Great hotel with amazing service. I stayed for one week and the room was very clean. During my stay there was a typhoon and the staff was amazing to help with all information and safety precautions. I felt very welcomed through the whole time. Even the cleaning and security staff are all very friendly. The location is okay, walking distance to restaurants and SM Mall, but not close to Metro Station. Anyway Taxi can get you around Xiamen quite fast.

This hotel is good for sleeping if you have a flight in the morning. Close to the airport. I liked the lighting options and the room is very big. Breakfast was a little oily but okay. I like that the robot brought me my food order to my door. That is cool and convenient. Only concern is that the room is a bit sexually suggestive, there was even a complimentary condom on the side table :/

I thought it was an outlying island, but it turned out to be a signboard... The sign outside the hotel is still the old site of other hotels... The hygiene of the outlying island is really not worth opening. The tile seams in the bathroom are moldy, the curtains are extremely dirty, and the pillows are cracked and yellow... The pictures and the real scene are really a buyer's show and a seller's show. They must have been taken when they just opened! It's called 4 diamonds, but it's almost 2 diamonds

I used to like staying in this hotel in Xiamen. This time it was not as good as I expected. When I arrived at the front desk, I told them that the person who made the reservation was A, not me. The front desk was operating for a long time and suddenly asked me: You didn't make the reservation under your name, did you? Then they opened a room that was occupied and asked me to change it to another one. He was with another person and said that they would upgrade me for free. In fact, the upgraded room was worse than the original one. It was very dirty, old, and worn out. There was also a musty smell. I was really afraid of having nightmares when sleeping in it. I really don't know if I will come here again in the future.
