My recent experience at this hotel was beyond my expectations!From the moment you step into the lobby, you can feel the enthusiasm and professionalism of the staff, who are willing to help with luggage and patiently introduce the facilities.The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the bathroom supplies are of high quality, and the welcome handwritten card is prepared in detail, which is very heartwarming!The location is excellent, surrounded by delicious food and business districts, making it very convenient for travel.The breakfast is rich in variety, with a reasonable mix of Chinese and Western cuisine, and the taste is superb!The overall service is considerate and meticulous, with an exceptional cost-performance ratio. I will definitely choose this place next time and highly recommend it!

Absolutely loved the hotel lobby – it's so spacious and grand. The view from my room window was breathtaking, with a misty, expansive landscape that was incredibly refreshing. Breakfast and the welcome fruit were also fantastic. It's super convenient for dining and shopping too. For two consecutive evenings, I strolled across the road from K Avenue walking street to SKP for dinner, then leisurely walked back to the hotel to enjoy a cup of tea. So relaxing! 😌

I love this hotel and location. biggest regret is there is no windows for normal room. location is great. right across from the main river and lots of shops and markets within 10 min walk. there is a luckin coffee nearby which is a plus. the service is great. room is very modern and new.great amenities with thick towels. I like walking around the hotel. other than no windows this hotel is top notch.

We chose this hotel for our Chinese New Year trip, and it was very kid-friendly! The staff even prepared amenities for children. The lobby had a strong New Year atmosphere, and the staff were very kind to the little ones. The surrounding area has complete facilities, making it easy to take the kids out. The front desk service was also incredibly warm and welcoming, and the location is super convenient, right next to Wanda Plaza, so shopping and dining are just a stone's throw away. The hotel facilities are also comprehensive. Highly recommended!

Extended my stay for two more days. The hotel is adorned with many antique collectibles, giving it a unique character. The front desk bar and reception area are designed with excellent taste. The front desk staff were very nice. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of options. This will be my top choice for my next trip to Wuhan! (Regretted not taking more photos, what a pity!)

Staying at the Wyndham Grand Yichang was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish – it truly lives up to its reputation as Yichang's premier luxury hotel! The hotel itself boasts a grand yet elegant ambiance. The high-floor lobby offers breathtaking panoramic views of the stunning river, and all public areas are impeccably clean and stylish. My room was spacious and comfortable, with wonderfully soft bedding, and the bathroom and smart facilities were thoughtfully designed, making for a truly relaxing stay. The service was nothing short of exceptional. Everyone, from the concierge to the housekeeping staff, was warm, professional, and incredibly responsive. A special shout-out to Abby at the front desk: she was so patient and thorough during check-in, always with a friendly smile. She proactively shared information about the hotel's amenities and local attractions, and promptly and effectively addressed any requests I had. Her attentiveness and professionalism made me feel so welcome. The entire stay was smooth, reassuring, and filled with thoughtful details. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Yichang. Highly recommended!

The best hotel in Huangshi. Very clean and modern interior design, super friendly staff. The crossstreet shopping center is definitely a huge plus where I can take my daughter to the kid playground and shop at many major brands.lots of chain store restaurants. Night time plaza dancing in so many different groups of people, young and old, female and male, amazing and everyone is welcome to join for free. I also hosted two large groups of family party at the hotel's restaurant. Decent food and service.

Our main reason for this trip was to see the Qingchuan Lantern Festival in Hanyang, and Qingchuan Holiday Hotel was our top choice. It's conveniently located right next to the lantern festival entrance, and directly opposite Guishan Scenic Area, offering a clear view of Guishan TV Tower. You can even spot the Yellow Crane Tower across the river and get a majestic panoramic view of the Yangtze River Bridge! The hotel room was clean and well-maintained. We stayed in a family room which was very spacious for four people. The only minor drawback is that, as an older hotel, some of the facilities are a bit dated, but everything else was great! Overall, it was a good stay! Thumbs up! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

The room's cleanliness was a letdown. The pillowcase had yellow stains, the hairdryer was full of dust, the trash can wasn't clean, and the cups had water marks from leftover cleaning solution. When I brought up the housekeeping issues, they deflected, saying it's hard to avoid and that guests should proactively point these things out. However, they did send some fruit, which was a nice gesture. The breakfast was really good, and the room had a great view. The bathtub wasn't very clean either, with several yellow stains. Staff training seems insufficient, as multiple times people came to the room without introducing themselves. On the bright side, the front desk staff were fantastic – a big thumbs up to them!
