For a trip to Harbin, I highly recommend this hotel. It's conveniently located right next to Central Street. The subway station is just a short walk away, easily accessible by passing through the small fountain square near the Central Street Museum. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and having a balcony with a small sofa and coffee table was especially convenient. A small lamp on the desk would be a nice addition. However, there could have been more table space for personal belongings. Downstairs, you'll find Russian restaurants and folk bars. It's incredibly convenient for visiting nearby attractions. Central Street and the banks of the Songhua River offer a wonderfully relaxing vibe! The Chinese Baroque district has a lively, authentic charm! The Urban Planning Exhibition Hall is also very modern!

This was my first time staying in a B&B. They didn't have a check-in desk, just a code. I chose two 1.8-inch beds, and with two large and two small suitcases, the room felt a bit cramped. I also suggested adding a retractable clothes drying rack. After four days, I finally needed a housekeeper to clean, so I told her. The location is really convenient, right next to Sofia, a five-minute walk away, and Daoli Market is a five-minute walk away. You can buy lots of beautiful clothes at the Renhe Spring underground mall, which is very cost-effective. Central Avenue is also quite close, but Harbin was incredibly hot when I got there.

Excellent! The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the location was incredibly convenient. The customer service team was always online and very responsive; unlike what I'd imagined, they were never hard to reach. When we needed to change rooms, they handled everything seamlessly, even taking care of our luggage so we didn't have to lift a finger. The service was superb, truly guest-centric. For example, after a travel photoshoot, we were told makeup removal would cost 15 RMB elsewhere. But staying at this hotel meant we saved that expense because we could simply go back to our room to wash up. This was incredibly convenient!

Hospitality was unmatched / unparalleled 7* 1. Owner helped us to book the bus from harbin to xue gu 2. When we arrived by bus it was almost 1245pm too late for the wu song ling activity which departs at 12 pm. The owner helped us to call and arrange and send us to catch up with the driver who will continue to bring us all the way up. 3. Ding shu (owner's dad) was the best! He brought us around at the wu song ling. Helped us take photos and videos! 4. Home cooked food at reasonable prices and portions were huge. 5. At night there were free sparklers and hot water throwing activity which was directed by ding shu too:) 6. Free frozen pears and persimmons 7. Next morning the owner helped us to book bus from xue gu to yabuli 8. The bus was at 630am but breakfast starts after 630am the aunties who cooked food help us to prepare breakfast on the go. 2 pieces of bread and 2 eggs. Things to take note of: 1. towels are single use disposable towels need to ask the lady owner for it. Actually she leaves it at the reception can self take 2. Hair dryers are probably shared use I saw some at reception but I never ask as I brought my own 3. There are ethnic costumes that you can borrow for photo taking 4. Frozen fruits are free to take at table in front of the reception 5. Frozen lake at their back yard that you can play. Snow play items are freely available too. Got a tube sledding area too! Ice bicycles are available on the lake. We didn't get to play as the skies were dark by the time we reach the accommodation after wu song ling and we left too early the next morning. 6. Bed is hard but is normal. And is electrically heated. 7. Toilet and bathing area is the same.

Our room was for 6 people on the fourth floor. The owner Zhang Licheng helped to move the boxes, which was very practical. We had dinner on the first floor of the B&B. The lady was very kind and was always worried that I would not be able to finish the dishes because I ordered too much. Although I did order too much and did not finish it, it was because I wanted to try them all, hhh. There was a big snowman not far from the hotel, and the children there loved to play. The overall experience was good.

The house owner easy to communicate and helpful. He message thru we chat and help us to book bus from harbin to wuchang @ their homestay at snow village. They provide mountain package to play ski and ride snow mobile only RMB400.Every morning the wife cook plain porridge, boiled egg and plain white bun for us. Muslim friendly guesthouse. The owner will bring wherever you want to go including nearby grocery shop. Horse riding to go around snow village also provided with RMB60 per person by the villagers. The snow slide just beside the house. At night we play firework provide by owner. Two days we stay is snowing but the room very comfortable use traditional way to warm the room

The hotel offers comprehensive facilities. While the room was a little on the smaller side, it certainly provides good value for money. Its location is excellent and easy to find, just a short walk from both the Cathedral and Central Avenue, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing. However, the absolute highlight was the exceptional service. I'd especially like to commend the charming young lady who handled our check-in and the security guard. Both were incredibly warm, enthusiastic, and went above and beyond to proactively address any guest inquiries or issues. Their excellent service made us feel truly comfortable and well taken care of. The grand and stylishly designed high-ceiling lobby, combining wood structures with icy elements, is both grand and deeply local, instantly transporting you to the atmosphere of a ski resort. The check-in process at the front desk was efficient and friendly. The staff, always smiling professionally, provided a clear introduction to the hotel's amenities and services, and thoughtfully informed us of the next day's weather and attraction openings. Rooms: A haven of comfort where details speak volumes We checked into an economy family room, and the moment we opened the door, we couldn't help but exclaim in admiration. The room was spacious and bright, its design a perfect blend of modern simplicity and Nordic warmth. Outside the large windows, the foliage-covered mountains stretched like a vast, dynamic painting. The most surprising details were the room's details: the floor heating system warmed the room from the soles of your feet to your heart, a stark contrast to the chilly autumn breeze outside. The humidifier quietly operated by the bedside, perfectly addressing the dryness of autumn in northern China. The bedding was clearly carefully selected, providing just the right amount of support and warmth for a restful, dreamless night. The bathroom is a highlight, featuring a well-designed dry and wet area separated by a stylish, internationally renowned brand. The water flow is plentiful and stable. Furthermore, the minibar offers a rich selection of drinks, including complimentary capsule coffee and a selection of teas, demonstrating the hotel's dedication to enhancing the guest experience. Humanistic Care: Moments of Heartwarming Beyond Standard If the hardware is the skeleton, then the warmth of the service staff is the soul. Every staff member here, from the housekeepers to the supervisor, exudes genuine friendliness and helpfulness. One day, I felt a little unwell due to a cold, and housekeeping not only brought me ginger tea but also went out of their way to prepare several bottles of mineral water and leave a message reminding me to get enough rest. This proactive care, going beyond standard procedures, truly touched our hearts. Conclusion The scenery of Yabuli is magnificent, but the experience of this hotel makes this magnificence even more heartwarming and unforgettable. It offers more than just a place to stay; it fosters a complete, high-quality vacation lifestyle. Here, we felt the joy of being respected, cared for, and understood. It is undoubtedly the best hotel I have ever stayed in Yabuli, and indeed in the entire Northeast region. The location is convenient for transportation. The surrounding environment is beautiful. There is butler service in the store. The hygiene is very good. I also had breakfast in the store. I feel like I am at home. I will recommend it to my friends.

This was honestly the best place we have stayed in our whole harbin trip. The hospitality here was immaculate! Everyone was so friendly and helpful! Transportation was made so easy because of the owners! The food they cooked was so good too! We had such a great time here to relax and unwind! Will definitely be back!
