We ordered a special room, which was located at the easternmost gate. The room was quite big, but we found many problems at night! First of all, there is a problem with the hotel's water supply. Although there is a reminder that there will be insufficient hot water during peak hours, I didn't expect that when I actually took a shower at night, I had to keep the faucet running for 20 minutes before there was hot water. What a waste of resources! Secondly, the most useless thing is that the mirror light switch is broken. The hotel put up a pattern to cover it up. I didn't expect that the mirror light button would keep flashing at night, which really affected my sleep. I didn't even need to turn on the night light at night because of the flashing! There is also a strong smell of cigarettes! In short, don't book this hotel's special offer room! Finally, let me talk about the advantages. That was the second time I had stayed at this hotel purely due to its magnificence. I booked a deluxe room and it was perfectly furnished with wood that gave it a scent of retro style unlike many modern and hi-tech hotels. And the lobby of the hotel is another thing worth coming for, it is a pure pleasure and lustre, everything is made down to the smallest detail. The only thing that I was disappointed in was a lack of decent sauna and hammam. There was a sauna but it was tiny - just around 1 by 1 square meters and you had to turn it on and wait for it to warm up, and the hammam, which was just as tiny, didn't work at all. The swimming pool was normal, but there was no jacuzzi section (there was a small separate pool that was supposed to be with warm water, but in fact it was quite cool. Other than that, the breakfast food range was excellent (although not much Western food). I would definitely recommend this hotel for a one or two day stay.

We loved the look and location of the hotel and the views of here breathtaking, the only negative comment I have is that it did not have air con, have never been in a 5 star hotel without aircon and it was so hot during the night.
