Regarding the breakfast buffet, there's room for improvement. (That's just my personal opinion, though.) All in all, it's a very good hotel for its price range! I can wholeheartedly recommend it."

"A nice hotel in a very nice old city. Directly located in the middle of the old city. Parking was easy on the location. The hotel has an old part and a newer part, and we had a room in the newer part. The room was large, clean and had a not so good view over the parking space and not over the city. The room had room bar and wifi. Breakfast was good and with all options you wanted in the morning. In the evening the same area was a restaurant with very good food. The bar in the same area is open in the evenings and are a nice place to recap what you have seen during the day."

"We enjoyed our stay here, the reception was friendly and the hotel was clean and well-maintained. The shower tool a shower to heat up but perseverance helped. Breakfast was good with a selection of cereals, cold meats, cheese and yogurts. There was no lift to get to the top floor. The hotel was in a really good place for visiting the town on foot and the town itself was lovely. We would stay again. "

"Part of coach tour. Room clean, spacious, NO tea/coffee facilities, NO aircon, NO charging points, NO main room light just 3 lamps. TV remote sticky. Staff very friendly, but hard to communicate with, they don't really understand English fully. Food amazing but no after dinner coffee unless you pay for it. £5 for glass sprite, 400ml. This could be great but feels substandard and penny pinching "

"Usually I would stay at the HKK, but their prices are now very high, so I came across this hotel and was very pleasantly surprised by the hotel and its staff. Nice large room,clean and well maintained hotel with really helpful staff in reception,really made me welcome. Breakfast was good quality with hot and cold choices,great bread rolls. Really liked the sauna,which they get ready for you, just let the know beforehand. Some great little restaurants wright on your doorstep."

"We were from 13.03 to 16.03.26 at Hotel Blocksberg, on recommendation. We were positively surprised. The house has a own bakery and provides it not only to its own guests but also to the community. The memory card is small but fine. Our hair-skin Sir Henry was also best provided (with leckerlies from the house). We can only recommend the hotel further."
