This hotel truly deserves a five-star rating! Its convenient location near the commercial district makes getting around and finding places to eat incredibly easy. The room was clean and tidy, and the soft, comfortable bedding provided immense relaxation for my body and mind. The soundproofing was excellent; I haven't had such a good night's sleep in a long time! The front desk staff were warm and attentive, making check-in quick and efficient, and they were always prompt in responding to any needs. The overall ambiance is cozy and comfortable, and the value for money is outstanding. It's perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. I will definitely be back again, highly recommended!

This stay was truly satisfying, exceeding my expectations. We've traveled to many countries and stayed in numerous five-star hotels over the past few years, but this hotel has something truly unique and memorable: a dedicated service group for guests. Often, guests do have needs, but they might be reluctant to communicate them repeatedly or feel awkward asking. With this service group, however, any request can be communicated directly at any time. Responses are almost immediate, and issues are resolved quickly. This level of efficiency and attentiveness is really rare. What was particularly helpful was that we bought a lot of items, and the hotel was able to receive our packages and deliver them directly to our room, which was incredibly convenient and reassuring. In contrast, at some five-star hotels in China, you'd often have to go to the front desk or a designated area to pick up your deliveries. The service experience here is noticeably more detailed and personalized. Furthermore, the room itself was a major plus. It was very spacious, with a well-designed and comfortable layout. The bathroom featured a semi-open design, allowing for direct sea views from the bathtub, complemented by floor-to-ceiling windows that offered expansive vistas. The overall decor was modern yet distinctive, with excellent attention to detail, making for a very relaxing stay. The bedding was also very comfortable, contributing to an extremely pleasant overall experience. Overall, from the facilities to the service details, you can feel the team's dedication. Strong Amway this treasure hotel! The whole stay was very comfortable: the front desk lady and the little brother service was superb, no matter what the consultation was, the attitude was particularly good; the cleaning aunt was particularly enthusiastic, and the toiletries and paper towels needed to be supplemented were very good. The quality of the bed in the room was great and I slept very well. What is more surprising is that the hotel is close to Gulangyu Island and the bus terminal next to it is super convenient to travel. This experience is matched with this price, and the price/performance ratio is really full.

Overall, it was pretty good. The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around. The pier is about 500 meters from the entrance, and it's just a fifteen-minute boat ride to Xiamen No. 1 Pier, making it easy to go anywhere. A concierge even proactively helped us with directions to the pier; he was really enthusiastic 👍. The ferry ticket to Gulangyu Island was only 35 RMB, and the hotel breakfast was decent too. Regarding the upgrade to a deluxe sea-view room (subject to availability on the day): I booked a superior sea-view room, and the front desk upgraded us to a deluxe sea-view family room. For the mini-bar, you need to proactively contact the front desk for refills. Also, for the cute little souvenir doll included in the package, you need to ask the front desk for it. It's a really adorable doll 🥰

The room was in Daqing, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering sea views, a bay window with a seating area, and a tea table. The breakfast was delicious; while the variety was limited, it exceeded expectations considering the 10 yuan price. The restaurant and front desk staff were also very patient, exceeding expectations. The location at Songyu Pier was incredibly convenient for catching a ferry to Gulangyu Island; arriving five minutes early was all it took. Haicang District is also beautiful and charming, with few tourists, making it a great choice for those who prefer a quiet environment and immersing themselves in local life!

Our room boasted an expansive sea view. All rooms are generously sized at over 40 square meters. Before our check-in, Jacey from the executive lounge proactively called to inquire about our preferences, which was incredibly thoughtful. She even granted us executive lounge access and complimentary breakfast. In the evening, we had a lot of fun making our own cocktails, and under Jacey's guidance, they turned out consistently great. The hotel breakfast was also fantastic, and the fitness center is fully equipped.

On the last day, I didn’t know whether it was next door or upstairs, but I spent an hour plugging in the phone charger from midnight, plugging it in and unplugging it, plugging it in and unplugging it, moving stools and cabinets, it was really annoying, and I didn’t fall asleep until after 3 a.m. If it wasn’t the last day, I would have complained! Parking is available at the door, making it convenient for commuting. It's also close to the subway entrance. The hotel room is spacious, has air circulation, is very clean, and has a treadmill. The facilities are complete, breakfast is served on the first floor, and there are also stew pots for lunch and dinner. If it rains, there are umbrellas available in the lobby to borrow. I highly recommend staying here.

It's the off-season in Xiamen, so hotel prices were relatively cheap, and they upgraded me to a sea-view room. Breakfast was at the Marriott and had a great variety. This is my third time staying at this hotel... However, today when I tried to extend my stay, the front desk deliberately made things difficult, which was a bit frustrating.

Facilities: The hotel has complete facilities and a grand appearance, which is very good. Hygiene: Good. Environment: The environment is beautiful and comfortable. Service: The staff (guys and girls) have a good attitude, are very enthusiastic, and provide thoughtful service. Thumbs up! The only minor drawback is that while the restaurant has an ultra-artistic aesthetic, the buffet breakfast was a bit disappointing. The taste was average and could be improved further to match the design and reach the same level. 😃
