We got an upgrade and the room was amazing for the price point. Available for any request and very kind.

首先，我們早上11點把行李寄存在櫃枱的時候，前台和我們説放心，你們的房間已經預留好了，下午2點以後隨時可以入住。但是我們後來下午4點到了酒店以後，前台和我們説房間還沒有打掃好，現場打掃至少等了15分鐘才入住了房間。
其次房間本身和照片有相當大的出入，沒有窗户所以房間有很大的黴味。插頭也是鬆動的。
另外，頁面介紹的可以投影，結果掃描了二維碼一通操作以後發現完全沒有辦法投影，還需要額外付款才可以投影。
整體來説，是我這麼久以來住過的酒店中體驗最差的一家了。完全不推薦。

性價比很高的一家酒店，前台小姐姐十分清切~房間安靜、乾淨整潔、智能化，投影儀很清晰 還帶雅馬哈音響房間提供的馬桶套很貼心，沙發也很Nice。配備洗衣房、提供微波爐等，退房很人性化、提供行李寄存。離地鐵口很近，出行非常方便，到中山路 中山公園也就5.6個站，附近吃喝玩樂一體都很方便。

很滿意的入住體驗，前台小哥哥小姐姐服務態度好，環境好，房間設施齊全，床很舒服 房間智能控制，前台給了帶智能馬桶的房間，還能幫免費延時退房，附近吃喝玩樂方便，交通便利，門口也可以免費停車，但是前台説車位緊張需要提前預約，不過建議還是坐地鐵也很近，去廈門北站廈門站都很方便。
