Yujingtai Hot Spring Hotel

The room is OK, but the service is very bad. When entering the hotel, you need to take a tour bus to enter. When you called to make a reservation, you were not informed because the hotel is in a scenic area. When we arrived and didn't know where to go, we called and asked, and we were told to wait in the parking lot and a car would come to pick us up. The next day I asked the housekeeper if I could delay check-out. I asked at 10 o'clock and didn't reply to me until 11:30, and there was no clear reply. There was no clear reply until I checked out. The experience is very bad! There was no tour bus to take us to the parking lot when we checked out. Fortunately, we had no luggage and could walk out slowly. I feel that the service is not worthy of the price.

The hotel service is very good. The housekeeper Qianqian added WeChat in time, and contacted Qianqian to adjust the TV and disinfect the hot spring water and make arrangements. The staff were also very nice and helped us inflate our swimming rings. We were unable to go to the restaurant for breakfast because our baby had an upset stomach, but they agreed to take our meals back to the room. The check-in experience was very good.
