Great location.

地理位置很不錯。毗鄰地鐵一號線，挨着中山路商圈，街對面就是個購物中心。高層能遠眺鼓浪嶼，以及鄭成功巨石像，以及雙子塔。 房間也比較寬敞，乾淨整潔。整體來説硬件還是不錯的。 但是，我要説但是了。服務實在是。。。差點意思。不是説態度不好，是很多細節真的需要改進。首先是業務內容，廈門這種經常下雨的地方，鞋子濕了應該很常見，但是非常遺憾，酒店沒有烘乾業務。我們住福建省另外一個城市的酒店就可以。其實是房間打掃，紙巾補充很不及時，短短几天，出現數次紙巾空了的情況。很多酒店都會直接放一個整包給住客備用，但這家酒店沒有這個動作。第三就是酒店的下水，應該及時通一下。第四是熨燙機，是否能更新一下，直接送來一個帶熨衣板的熨斗也是沒想到的。。。現在一個手持的或者掛燙的也不貴，這麼現代化的酒店還是應該與時俱進一下。 總結：整體尚可，服務細節需要提高。

The service is good and clean. The surrounding area is lively and convenient. It is also close to Zhongshan Pedestrian Street. There are many businesses and snacks downstairs. It is next to the subway exit, which is also convenient for travelers who know how to take the subway.

非常好！房間很乾淨！空間也很大！早餐很豐盛。位置很好。不論逛街。銀行。電信。地鐵。都很方便。

棋牌室一小時收費120元 ，我們兩間房三個晚上，讓前台給優惠，不給優惠，房內電視老輩子的，裝修很陳舊不堪，告訴前台不要進房間打掃衞生，説了跟沒説一樣，照樣進去，因為我們不需要打掃，整體體驗不會再去第二次。

Pros: Location and hotel staff service is very good. Cons: air con is centralised type. Unable to reduce the temperature and I end up waking up drenched in sweat at night. Pillows are very flat which is very hard to sleep properly. Need to climb steps to Breakfast area which is a challenge for my elderly parents.

Hotel service is very good including check in counter and Service department staffs. Especially thay helped us to book the tours before we starting to live in the hotel by e-communication. Room set up is OK. Breakfast food and service are both good too. We were satisfied with this hotel from our staying.
