Excellent and attentive check in service by Ms Choi Yuan Hong, she is to be commended for her warm hospitality. Rooms are spacious, clean and the bed is comfortable. Very disappointing was the breakfast, which, although it is not expensive with reasonable variety, failed to provide amenities such as fork and knife and they don't even have an electric toaster to toast the bread! Coffee was pretty bitter too and fried eggs were cold. All in all a lot of rooms for improvement.

Because I had an early flight the next day, I booked an airport hotel. It was very close to the airport and very convenient. The check-in lady gave me a free upgrade. I was very happy. She chose the room I wanted according to my requirements. The room was very clean and quiet. It was a very good experience. The only thing was that the children's slippers I wanted were not delivered to me!

During the May Day holiday, I came to Wuxi for the first time. I looked at a lot of hotels and made comparisons when choosing a hotel. The Four Seasons Hotel is also an old brand. The hotel has a good location and is only 2 stops away from Wuxi Railway Station. There are also many delicious foods around. It is about a 15-minute walk from Nanchang Street. The room is clean and tidy, the TV is big, and the projection function is good. I will consider this hotel next time I come to Wuxi.

全季酒店整體入住體驗非常滿意。前台接待專業又有禮貌，辦理入住快捷高效，給人一種賓至如歸的感覺。房間整潔乾淨，床品柔軟舒適，細節處理也很到位，連香氛都讓人感覺放鬆。洗浴設施齊全，水壓穩定，熱水充足。整體環境安靜，有良好的隔音效果，非常適合出差或休閑入住。性價比高，是值得推薦的連鎖酒店品牌。

The room is quite big and spacious. The hygiene is OK, the mattress and towels look very clean, and there is no dust on the table. The bathroom facilities are so-so, which is enough for a mid-range express hotel. The toilet drains normally and works well. The room service staff is very nice and will meet any needs as soon as possible. Although my room is facing the elevated road, it is still a distance away and not noisy. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the subway station by crossing the road. The breakfast buffet is quite rich and there are many options. It is very close to the Taihu Lake Scenic Area, and it is very convenient to call a Didi taxi.

臨時有事入住了全季，大堂很明亮寬敞，很快辦理好入住，工作人員也很熱情，會主動打招呼，房間面積稍小一點不過環境不錯很整潔，有機器人可以送餐，早餐品種挺多的，下次出行還會選擇全季~

The service was very good. The little brother was very considerate and sent me to the room for fear that I would get lost. He also gave me fruits. Knowing that I might not be able to get up for breakfast, they were very considerate and came up with a great solution.
