We were amazed by this hotel and the room. It has voice activated function to control stuffs like the TV, lights and curtains…, but we couldn’t figure out how to use it 😅. They have the biggest tv we’ve ever seen in a hotel room. There’s a tea set on the table with complimentary tea leaves and some plum candies

Great location and super cheap rate! It is close to metro entrance and a very large mall with many great eateries.. My room was large and clean but a bit dated. Breakfast was included with the room rate and was decent. There was enough varieties for both Chinese and western guests. Overall, I was happy with the stay.

Room was better than what I had expected. Stayed on the 42nd floor with astonishing view of the vibrant city. Location is good, breakfast could be better. I would definitely love to come back again for future trip to Wuxi.

This hotel is extremely clean and spacious, and it’s also in a great location. I was on the 49th floor and the city view was spectacular. The hotel can be a little bit difficult to find since the front desk is located on the 26th floor, but otherwise, it’s fine. There was a doorman who directed me as to where the front desk is. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel at a fantastic price. I would highly recommend it.

Ctrip marked it as the 2nd, 6th and 7th floors, but the room I was given was on the 5th floor. On Ctrip, the 5th floor is a superior room, and the room price is no the same. Although the hotel gave an explanation, guests still didn't quite understand the reason. Third, the breakfast variety is too simple. The five-star Junlai Lakeside Hotel where I stayed the next day also had a buffet breakfast of 88 yuan, which was quite rich in variety. However, overall I am still satisfied. After all, it is a newly opened hotel and needs continuous exploration and improvement in operation and management. If I think of that bowl of silver noodles next time, I will still choose the Radisson Hotel.
