The hotel is in a great location near the CBD, and is in a little gated community of sorts with other hotels. True to its name, the hotel is in an apartment building, with reception on the 30th floor. The reception was very friendly and professional. The rooms have stunning views of the city, skyline and highway roads, perfect for Instagram! The rooms are very big as well, with a sofa, TV and voice activated lights and curtains. The bathroom has a remote controlled toilet, and is large and clean as well. Amenities include a fantastic Western/Chinese style buffet breakfast for extra. The chefs will also make you fresh dumplings/wontons/noodles on request! Also includes laundry with washing machines and dryers. Has a ”gym” which only includes treadmills, a cable machine, dumbbells and benches which is the bare necessities. For the price, it's incredible value. Stayed here twice on one trip

We had a great time at this hotel. Located central to everything. Desk staff were nice and housekeeping did an excellent job of taking care of and cleaning the room daily. It’s only a 2 minute walk to the famous pedestrian street. We never ate at the hotel because food services by the hundreds were just across the street. Very happy with our stay here and would return again in the future. Wonderful.

The hotel is warm and homely, and the attentive service of housekeeper Xiaotong makes people feel very kind! From the hotel security uncle to every staff member, they are all polite; help to take the luggage to the room and the garage; free cold drinks in the small refrigerator in the room; free unlimited fruit snacks and freshly ground coffee in the lobby tea bar; bottled water in the corner of the elevator room! At breakfast, as soon as you enter the restaurant, you will see the waiter's friendly smile and warm greeting: ”Good morning!” The chef keeps reminding the guests: ”Here are hot dry noodles and rice noodles, welcome to taste”, for fear that the guests will miss the taste! There are many kinds of breakfast, which is very satisfying! The hotel is close to the pedestrian street, and it is very convenient to go shopping and eat delicious food!

Located near Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street, the hotel is downstairs from Metro Exit H, which makes travel very convenient. There are a lot of food and drinks around. I booked a river view room. The staff was very enthusiastic. There were some minor problems during the stay, and the service staff helped me solve them very patiently and enthusiastically. The temperature in Wuhan dropped during the two days of stay, and the service staff added a quilt and sent a heater, which made me feel very comfortable. It is worth recommending!

What a fabulous quirky boutique type hotel in a great location for exploring Hankou Bund Cultural Area, perfect spot for a stroll along the river park, the bund, the back streets and main stream shopping. Our room overlooked the Yangtze River so we had an amazing light show along the river bank every night till 10pm. The room was clean and bed large and comfortable, and we were happy for the bathtub (along with separate shower). Staff were amazing and despite our lack of Chinese they were very helpful and would always find us an English speaker if needed. Breakfast was wholesome and varied, with anything from Pastries to Re Gan Mian. The hotel had lots of facilities that we made use of, from the a fully kitted out laundry room (great as we'd been travelling a bit), gym and a fab rooftop bar with terrace. All round great experience and good value.

The location is very nice but our room faced another building which was not the best view possible. Anyway, despite the big amount of visitors, the manager helped us to change room and provided us a better service. The swimming pool was super cold, which clearly was not suitable for me and my kids. Breakfast on the average for this level of hotel. After all I believe the price was too high compared with other hotels in the same area. I want to prize the manager and for his support, but generally I would not recommend this hotel.

But the services and enjoyment provided are beyond this price. It is worth it that I have always chosen the Ruihua executive room when I go back to Wuhan for medical treatment for so many years. Take this time, for example, the housekeeper Vivian arranged the birthday room for me in advance according to my request, and arranged for the cake to be delivered to the room before I entered the room, which gave me enough surprise and emotional value. The executive lounge is also as high-quality and excellent as always. The two-hour privilege of booking a meeting room each time just meets my office needs. Just stay, work, meet friends, and get it done in one stop. The attitude and temperament of the service staff in various parts of the hotel are completely worthy of the grade positioning of this hotel. Very, very satisfied, I will come to stay as always. Except that the VIP card is more expensive every year, and the price increase and reduction of items, everything else is good. I hope that the sales department will think more from the perspective of customers when formulating the annual card sales plan.

The hotel location is perfect if you are traveling by train and need to move around the train station. Is not near to the city center so for that is not so convenient. Amenities, rooms, staff excellent. And free shuttle to the train station.
