環境：整體比較老舊。特別是房間。大堂但是不會。房間的地毯很臟。也比較小。整體一進去裝修比較老舊。看得出裝修很久了。剛入住一個房間洗手盆底下就冒泡泡 上面洗東西下面冒泡泡。後面又換了一個房間。
服務：服務很好。晚上説寶寶沒吃飯，是經理應該是 馬上讓廚房蒸了一個蒸蛋。還配了米飯。
設施：還有一個很大的波波池。

This hotel looks like it's right near the water (which is why I booked it) when in fact it's in a business park and around 12 minutes walk from the sea. The surrounding area is not very pedestrian - the view is of big buildings and you feel like you need a car to get places. The decor is tired and my room had a musty odor. Several of the electrical sockets appear to accept a UK plug but you can't get the plug to go in. The one positive is there is an full size indoor pool and a large gym, as well as a kids play area. And the breakfast buffet has lots of food choices. I think it really is a family hotel and a solo traveler who appreciates design and can pay more would be best off at the Waldorf which is much newer and more stylish.

My stay at Xiamen Shangri-La Hotel was amazing! Upon check-in, Irene added me on WeChat and shared a handy hotel guide. The room was clean and comfortable, The kids' play area was well-equipped, and the room arrangement was perfect. The service and food was excellent.

Clay quickly applied for extended stay and prepared the bill in advance. lily feng arranged plenty of fruits to the room. Harry also prepared and issued the invoice in advance before checking out

The sea view is not that great now with the construction going just under the hotel. The rest is fine
