On the edge of the airport, you can see the airport, but no noisy, paid parking, can not be added, a bed can sleep 2 people, breakfast is not finished, do not know if it is good, eat to drive out, 3 km Look like you can find a shop to eat

This hotel is conveniently located opposite the airport. The internal facilities are clean and tidy. Very good stay experience. Will come again next time

I liked the Places customer service 24/7 but stayed for three days they didn't change the bedsheets and towels, the windows can't be opened and only one microwave for all guest in the building .

We chose this hotel since my toddler wanted to go to the dinosaur water park, which he really enjoyed. My biggest concern is that they no longer provide room cleaning service (unless requested). I was never informed of this and was so confused by the second day that I finally went to the front desk to inquire why my room hadn't been cleaned. By this time the cleaning staff had left and I spent my last night cleaning my hotel room as the garbage bins were full and we had run out of towels (there is very limited space to hang towels in the bathroom). The front desk told me to place the towels and garbage in the hallway and that they would drop off supplies. Fresh towels and coffee refills were quickly dropped off, but my used towels and garbage sat in the hallway for about 12 hours. I was wondering why everyone had piles of towels and garbage outside their door! Not exactly the best ”covid-19” cleanliness protocol. I would have appreciated being informed of their cleaning protocols during the reservation or check-in process.

The hotel is very close to the airport, just a few minutes drive, the health is very good, the staff are very polite, the breakfast is not much, but the taste is very good, and it is different every day, the room is very big, there is a kitchen dishwasher, do it yourself The meal is very convenient, the hotel also has free parking and a self-service laundry room and a free gym. There is a big supermarket not far from the hotel, really recommended, very cost-effective hotel

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, full room with all the comforts ( fridge, microwave kitchen, washing machine, coffee shop ) very useful for long stays , this avoids meals at the restaurant every day. The hotel is very clean and the hotel is also clean .The staff are listening to the clients. Only small bemol , the hotel bar is closed ( I imagine the covid ) , the outdoor house does not work . Generally, this a very nice hotel and the price is amazing given its central location. The staff are excellent, helpful and friendly. We also enjoyed the modern feel of our room. We were well stocked with clean towels, and bedding was comfy and clean. As cons, you could tell looking at the nooks and crannies along the walls that a more thorough cleaning is needed soon. Housekeeping was also unavailable for two days of our stay due to staff shortages. While this didn't really affect us, and I do appreciate there are industry wide issues, it's something to keep in mind if you require daily cleaning. Truthfully, our biggest issue was the noise and disturbances outside that we heard at night. Again, this isn't the hotel's fault by any means but potential visitors should be aware. Although we only stayed 3 nights, I got woken up frequently by ambulances, police car sirens, racing cars, and once even by a 4am altercation outside on Portage. We were all the way up on the 14th floor. Ear plugs helped but it didn't dull out everything. So, if you're noise sensitive, maybe ask for a room facing Ellice or Hargrave? Parking at the nearby secured Indigo parkade is also $20/day so don't forget to factor that into your budgeting.

Prior to Covid-19 I used to stay a this hotel many times. My latest visit in June 2022 was a huge disappointment. The parking area at the hotel was greatly reduced. The exterior of the hotel was dirty! I was given a room on the second floor and the widows were so dirty you could not see clearly out of them. On check in there were two security guards on duty,one was asleep at the computer desk. People and children were running and slamming doors past 2 am. Security did nothing!. I stayed 2 nights after night one the room was not vacuumed and toiletries were not replaced. I was charged $149 per night for a regular room. On night number 2 I arrived back at the hotel there were piles of garbage across from the elevator, the garbage was still there the next morning plus garbage in the hallways. The smell was bad. Once again 2 security guards on duty, this time one was asleep in the breakfast area! There were no vending machines but the staff were happy to to sell a small bottle of warm water for $3.00. When I expressed my concerns at check out, the desk clerk blamed the flood evacuees for most of the hotel issues, which in my opinion was a poor excuse. The hotel is starting to look run down. The accommodations and customer service was not what I am.used to at the Country Inn and Suites in Winnipeg.

The hotel location is at Winnipeg's heart with excellent service, clean rooms, and reasonable prices. We couldn't find something more attractive on our budget. We could walk at the Forks and enjoy a nice meal, and walk around the stores. Also, we had a great visit to the humane museum just around the corner. Thank you, Humphry Inn.
