Hotels in Aluohai Plaza/Songyu Ferry, Xiamen

In the end, the hotel provided me a dessert that I originally should have given me, and I felt a little better. ---♡♡♡ A hotel that keeps saying it can't be done. Since the lounge was under construction, I heard that lounge benefits were available at the cafe on the first floor, so I made a reservation. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told number 3 that they couldn't do anything because the lounge was under construction. They gave me the key and told me I could go up, so I asked them if they had forgotten anything, and they answered no. When I showed them the hotel reservation conditions, they gave me a name tag and two snacks as a special gift. In the end, I went out to eat, and when I asked again, it turned out that I had given the wrong answer. They say they can give you cake, fruit, and coffee just within three hours. I'm full, but it's amazing. The weather was 30 degrees and the swimming pool was under construction so I couldn't use it.

酒店裝修簡單大方，給人很温馨感覺，房間不大不小，住的正好，關鍵是衞生很OK哇，這點很重要，出去玩走路去地鐵站了，也很近，周邊很交通便利，酒店餐廳的餐廳燉罐很正哦，價格實惠，值得一試。

The used shower caps left by the previous guests were still in the bathroom. The bathroom was probably not cleaned up. There was no toilet paper. There was no shelf, so the shower supplies were placed on the floor. The hair dryer didn't work. I changed it in the morning and it didn't work either. I checked it myself and found that the bathroom socket was broken. The air conditioner remote control had no power. There was not even a service phone number in the room. I had to go to the front desk on the first floor to get it myself. Except for the hotel lobby which was quite good and convenient parking, everything else was not good. The front desk asked the robot to deliver the hair dryer, but it stood outside the door without saying a word. I didn't know to ring the doorbell. If you don't open the door, you won't know it's coming. It was a bit silly. Be careful when choosing this hotel.

The hotel room is very spacious and the bedding is clean and comfortable. The air conditioning is very powerful, the breakfast is good, and free parking is available. A few minutes walk from the Yuyu Pier, free parking is available. Staff service is also very good. We took the puppy and didn't disturb others. Let us stay. The hotel is situated across the old city centre, where you have to cross the Haicang highway bridge to get to the other side. Occasionally, the traffic shows the Haicang bridge is slightly jammed due to busy traffics, but it doesn't take more than 8 minutes to cross the bridge in total. We found the location pretty convenient as we drove. Free parking was available, and the facilities were great. Swimming pool and the gym were all clean and well kept. Our room was just as the same as the images shown, and as promised high rise with sea view. Sadly the weather was a little misty, could not really see clearly across the water, but the night view was great! The breakfast was excellent, a great variety of western and Chinese food available.  The package we bought came along with a little sharing platter treat, including alcohol and music performance. However, we were slightly overloaded with the delicious Xiamen cuisine, we asked the hotel to switch to a room service fruit plate instead, and they were extremely happy to do so. Also their service was extremely well, if you order delivery, they would send your items up by the robots.  Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the Hualuxe hotel. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Xiamen. 

It feels good and very clean. The toilet also has disinfectant wipes. It would be better if I could send me breakfast. It costs 38 yuan to buy it alone, which is simply too expensive. There is a laundry room, gym, 24-hour coffee machine and hot tea service self-service, on the first floor. There is also a food delivery robot, which is very convenient to order takeaway. Traveling some time ago, staying at Home Inn, the experience is directly full! Entering the room, the cleanliness is bright, the floor light can be seen, the bedding is as white as new, there is no trace of wrinkles and smell, the bathroom is also cleaned, and the details are full of care. At night, I was worried that I would be disturbed by the outside world. I didn't expect the sound insulation of the hotel to be superb. It was quiet as if it was isolated from the noise of the outside world and slept until dawn. More surprising, the hotel is a paradise for snack lovers. Not far from the hotel, there are various food stalls and restaurants on both sides of the street, from local specialties of skewers, pancakes, to exquisite desserts, milk tea, everything, every day changing the pattern will not get tired, for this journey to add a lot of happiness, next time you travel to choose home!

住的是8210房，非常滿意，房間又大又乾淨，這種天氣超讚房間的空調，還有超讚的是民宿的工作人員，很熱情服務也很好，提任何一點問題都馬上回應並解決，而且是説過鼓浪嶼停車免費。

Overall is a good hotel. The room is very clean and the automatic toilet is very useful. The gym have very limited machines and the bake goods/bread in the morning breakfast are not good

酒店的服務團隊真的非常專業，他們對每一個細節都考慮得很周到。在辦理入住時，我發現自己的行李有點多，前台的工作人員馬上安排了行李員幫我把行李送到房間，而且行李員的服務態度非常好，一路上還和我聊天，讓我感到很放鬆。在房間內，我發現空調的温度有點低，我剛想打電話給前台，客房服務員就主動聯繫我，詢問我是否需要調整温度，讓我感到很驚喜。 房間還有送茶具，工作之餘回來可以喝個茶！1樓有飲料販賣機也方便！位置雖説周邊是工業區，窗外的風景其實很不錯，酒店隨處可見的綠植還都挺漂亮的，細節滿分。
