Enjoyed our stay here! Walkable distance from metro station. Some nice food downstairs (especially the xlb store). Hotel checked us in when we reached early. Service from the ladies at the reception was very good, fast delivery when requested for items to room as well. Free washing machine and dryers provided. When there was a queue for it, hotel sent a staff to help with the washing and drying. Very very good service! One thing that can be improved is the air conditioning. Booked 2 rooms, aircon in 1 room was faulty and checked room the 2nd night but that room had cigarette smell (inconsiderate guest). Reception applologied and sent us back with gift. Would definitely consider staying again when I'm back here!

I had a fantastic stay at Atour X and would gladly return if I visit Wuxi again. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient—right next to the metro exit—which made getting around the city a breeze. The staff were warm, helpful, and went the extra mile by offering me a complimentary room upgrade upon check-in. My room was spacious, well-maintained, and provided a very comfortable stay. The surrounding neighborhood was vibrant, with plenty of dining options and even a cinema just a short walk away. I was also pleasantly surprised by the breakfast spread; the porridge and coffee were particular highlights. Overall, it was a thoroughly enjoyable experience that exceeded my expectations.

Came to Wuxi to run the marathon, this hotel is good value for money. The room is quite big and clean. I was worried that there would be smoke smell, but there was none. There are not many varieties of breakfast, but basically everything is available and the taste is OK. The front desk lady is very patient and will answer any questions she has. There are convenience stores, fast food restaurants, etc. downstairs, and Wanda is not far away, which is very convenient. The only drawback is that the room is not particularly soundproof, and the bathroom is one step higher than the room, which is easy to fall if you are not careful. Overall it is good. If I can win the Xi'an Marathon next year, I will choose this hotel again.

When checking in, the service was super considerate and I was directly upgraded to a suite. I was so happy~ The room is spacious, bright and warm, with great details. Small items such as hangers, hair dryers, and bedside lamps are all carefully designed. The suite has its own terrace. It is so comfortable to enjoy the evening breeze and the night view of the city at night. The hotel also has an independent courtyard, which is very convenient for parking. The greenery is also good, and it is full of greenery. The breakfast on the second day was even more amazing. There were cherries in the fruit area, and the quality was rare in the same level. In short, the service, facilities, catering, parking, and environment are impeccable. I recommend it to every friend who travels, and I will come again next time!

Time flies. Many years later, I returned to Wuxi and found that a new Atour Hotel had opened in Taike Park. In my impression, Atour Hotel has always been synonymous with high-end and atmospheric. Sure enough, this stay gave me a very good experience. The enthusiastic front desk waiter Jiji brought me a fruit plate and goodnight milk, and the beautiful front desk waitress Yanjun packed breakfast for me in the morning. My blood sugar is high, so she specially selected some not-too-sweet food and vegetable salad for me, which made me feel particularly kind and warm. Atour's memory pillow also gave me a good sleep, and the hotel's late-night porridge also made people feel warm after eating. In general, this experience made me feel great value for money, and I was very happy to have this stay experience. Thank you again to Jiji and Yanjun at the front desk, I will definitely choose Atour Hotel again!

A new hotel that has been in business in recent years, the environment is elegant and quiet, the parking is convenient, the breakfast is rich and delicious, the service is thoughtful (the children's online class test paper is also printed), the robot service is a feature (the application of cloth drag and takeaway are delivered to the door), You can also drink Kung Fu tea in the room. The refrigerator is quite distinctive. The free laundry room and gym are fully equipped. It is too convenient. The key is about 700 meters away from the ancient town of Meili (the night view is particularly good). It is a high-end hotel with high cost performance. It is recommended! The fly in the ointment is the subway construction in front of the door. Although no noise is heard, I don't know when it will be opened to traffic. It is estimated that it will be more convenient to open the bus.

The surrounding area is convenient for dining and transportation. The front desk receptionist was very friendly and attentive. Overall, it was good. The room was large, clean and tidy, with everything you need. Breakfast included my favorite wontons, freshly made and cooked. It was a very satisfying stay.

Hotel is 20 min car ride from airport. Convenient stay for those having work at nearby industrial area. Meili Ancient City which has many food outlets and shops is just a 15 min walk away. A subway station is under construction right opposite the hotel and will be ready by 2027. Hotel stay were very friendly. They picked us up from airport and also dropped us off. Large rooms with clean bedsheets, nice toilet and shower and plenty of amenities. Morning breakfast which is mostly Chinese cuisine is included. Free hot Chinese tea served in the lobby. Some of the desk staff speak limited English.

The room is clean, the toiletries are good, the environment is good, and I like the tea. The shortcomings are: 1. The front desk helped me register for membership without knowing it, saying that I needed to receive a verification code to verify my identity information. I told the front desk the verification code and then I noticed that I was a registered member. I felt cheated. 2. The soundproofing is not good. There should be no one upstairs when I checked in on the first day. There was no movement and it was very quiet. On the second day, I don’t know how many people lived upstairs. I kept hearing footsteps and talking, and the sound of dragging tables and chairs, which affected my rest.
