2-Star Hotels in Heilongjiang, China

I booked this hotel after calling ahead to confirm, as I had an early morning flight the next day. I took the airport shuttle from the high-speed rail station to the airport, and they picked me up after I called. The next morning, they drove me back to the airport. Since I'm a light sleeper and sensitive to noise, the front desk kindly upgraded me to a quiet room on the fourth floor for free. Honestly, you can tell the owner put thought into the room's amenities. I didn't closely inspect or use the five towels in the bathroom, and it felt like there were fewer than at a typical Home Inn. The bathroom was equipped with disposable toiletries and even a disposable toilet seat cover. I don't travel often and haven't stayed in many hotels, but for a one-night layover before a flight, the price was reasonable, and the value for money was excellent.

The room was very clean and had no strange odors. The location was also excellent, right downstairs from Zhonghua Baroque, which was great for exploring. My child loved the SpongeBob theme so much they didn't want to leave! We'll definitely be back next time~

The hostel is well-equipped and has a warm, inviting atmosphere. Due to work, I wasn't able to check in on my originally booked date and had to arrive a day later. Since it was a holiday, the system showed no availability when I tried to change the date. To my surprise, the hostel not only held my room but also proactively contacted the platform to waive the first night's fee. It was incredibly thoughtful! The passion fruit and acacia flower tea I DIY-ed at the hostel's front desk also became a memorable part of my trip. Years from now, I'll probably still remember sipping that fruit tea while overlooking Central Street! Attaching a few photos of Harbin in spring.

The guesthouse owner is very attentive and friendly. They gave you the feelings like you are staying at your own hometown. They are Muslim friendly as they prepared breakfast using seperate utensils and treat you like their own family. There is also Makanan Melayu menu that they prepared for Muslim if you want to eat for dinmer or lunch. The price is affordable. At the guesthouse, there is a poster of snow activities that you can do written in English translation. Just point to what do you want to do and the owner will directly arrange somebody to pick you up and drop off to the guesthouse again once activity is done. I did the ski playground activity and Wu Song Ling , both of the experience is very great. If you travel solo, then this guesthouse is perfect for you as they really caring and attentive to make sure you are safe and comfortable. I also got to eat frozen fruit given by the owner. No need to worry if you cannot speak chinese as the owner is equipped with translation devices. The owner can arrange the bus to come from Harbin City to Snow Valley, and also when you want to go back. The bus drop directly infront of the guesthouse with the owner already waiting to help with your luggage.

Excellent! This is the most comfortable and best value-for-money apartment hotel I've stayed at in Harbin. Plus, it's on a high floor, so I got to see varying depths of snow every day.

The public transport is quite convenient, with the train station and subway station not far, about a ten-minute walk. Right downstairs, there's an airport shuttle bus for 20 yuan/person (I recommend taking the bus, as taxis to the airport incur a 30 yuan highway toll). Downstairs, there's a KFC, and nearby are McDonald's, Dicos, and plenty of other small shops. You need a card to get upstairs, which feels very secure. Deliveries are left directly on a table outside your door, which is very handy. The hygiene and facilities are decent, and the room is quite comfortable. The only downside is that every night after 10 PM, someone is constantly shouting – I'm not sure if they're touting for business or what, and I've even heard it at 1 or 2 AM. Luckily, I'm usually so tired from sightseeing that I fall asleep and don't hear it anymore...

Dear Hotel Management Team, I am writing to provide feedback on my recent stay at your hotel. Overall, there were aspects I truly appreciated, as well as areas where I believe improvements could be made. Firstly, I was very impressed by the variety of dining options available. The hotel offers numerous restaurants, including a thoughtful addition of a halal restaurant. The fresh fruit selection was also excellent and much appreciated. However, I found the hotel's distance from the metro station to be a bit inconvenient, especially for guests who prefer not to walk or who are traveling with heavy luggage. Additionally, I encountered a minor issue during my stay. I occasionally detected a faint smell of smoke in my room, seemingly coming from an adjacent room or the hallway. This somewhat affected the comfort of my stay. I hope the hotel can further enhance its management of smoking in public areas and guest rooms to ensure a fresher, healthier environment for all guests. Thank you for your hospitality.
