Refurbishing is happening right outside our room with shouting and banging waking us up. Lift to the ”main building” wasn't working and we tried to contact the staff by pressing the alarm following the instructions in the lift but staff was unable to help us despite us shouting thru the intercom. No other signs or instructions on how to get down to the front desk. When we finally figured out how to get two elderly family members and two large suitcases down. Two of the staff looked up at me, only one (the female staff) acknowledged me with a hi and both went back to look at their computer screens. I basically have to ask if anyone was going to help me before the male staff raise his voice at me and told me I was being unreasonable because he was only looking at his screen for a second. But why do I have to make my presence known to get help from the staff when I'm standing right in front of them? They choose to look at their screens rather than help me.

The hotel is good considering the moderate pricing for Sweden, breakfast is also nice and offers multiple choices! The hotel combines a building of the 1980irs with some of middle age. The hotel has a a parking lot in an underground garage, but although directly under the hotel the elevator does not reach to the parking lot and you need to take the stairs from the lobby. The parking fee is 200 Crowns and it adds substantially to the moderate pricing! The room was pretty large but only had dim light. Unfortunately, the heating control did not work properly. The radiator was all time cold and when we told the reception they said it’s because of the old building. However, they brought us an electrical fan. After some time of using it the fuse was blown up. I didn’t want to complain any more… I think the hotel needs to fix something for guests in the winter time!

I had a wonderful stay at the Best Western hotel in Malmö. The breakfast they offered was absolutely delicious—every bite was incredible, beyond what I expected. The reception manager also showed special care for us, making us feel very welcome. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Thank you for such a great experience!

Recently stayed at Scandic Malmo City Hotel and the experience was absolutely perfect. From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making me feel right at home. The hotel’s location is ideal—quiet yet close to the city’s main attractions and charming streets.
The room was equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. They also have a laundry room facility for free.
I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Malmo. I will definitely return on my next trip!

This wonderful hotel is a manor with quite, clean and comfortable rooms with great view (we had two rooms). It is also wonderfully located with a walking distance to the hiking tracks in Kulla Peninsula and a vineyard (we walked to Arilds Vineyard and had a wonderful tour, ate a wonderful dinner and bought some bottles of the locally made wine). The hotel is close (10 minutes car drive) to many sightseeings. We visited Kullen Lighthouse, Naturum, Krapperup Castle’s wonderful garden and cafe, Mölle, etc. The hotel staff is wonderful, the breakfast is great, and there is a gym, a billiard table, a curling play table, football game table, etc. in this hotel. We highly recommend this wonderful hotel.

Apeng1006This is my second stay.
I booked a standard single room, which is very large and on the 5th floor!
The hotel provides breakfast and dinner with a wide variety of options. If you come to Malmö, it is worth staying!

Anonymous UserThe hotel is really convenient, located just outside Malmo Central Station.
Free refreshment station coffee tea and water throughout the day, this is a warm touch.
Room is clean, no windows, enough for one person.
Bathroom is not separated from the toilet, so easy to flash out water.
Breakfast good selection, fruits, bread, salad and yoghurt, no hot food.
Check out luggage storage needs to pay 50 SEK, which is not convenient for travellers to explore the area after check out.

Guest UserI arrived at around 11 am. I was very surprised that they let me check-in at such an early time. The staff was very nice. Great sea view and a very spacious room that i can fully open my large luggage. Breakfast was delicious but not too many options
