WeChat customer service immediately agreed (even though they had just told me they were all sold out). They moved us to a room on the 15th floor. When we got there, we realized we couldn't stay there either. We had specifically reserved a two-bedroom, three-bedroom room on the 14th floor, but there were only two beds and two bedrooms on the 15th floor. So we told customer service we wanted to stay there, and they graciously let us stay in a vacant room on the 15th floor. Because the weather was incredibly hot, we asked customer service for towels from the 15th floor, and they graciously agreed. We were temporarily accommodated there. After an hour's wait, our original 14th-floor room was cleaned, and we were ready to check in. Unfortunately, although the room description mentioned a washing machine, we couldn't find one on the 14th floor. We contacted customer service on WeChat, and they told us it was there, but we were sure it wasn't. Later, they said the washing machine was out for repairs and politely asked us to go to room 311 (the common area) to do our laundry. Overall, we loved the room. There was a living room where we could have a late-night snack and chat. The customer service was also very polite, but it felt like everyone had different information. For example, when we called to ask if we could change rooms, the phone customer service politely told us they were all sold out. We then contacted WeChat, and they moved us to a vacant room on the 15th floor. The second time, regarding the washing machine, customer service initially said they had one, just outside the bathroom. When we confirmed they didn't have one, they changed their tune and said it was out for repairs.

Third, the safety issue, this door is a password lock, if I don’t lock it or don’t press it tightly, it will pop open by itself. Fourth, this homestay does not have a check-in front desk, just add WeChat and scan the code to check in. This time I took two girls to participate in the activities of Fuguan, and Chunchun chose this one because it is close. To sum up, it is not without advantages. It does not make noise in the middle of the night. It is big. It is cheap. It is popular on the Internet. It can take photos.
