Response from Property: Hello, firstly, you booked the wrong date and didn't check in the day before, so we refunded your booking. You complained about the price that day, and the front desk even recommended a cheaper booking option. You arrived at the hotel early, and we checked you in ahead of time. You stayed in your room for a long time without complaining. All the hotels in the area were likely fully booked that day, and our room was indeed full. There was a little light coming through the door, but not enough to see inside clearly. The front desk explained to you three times that we were fully booked that day, so we couldn't change your room. We couldn't change your room because you insisted we were insulting you. Later, when a room became available, the front desk immediately changed your room. After bringing the room key upstairs, the front desk asked you to check the room to see if you were satisfied. If not, they said they could refund your booking because we didn't have any extra rooms available. We never said anything like "take it or leave it." You said the room was fine before checking in. If you were so dissatisfied, we could have refunded your booking then. As for your request for a refund after checking out the next day, we really couldn't do that. Regarding the kettle issue, the front desk had already boiled water for you and prepared your instant noodles. As for the fabricated stories you made up, there's nothing more to say.
