Guest UserI took my mom to Xi'an for two days, and the hotel's location was excellent. The Metro Line 4 made it really easy to get to Xi'an North Station, which is convenient for both flights and high-speed trains. Everything about it was great. We stayed for two nights, and the hotel facilities were fantastic – it seems like it's been recently renovated. Shopping and dining options nearby were super convenient, and the surrounding area felt really livable. I'd definitely stay here again on my next visit.

YubashibaOverall, the room was good. It's right next to the subway station and very close to the Bell Tower, making it super convenient for getting around. The only minor issue was that the air conditioning in the room was a bit noisy, but since I was so tired from exploring all day, I fell asleep right away, so it didn't really bother me. The main reason for my good review is the excellent service – the staff at the front desk, both the young ladies and gentlemen, were very enthusiastic, and the cleaning auntie was also very meticulous and thorough.

ShenyebashiThis stay far exceeded my expectations. It was my first time at Manxin, and I hadn't tried it before. But this time, as my last stop in Xi'an, it provided a perfect and fitting end to my trip.
The thoughtful touches were evident in countless details:
First, the location is excellent. Situated at the foot of the East City Wall, it avoids the dreadful crowds of the Bell Tower/South City Wall, yet it's incredibly convenient for visiting all the attractions.
The lobby had a subtle, pleasant scent upon entering. The front desk staff were friendly and efficient, and the housekeeping aunties were helpful, pressing the elevator button and giving directions.
I booked a City Wall Balcony Room. Can you imagine the wonderful tranquility amidst the hustle and bustle? The balcony was shaded by trees, allowing you to see the shimmering light and shadows on the City Wall, while the City Wall couldn't see you.
The amenities were truly impressive. The towels were from the hotel linen veteran, the Carnation Group; the Sealy mattress offered just the right balance of a conforming feel and support; the toiletries had a light, herbal citrus scent, far from cheap; a Laifen hairdryer, high-quality disposable slippers, frosted fabric wall decor... every detail showed great care.
Best of all, I could check out at 3 PM, which is incredibly convenient for a late riser like me! I leisurely slept until noon, then woke up, pulled open the electric curtains, and the ancient charm of the Xi'an City Wall and the green trees came into view.
Coincidentally, the day I checked in for my solo trip was my 30th birthday. Upon checkout, the front desk team even gave me a small gift. Many thanks for this flawless and wonderful experience.
Outstanding value for money, highly recommended.

PangniuniuyoOverall, it was okay. I booked through Trip.com, and later inquired about breakfast benefits, only to be told that these benefits are only available if booked directly through HUAZHU. I then checked the news online and saw Trip.com was being fined. So, I had no choice but to cancel my original booking and rebook a room with breakfast for an additional cost on Trip.com. Upon arrival, after checking in, I found the air conditioning wasn't cooling. I called for maintenance, and they said there was no problem. We reluctantly stayed one night... Since I was traveling with a child and came to Xi'an for the sights and food, to avoid constant moving, after negotiating with the hotel, I paid extra to switch to a twin room. The following days were spent visiting attractions, and I barely ate the hotel breakfast. Later, I heard that hotel breakfasts are usually complimentary if booked through HUAZHU... In short, the member breakfast redemption and free room upgrade benefits seem a bit chaotic!? I hope the platform strengthens its rectification efforts. Everything else was quite good; the facilities were decent, it was clean, the environment was nice, and the location near the Drum Tower in the city center was convenient with enthusiastic service.

JingjingjiabulingChoosing this hotel in Xi'an was absolutely the right decision! It's just a 10-minute walk to the bustling Bell Tower, yet the room is incredibly quiet. It's clean and bright, with all-new facilities. The front desk staff are super gentle and accommodating, always happy to help. The value for money is just excellent. It's perfect whether you're visiting the Shaanxi History Museum or exploring Chang'an by night. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Xi'an!

Nichang houliuyao、I used to stay at other brands, but this time I stumbled upon this hotel on Ctrip. When my family and I checked in, I immediately noticed how unique the lobby was, decorated with elements from famous world watch brands, and even the elevators had the same theme – it was really cool. Our room faced South Street, offering a view of all the hustle and bustle around the Bell Tower, which was quite lively. In the evening, the front desk lady recommended some fantastic food, I think it was in the Bell Tower neighborhood behind the hotel. There were so many great places to eat! One of them had amazing biangbiang noodles, and right next door was a place selling stir-fried tripe noodles with a queue of over ten people. After dinner, we walked through Defuxiang Bar Street, which was full of young, energetic people. The nightlife there was incredibly vibrant. After our meal, we strolled back to the hotel. The front desk had mentioned sweet soup for a late-night snack, so we went and had some – my kid absolutely loved it. My child also really enjoyed the smart speaker in the room, which they could talk to and use to watch TV. The breakfast the next day was incredibly rich, especially the cold noodles (liangpi) with so many toppings that we could customize ourselves. It truly felt like we were experiencing authentic Shu cuisine. The hotel's location is also super easy to find, right next to Zhongda International. If you're going, you can set your GPS to Zhongda International – there's so much around there!
