Very nice hotel. Rooms are basic with no coffee machine or fridge and a little smaller than the average but very cozy and with nice bathroom. I would recommend for the price.

Probably the best hotel in the area
Very central location, it is very simple to walk to the old city, but it is very convenient to take a taxi.
The room was very spacious, even unexpectedly, and there was a study with a special office
Bathroom has a bathtub, more spacious
The downside was that I got a dish of blueberries that had moldy hair on it, but I didn't eat any of them, so I didn't give them points

The location of the hotel is very good, just across the street from the World Cultural Heritage Warsaw Old Town, just a few minutes' walk away.
The hotel is a 5-star hotel, and the lights outside the hotel rooms are all voice-activated; the floor in the central area of the hotel's open-air garden restaurant is full of star-like floor lamps, which is very romantic. The service concept is also very strong. When we checked in, we were not satisfied with the room type due to a small misunderstanding. The staff led us to look at all the different room types of the same level until we chose the most satisfactory one; this room type will have staff to check whether the room is equipped both work fine.
The breakfast environment is also good. Although there are not so many types, there are pickles similar to kimchi and pickles, and you can also order hot meals.
The only thing that is not perfect is the main meal. I ordered foie gras and caviar.

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. This time I had to book a room by myself because I had an extra colleague. I don’t know if my room has been renovated or the overall upgrade. The bathroom has become more modern than I have in 23 years, and the toilet has become more designed. However, the overall furniture and design have not changed much and are very clean.
I have a love-hate relationship with the location of the hotel. It's close to tourist attractions and pedestrian streets, but it's still a bit of a walking distance. You can make good use of a scooter in summer, but this option is missing in winter when it snows.
The convenience of breakfast is the biggest plus. There are many choices of hot and cold dishes, cheese, cheese, bread, juice, etc. The environment is also large and comfortable, but I forgot to take pictures the second time I came.
Overall, it is very satisfying for a business hotel. There is also a place in the room to work with colleagues and prepare for meetings. Hope to have the opportunity to come here again!

One of the reliable things in life is what you get from a chain hotel and this was everything you would expect from a very well located Novotel. Nothing remarkable but comfortable clean rooms and efficient service. As the location was so good we would stay again

