Hotels near Family Garden-garden ＂PALUCH CITY＂ in Warsaw

Location is 10 km from center of Warsaw, so if you want to go downtown by foot, forget it. You wont be able to see anything from Warsaw, unless you use a taxi. We came by car, and whwn we asked for ticket for parking garage, receptionist told us that we must go to reception each time we want to go out with our car. So, if we have to go 5 times to the town, we will need to ask each time a new ticket for parking. If you think that this is because they have a guard in the garage, some extra security devices or similar. Forget it. They just have a comon cameras which I dont beleive that work at all. So if you have an expencive car, you left it on your responsibility. When we enter into a room, dissapointment was complete. Card for entering a room is the same card you have to use for the electricity, meaning that when you left a room, refrigirater will be swich off, your mobile will stop charging the batery, etc. Beside that, there is only one place to switch on the lap top, or camera, or similar device. When you search room for business travel, this is more than insuficient. Plug in beside the bed are so low that you have to put mobile on the floor in order to charge it. Carpets are dirty and with stains. There are also stains on both armchairs. Tea set is settled in the darked corner of the room, so that you cant se what are you doing. Light switches are mixed up, so when you are laying in bed you must stand up from bed to switch off the light, which make the bed lamps useless. There is no bathrobe, there is no slippers, there is no soap, or shampoo (just gel for showerbath). Space in the shower cabin is without plastic or rubber protection on the floor, so you can break you legs, because the floor is enormously slippy. Air condition in the room is not adjustable, so, either you will freeze, or you will be boiled. This hotel must be ranked with 2 stars at most.

Hotel is situated in business district within short 5-10 minutes ride from WAW airport ( 17 - 20 PLN for taxi ). Moderately priced. New building with kind of industrial design, everything inside fresh and stylish. Rooms are comfortable and have everything inside for any traveller. Very good restaurant on site, which is also providing good and tasty breakfast. Negative - nothing specifically to mention. Positive - food and general ambience. Overall - highly recommend.

The crazy thanks to the hotel and all the staff!!! So the circumstances have come that the hotel has become our home for 3 months and we family are crazy thanks to all the staff of the hotel for calm, humanity, reception and joyful! We brought you a lot of trouble and chaos with our visit from Ukraine (February and March were special for us months), we know and realize it. The management of the hotel and all staff became close to us people 🙏🙏🙏. Thank you for your care and attention, for clean rooms and clean beds, for delicious and diverse food, we know that you have tried very hard for us, what only costs Easter and Ukrainian dishes on Christmas 💙💛, we will never forget it! Thank you for our children, for patience and care, for the children's room with toys and attention to our children! Recommend the hotel, now I know where to stay in Warsaw with my family, during my tourist visit 🙌

Chose this hotel again after I had to travel with an injured foot, because I couldn't think of a more perfect place for me. It has a free shuttle from the airport; nice girls at the reception speak multiple languages; the rooms are very clean, everything is new and modern, and the best of all - the beds are extremely comfortable! The restaurant had minimal service this time because it was Easter (my fault for not looking it up, but I also wish the hotel would put a note about things like that on their website). But I was quite happy with what they offered anyway. No complaints there. Plus, they make great coffee at the reception! I asked for a room closer to the elevator, and I was accommodated wonderfully. They ordered me a taxi and it arrived on time. Perfect trip in every way.

Everything was great, especially the amenities with many restaurants, bars, a spa, a gym... I have however to mention that the trainee receptionist who checked me out was not particularly friendly. She told me I could not use the gym after checking out. This is very surprising in an airport hotel - far from the city - where many people will have to wait for their afternoon or evening flight long after checking out. Thankfully I asked again to another staff in the afternoon, who was more than happy to give me access to the gym. I would therefore recommend that the trainee in question improves her hospitality skills.

A perfect hotel for those transiting and having long layovers. Clean,spacious rooms.Didn't have breakfast there as we stayed only for a night, but definitely recommend it.

Hotel rooms are clean and clean. However, there is no water in them where the mineral bottle seems to be a standard. There is no glass room, so only a plastic cups are available. Support in the reception with the weakest cell. You are not interested in guests chewing the second breakfast, no contact with eyesight. The parking fee was doubled, but after the mention the amount was returned, but I didn't hear a word sorry, or even a gram of confusion that the service pages. It is clean, affordable and a good location, but it is definitely not enough to consider the hotel a good one.

Room is good for short Business trip. It’s clean, comfy, good quality and complies with the description on website. I would like to single out Mr. Jakub from the reception desk, night shift 20.04.2023. I made a mistake. Wrong date on reservation. Mr. Jakub showed great professionalism, surrounding me with care and in the middle of the night, despite almost 100% occupancy, he found a room at a good price. Very carring staff. Good work.

I stayed recently at the hotel for the timeframe of mid-march 2022, and enjoyed the food (loved the artichoke pasta dishes and the turkey club sandwich with bacon), and the hospitality. For us English speaking folks, it was very easy to communicate with the staff, both at the front desk, and with the bar / wait staff. The staff was respectful, and were willing to help you with any reasonable request. From assisting me with booking train tickets on my laptop for local trips, to scheduling COVID testing for my flight home. The staff was very friendly and considering the present environment was very generous with their time. I would go back in a heartbeat, as it is close to a local grocery store, their rooms have a large safe, easy to accommodate a laptop, and a small refrigerator. The rooms are relatively sound proof, so if you are mostly active at night vs. the day sleeping during daylight hours this is not an issue. If you do go to the local grocery store, just a reminder, you need to bring your own bags, and you have bag all the items your self, not typically something you see in the US. Everyone in the area walks everywhere, so there are distinct walking paths vs. bicycling paths, and all pedestrians have the right of way in the cross walks. That being said, situational awareness is key, as vehicle speeding signs are mostly a suggestion rather than the rule. Folks park on the sidewalks, as no one parks on the street. Almost no one except for tourists walk with their phones out, as locals keep a good eye on vehicles and fellow pedestrians. Overall I would like to thank the staff for the generosity, and help with some of the simple tasks that I found challenging due to the language barrier, overall making my trip a success. This location is just outside the airport gate ( a literal 4 min drive) The hotel and rooms were spotless. The staff were very friendly and helped with logistics on getting to the right train stations and areas to go too Rooms are smaller then American rooms, but larger then most euro rooms. They don’t have bathtubs only showers The water pressure and amount of hot water was great Internet was very strong and never dropped when I was using it They provide two bottles of water per day The buffet breakfast was always full and was very good They have a small bar for nightcaps / beer Free rides to the airport Downside. No food walking distance Overall amazing choice
