Not satisfied at all.Throughout our stay TV not working and at the same time upon checking in we were told that all amenities are all free not mentioning that the $34 charge for resort fee are all included. Property location also not satisfied for the price it’s away from the center where all the activities are located.

It is my second time to stay in the hotel. I drove to the parking lot before I checked in. The security man checked me in and said it was your second time. welcome back. I like that.

The stay was great from the room to the location and the price, but on arrival my tub was not clean. My belongings also were moved or taken during room moves or cleaning and not returned prior to leaving. Otherwise, the stay was great!

The room is very cosy and comfortable. A very nice hotel to stay just that it's a bit further down on the *****. There is a bus stop directly in front of the hotel. The hotel has a very nice pool and the staff are friendly too.

Great location, a typical HILTON hotel vibe… overall, its a good hotel.

It was a good trip.

When I checked in at 2-616, I entered the room and there was no cleaning. I called room service and coordinated to 2-623. I stayed for two days and no one came to clean or change towels at the end of the first day. The shower facilities are old and the shower curtain cannot cover the water, leaving the bathroom floor covered with water. This is a common problem in Hilton hotels. No bottled water.
