! It was much more comfortable than the hotel I stayed in Xiangyang. I regretted my last trip. I still want to stay in this hotel three or four times! ! But there are some small suggestions. Can I add a small bed to the courtyard pool room? The small bed added later was really uncomfortable to sleep on. It was not comfortable at all. Sleeping was the most important thing. It should be improved. The bed in the parent-child twin room was too small. It was too easy to fall off when sleeping with one big and one small. It was not easy to merge them. One should be larger and one smaller, which would be more reasonable! !

Because I checked in at 3 o'clock in the middle of the night, the manager introduced some areas of the hotel, which saved me the time of calling and asking questions one by one!

The location of the hotel is very good, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the facilities are complete. The service staff are enthusiastic and responsive. I booked a lake (river) view room and the view outside the window was good. I will continue to stay at this hotel when I come to Suizhou in the future.

This hotel is always the safe choice for staying in Hankou. First, The staff is friendly, especially the front desk staff, one of them is Nico, who helped a lot before staying. I have stayed in this hotel for three times so far. furthermore, the facilities are maintained very well. Location is also a good beneficial point if you want to take taxi to anywhere in Hankou. The only thing could be improved for this time, the quality of the breakfast was not that good comparing to those before. That might be it in the temporary place.

I didn't sleep well all night. Something rang at the door and on the roof of the bathroom. It rang all night long. The air conditioner was not turned on, and the exhaust was not turned on. Did you lie to the child? I could only cook some noodles, and they tasted terrible. The front desk had to chat with other people while checking in for a room. very slow.

We were satisfied with all aspects of the hotel, from entering the hotel lobby to the guest rooms, we felt comfortable. The sanitation is very good, the design is decent, the facilities are complete, the environment is very good, and the parking lot in the backyard is also very large. Suizhou is a city with a lot of fireworks, and it is quite enjoyable to walk around. In addition to mineral water, the hotel rooms also provide free drinks such as Coke and Sprite, which shows the sincerity of the store. The top garden restaurant on the 10th floor has a beautiful environment and you can overlook the city of Suizhou. The breakfast is rich and delicious, which is the best among the many hotels we have stayed in. If I have the opportunity to come to Suizhou, I will definitely come again.

Entered the hotel to an absolutely wonderful lobby. To the right was a terrific bar that also serves cake and hot beverages. Our room was on the top floor - the executive floor. This gave us access to their lounge which was a great addition. It gave us a place to relax when inside the hotel with some snacks and beverages. I also very much enjoyed the massage chair in my room!  Finally, well stocked buffet for breakfast. Options are limited for “western “ foods but plenty of other options. Great stay!!

I always stay here when I go on business trips. Xiao Lu at the front desk provides great service, is attentive and proactive, and enthusiastically asks about my accommodation preferences. The hotel environment is also very good, the location is very good, it is very close to Huangshi North Station, the surroundings are very quiet, and the air is very good. I recommend staying here.

I expected a little better from the pictures on the Trip.com, but I wasn’t totally disappointed. The hotel is in a great location, near to 江汉路 and metro lines. The welcome received by the staff was also good; they were competent and ready to help. They don't offer buffet, but you can choose from 5 different Chinese breakfast sets, which seemed all tasty, and have it delivered to your room. The only flaws I found were the lack of lights and the soundproofing of the bedroom. The lights are all very dim compared to the standard 4-star hotel, especially in the shower and toilet. Also, the sink is quite rusty. Despite other reviews praising the soundproof walls, I was actually bothered during my stay and couldn't keep the window open. Otherwise, the loud noises from outside would be unbearable.

The girl at the front desk is very nice. I was given a free room upgrade. I came to attend a meeting. The front desk arranged a room on the high floor of Zhuge Liang Square for me, so I could enjoy the beautiful scenery during a busy day. Combining work and rest is good for physical and mental health. There is a gym on the fifth floor, but it is outsourced. However, the equipment is quite complete. It has everything it should have. Wanda is next to it, and it is also convenient for eating.
