At the reception desk, I was told that there were no reservations, and I was almost turned away because the room was full. I was strongly told to report any complaints to Trip.com, and when I contacted them, they suddenly told me that they had found a room. To make matters worse, he was rude and said, "You're lucky." It can't be helped since it's a business hotel in the countryside, but the service was the worst.