Outstanding
GgracelusdThe location of the hotel is very good. It is very close to the old town on foot. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. Hotel service is very good.
JJen N.This hotel is absolutely beautiful. I enjoyed my stay right from the moment I walked in till I checked out, left my luggage in their luggage room and returned after satisfying my ice-cream craving around the corner (Stolica Lodow).
I understand why this hotel has a higher rating the Hampton by Hilton Warsaw airport. My twin room was on the 5th floor and it had comfortable beds and pillows. Though the view from my room was of a construction site and a block of apartments, I still had the view of the lovely plants in the parking lot.
My bathroom was clean and had all the supplies I needed.
The decor in the lobby was stunning. If you love taking pictures, you’d appreciate this. I also love that it has a wee kiddies play area in the lobby.
I enjoyed my breakfast and had some more pancakes, they were scrumptious. I arrived for breakfast at half 9 and noticed that the fruits were all gone but they were soon replenished, i liked that. I was looking forward to some cakes at breakfast but there wasn’t any 😔
In all, I had a lovely time there and look forward to visiting again soon.
HHGM720Overall had a really pleasant stay here! The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable and the staff were nice. Old Town Warsaw is also not too far away, and it’s such a lovely place to visit. Highly recommend eating Polish dumplings!
My friend who is a lifelong Warsaw resident thought this stay was a bit overpriced, but it’s still far more reasonable than hotels in many other European cities. My only hiccup with this booking was the shuttle service: it was confusing to coordinate. Most complimentary airport shuttle services have shuttles going back and forth every hour or every 30 minutes, so I didn’t realize this hotel only has one shuttle and one driver, meaning you have to individually schedule your pickup in advance. It’s hard to predict what time you’ll be ready to go, as even if your flight lands on time, you still have to de-board the plane, go through customs/immigration, wait for your baggage at the carousel and find your way to the exit. My bags took a while to come, and then I got a little lost, and the driver almost left without me. It was quite stressful, so I’d recommend giving yourself plenty of time to get from your plane to the shuttle.
MMohamedHotel facilities are excellent, breakfast is great. But I found the most of the staff are not helpful, specially at the restaurant during breakfast time. Felt descriminated by color. When we went for breakfast no one showed us a table while others are escorted. Folk & knife brought to them while we were asked to go and take it.
すすしすしThe receptionist's response was good. However, one of the cards couldn't be used due to a magnetic malfunction or something, and there was a condom in the room, which made me feel uncomfortable, as if it hadn't been cleaned properly. Other than that the room was clean.
GGuest UserThe hotel is located right opposite to the Warsaw Central station, so it is very convenient for those who need to catch a train. Check-in was quick and the staff was polite. The fact that the hotel rooms are located on the higher floors of the building give customers an opportunity to look at Warsaw from a spectacular angle. The breakfast offers a decent variety of food and drinks. The room itself is of decent size but the interior is a bit aged and requires some new decorations and design. In light of the fact that there are several much newer 5-star hotels in downtown Warsaw, this hotel needs to seriously step up to keep itself competitive in the game.
GGuest UserGreat hostel in a slightly out of the way area - ~20m to the city center, or a little more if trying to visit the major museums. There a Lime and Bolt bikes often parked outside the hostel which can be quicker than getting to the tram or metro.
The room was clean appart from a few stains on the wall and some spiled drinks on the seats near the table in the room. Bed was a comfy foam with very light bedding - great for summer but might be chilly in winter. Bathroom was very clean and there was a hand soap and shower gel/shampoo combo next to the sink and in the shower respectively. There are many outlets (4+) but no USB outlets which would be useful for a hostel hosting international travelers without adapters. There is a lightswitch on the bedframe so you don't need to get up and then the main light off at the door which is a great feature.
The staff were very quick and friendly at check in - I used the 'quick' checkout to leave which is just putting the key card in a plastic box at reception.
Unfortunately, the walls are very thin and the neighbouring rooms were very loud so I was woken up at 6:30. There is no noise limit hours like other hostels so be prepared to be disturbed at any hour. Have to knock a point for this.
If on a budget this is a great option, but I would recommend staying elsewhere for a peaceful environment and good sleep.
DDaivaThe hotel is only remembering its glorious days. The rooms are grand, but have no more mini bars. The size of the bathroom a bit compensate it. However, the hair dryer can be used only with an open closet doors, giving a feeling like being in a closet and sweating from the heat of the hair dryer. The breakfast is ok, but the surrounding is so shabby, literally asking to have the breakfast fast and leave. The surrounding of the hotel is like in the middle of nowhere. We chose it because of the swimming pool, but at the end used only the gym that was very well equipped. To sum up, next time we would chose rather more updated hotel without a pool than this one that is very shabby in our opinion. Also, we will NOT BOOK via TRIP because we got tricked this time by apparently receiving a special price for our search with all the settings, but that was a TRICK!!! The prize didn’t include breakfast, so at the end we paid a way more than the original offering: paying extra 25 Eur per person x 4. The breakfast is not worth it 25 eur at this hotel. Also, TRIP kind of booked for as the rooms for smokers. Thanks to the reception, they have double checked it with us when we arrived, so we got the non-smoker rooms. Though, they forgot to ask about the breakfast leaving us with the unpleasant moment next morning.
MMilanThis hlocation very clean and on excellent downtown location. There is free coffee, tea and corn flames. Their staff is more then helpful . I would highly recommend this venue.
GGuest UserI stayed for a night on a long layover. The staff was helpful and accomodating, the room was clean, and the olace was easy to find. Bring 5 USD or 5 EUR for a key deposit (you get it back). I couldnt connect to wifi in my room (could have been my computer) but it was ok in the reception area. I had my own room but the bathroom was shared with several other rooms which wasnt clearly stated in the listing; normal for hostels though.
