The hotel was really nice. Unfortunately a wedding was going on at the same time we were staying there, so it was noisy and chaotic at times. But the room had a great view and the service was excellent. I really wish parking was included however, especially if you stayed like 2 or more days perhaps.

The scenery outside the hotel is very nice, but my room doesn't have it, and I need to order breakfast myself. The room rate on New Year's Eve is outrageous

I had a comfortable stay in the quiet and clean interior. The lobby is on the 6th floor, the rooms are on the 7th to 10th floors, and there are two elevators, but only one was working, so it was disappointing that it took a long time to move. The Manhattan ferry stop was right in front, so it was convenient.

This hotel only provides accommodation above the 6th floor. There is a smell in the corridors and rooms, and the windows in the rooms cannot be opened. I cannot understand why the windows in the entire hotel cannot be opened.

Overall it's ok. If there is no special reason, I don't recommend staying here. It's too far from the city. It's more convenient to take the ferry. It's suitable for people who don't have much luggage and are not in a hurry.
