五星超好評！酒店不管從房間設施設備到工作人員的專業技能和服務態度都非常滿意！！！不得不説基礎高星酒店和奢華酒店確實還是有區別的。特別表揚禮賓部的各位工作人員，多次進出打車，不管是行李箱還是輪椅都有工作人員扛上抗下，非常有眼力見兒和超絕執行力👍🏻

服務人員服務很好，送東西都是人工，環境安靜，優雅，高層視野無敵，但是浴室門和衞生間門是純玻璃的，非常危險，容易撞到，關的時候手還被夾了一下，都腫了。

整體入住體驗都挺好的，豪華得很，電梯還有坐的地方。但辦理入住的一位男士工作人員聲音好小，交流起來有點費勁，沒有感受到什麼熱情，對比南京金陵酒店來説差點意思。不過總而言之還是比較特別的一次體驗～

特別安利禮賓小姐姐Sena，超級貼心有耐心！因為參加活動短暫地在廈門停留了一晚，吃到了米其林餐廳，雖然我半個川妹子屬性還吃不來佛跳牆，但是整體都還是很讚的！ 很喜歡房間落地窗、窗簾還有工作台的設計，很適合手帳er寫寫畫畫！半自助的早餐也很豐富，不過這次行程太倉促了，健身房和泳池沒時間體驗了，期待下一次能有個更從容的廈門之旅！

終於可以藉著看演唱會的機會來體驗這家華爾道夫了，廈門這家店融合了南洋風情，更像個低調的紳士，從氣質上就有別於成都，北京那兩家。硬件上在這幾家裡也是最好的，很遺憾就是沒有體驗到早餐，因為第二天要趕飛機。雖然地理位置上是差了那麼一些，但服務和衞生都是這個級別的標準，品質在線。目前是我住過還想在住的酒店。
