這絕對是寶藏酒店啊！設施設備略顯老舊，但是服務確是紮紮實實的讓人感覺到温馨和人性化！前台孫倩倩周到熱情，每次路過前台都熱情打招呼，不知道樓層服務員的名字，外出比較着急，床上衣服放得亂，回來時候幫我們疊得整整齊齊的，非常走心！

酒店整體環境很棒，被山環繞，大環境很好。入住的人估計沒那麼多，很安靜。裏面的工作人員都很親切，入住和退房碰巧都是一個陳姓男工作人員，幫忙升了房，還送了小朋友新年禮物。下午外出問山海步道在哪裡，一個女工作人員很熱心的帶到門口指路。房間也很乾凈，也比較大。還可以去健身房擼鐵，打打乒乓球和桌球。下次來廈門還會來這裏住。

太滿意了，一走進大堂給人一種金碧輝煌的感覺，前台辦理入住的帥哥範智康，幫忙搬行李的大堂經理陳碩立，給人一種家的感覺，三樓打掃的服務員樊麗娜打掃還特意多配了礦泉水，看到有洗衣服主動提供了洗衣液和衣架，房間住着既温暖又舒適，在住期間服務真的沒得説，畢竟是接待過勞模的酒店，酒店停車場有一個通道可以直接走上林海步道，風景實在是太美了下次還會選擇來住，也會推薦朋友來
