That staff was amazing, the room was super clean and all the employees were super helpful, great customer service went above and beyond anything I could have imagined. I felt safe staying here it is close to the turnpike and a highway.

There was a very obnoxious group of adults and kids being extremely loud, running up and down the hallways and stairs, adults were obviously intoxicated, and it was 11:30pm. Regardless of what time we had to be up in the morning (6am) it was still very loud. Called the front desk they said they couldn’t do anything.. unbelievable! So I had to actually address them myself and ask the please quiet down. 2 out of like 7 were genuinely true. I appreciate that but the rest were hanging outside with the back door of the hotel open screaming and drinking. One of the ladies started to get a little confrontational. No one came to help as far as staff. The next morning, I went to the front desk to get corporates number. Walking back toward my room, I passed by a male worker and he said “The worker from last night is up front if you want to give her a hard time”. Are you serious. Very unprofessional and disrespectful to throw his coworker under the bus like that. Will not be staying here again. Excuse any typos lol and this was the 30th of April

Room was musty, bathroom wasn't the most presentable. The pool was cold so my kids didn't stay in the pool and opted for the hot tub which didn't appear to be the cleanest. Pool could use a good painting. EV charger was not working so I couldn't charge my vehicle. WiFi was not not working, couldn't connect on any of our devices. Breakfast was unimpressive, and food was out of stock for a long time. I'm happy our stay was only for one night otherwise I would have been tasked with cancelling the remainder of my reservation and looking for a new hotel to book with.

We stayed at Candlewood Suites for one and a half weeks due to a tragedy that happened to my husband and I. They made us feel very welcome and very well taken care of. Our room was very comfortable. Also very quiet which we greatly appreciated. The family that manages the hotel all work very hard to make it a home away from home for their guests. I would absolutely recommend the Candlewood Suites to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in the Perrysburg/Toledo area!

We were in town visiting family and this hotel made the experience very pleasant. This was the cleanest hotel room I've had in a while! The room and bathroom were spotless. We didn't use housekeeping during out stay, but did pick up some extra towels and soap at the front desk; the front desk staff was always very courteous and helpful. We were pleasantly surprised at the breakfast choices available! Most hotels say they have breakfast and it's only cold options, but the Falcon Plaza had waffles, bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, and biscuits and gravy on top of the cold options. I particularly liked their coffee station; it had just about anything you could want for coffee in the morning. There was also a whirlpool/hot tub available for guests to use. This hotel exceeded our expectations!

The place was very clean and the staff at the front desk super friendly. The housekeeping on the other hand, not as friendly. A kid from another group knocked over a bowl of milk at breakfast. I told one of the staff about it and, while she cleaned it quickly, was not very friendly. The kids apologized and thanked her but she didn’t acknowledge them. Front desk was amazing though. Bent over backwards with smiles to help and go that extra mile. Maybe the other staff was having a bad day. The pool was fun, didn’t use the hot tub but looked nice.
