Hotel is quite old but generally the room condition is very well-maintained and clean.
Staff's attitude is very polite at front desk, room service and cleaning team.
The cleaner even gave me a mouse pad when she noticed i didnt have one.
Location is awesome, as there is a lot of local foods restaurant and convenient stores within 200M walking reach.

We had a great stay at the Sheraton once again. We stay here often when visiting Xiamen since the location is great and the rooms very comfortable.
The hotel is very close to a large mall and metro station, making it easy to travel round the city very fast.The staff were friendly and helpful as always. I recommend the beer in the reception bar.
Will definitely stay again!

During my check-in, a staff member named Sweety was incredibly helpful. Although she wasn’t specifically in charge of the check-in service, she took the initiative to assist me, allowing me to get my room earlier without having to queue at the counter. Her proactive approach truly stood out.
Overall, my stay was excellent. The room was in great condition, and all the hotel staff were very friendly, especially those at L26. Compared to my experiences at Marriott hotels in other countries, this was by far the best.

It is really an old but pleasant hotel to stay in still. Very good breakfast and my god there is finally proper internet, thanks to Marriott. I can’t use proper internet when staying in the local hotels so I booked this. So glad I did. Yes the wardrobe and carpentry are all getting old, toilet doors cannot close properly, which needs serious upgrades. Still comfortable. Quite far from the mall actually, walk 15 min. We take taxi.
