Hotels Near kult - Kultur und lebendige Tradition in Vreden

Was hier voor de 2e keer voor een overnachting op doortocht. Niet duur, erg vriendelijk personeel en het eten is ook goed. De kamer die ik nu had was echter een stuk minder, had kamer nr10 in het ”Gästehaus”. Enkele minpunten zijn echter snel op te lossen; - monteer een dikker gordijn (het huidige gordijn laat véél te veel licht door, bij de opkomende zon word je al om 5uur wakker gemaakt door het vele licht) - monteer een zeepbakje in de douche - monteer een tocht***** onder de deur (er komt nu veel licht onderdoor: opgelost door de handdoek er voor te leggen) Heel weinig geslapen omdat er enkele mensen die beneden in het halletje terugkwamen van een feest en die tot 3:15uur (!) luidruchtig bleven kletsen en lachen. Daarna even geslapen echter toen kwam de zon op om 5uur. Volgende keer neem ik slaapmasker en oordopjes mee en dan is het prima. Ontbijt: prima echter geen croissants. Verder is de koffieautomaat erg langzaam.

One night business in Oeding. A charming hotel, the room was easily equipped (pricely very good), clean and cozy. Breakfast is good and everything you need is there. The absolute highlight was but the dinner. We arrived at 19:00 and thought ”swiftly eat something in the hotel restaurant” and did not expect all too much. A look at the food map then immediately made curiosity. Real Vienna Schnitzel from the Münsterland Kalb and ACTUATION Sauerbraten from Cod with potato strap, bearbear bear white and maize. Sauerbrates, fish??? That was supposed to be. So once ordered snitzel and once surbrates. The snitzel was very good, but the surbrates from cod the absolute ham. Rarely eaten so genially. All harmonised extremely well. The butter for pleasant acid fish and very good potato strain was heavenly. The maizes were delicious, but I would have already had enough fish, potatoes and this magnificent beurre-blank. All of the beer served with very well-sapted beer by particularly friendly staff. I'll certainly go back soon and hope the oxybrate is still on the map. Great overall package with excellent kitchen. Thank you for it.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel / lodge with some friends as we had a club event in the local area the following day. There was plenty of parking available outside the hotel in a pleasant wooded area. The staff on reception were friendly and helpful and we were soon directed to our rooms. The room we had was spacious with a large bathroom, comfy double bed, TV (although some of the channels didn't seem to work), small kitchenette area with kettle and coffee / tea selection. There was free Wi-Fi which worked fine. Reception wasn't open 24-hours, it was closed at night and reopened at the same time as the breakfast buffet. The dining was limited when we arrived there as we were told there was only one chef on duty so we all ate elsewhere, however we enjoyed a decent breakfast in the hotel the following morning with a good selection of bread, pastries, ham, cheese, jams, croissants, juice machine, coffee machine and some hot food options (although as we had to eat early some of the hot dishes weren't quite available when the breakfast buffet opened for us at 8am). The hotel has an interesting history, as it used to be a factory and the hotel name literally means Chestnut Factory, named after the trees that used to stand in front of the building back then. The factory had closed in 2001 and was sold in 2006 but the plans to convert to care homes never happened. After standing empty for 14 years it was reopened as a B&B Hotel and our experience was really good.

Just a weekend away, and we always book Hotels near the city center. The weapon of Hengelo is the perfect hotel to do that. This hotel is close to the center and is perfect. Very large spacious room, with everything on it very modern and clean. And the possibility to make coffee and tea in the room. Spacious and very comfortable bed and nice bath in the middle of the room and a nice bathroom. A nice couch in the room is also nice so you can sit and relax for a while. Very modern that you can use an app via your phone to open your hotel and room door. The adjacent restaurant is very nice, cozy and the food and coctails were delicious, something for everyone. There is no reception or breakfast room for breakfast. This was not a problem for us, we had breakfast with us as there is a fridge in the room. You can also walk into town and have breakfast there or get breakfast at the supermarket. Again a super nice hotel for a weekend getaway.

Excellent service, very kind staff. Food at the restaurant was amazing and the hotel itself is beautiful. Great location and very stylish inside. I accidentally left some clothes in my room before flying back to the UK and they posted them back on the same day.

Stayed here for a few days and the room was large and spacious. Bathroom was big too and came with bath tub. There was an issue with my firdt room with the bath refusing to drain and was charged to a different room which was without issue. Cleaning staff decided to chuck again my sachet of skincare which I left in the paper cup in the bathroom which was irritating. Food at the restaurant was good. Breakfast was also ok.

Het was het 3e hotel in het kader van een meerdaagse fietsvakantie met bagagevervoer, georganiseerd door de Populusgroep. Drie hotels en een Gand Café in de regio, gerund door leden van één familie. (Fietsliefhebbers adviseer ik de website te raadplegen). Het was het eerste hotel waar de koffers al naar de kamer waren gebracht. Eerste pluspunt! De benaming Landhuishotel is terecht. Gelegen in een bosrijke omgeving met rond het hotel een prachtig gazon. Een ruim terras met leilindes voor schaduw rijke plekken met loungesets. De entree ademt direct grandeur. Chesterfield loungesets rond de receptiebalie. Van de drie hotelkamers waar we op onze trip overnachtten, was dit verreweg de ruimste en best geoutilleerde. Oké, geen airco die we eerder wel aantroffen, maar een kleine tafelventilator, maar wel een kluisje en een koelkastje. Dat was eerder niet het geval. Gelukkig wel weer een regendouche. Het 3 gangenmenu voor hotelgasten was uitstekend met als voorgerecht een bavarois met palingmousse (foto). Ook het ontbijtbuffet was overvloedig, al mistten wij de vruchtensalade. Niet onvermeld mag blijven het vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.
