This stay was truly satisfying, exceeding my expectations. We've traveled to many countries and stayed in numerous five-star hotels over the past few years, but this hotel has something truly unique and memorable: a dedicated service group for guests. Often, guests do have needs, but they might be reluctant to communicate them repeatedly or feel awkward asking. With this service group, however, any request can be communicated directly at any time. Responses are almost immediate, and issues are resolved quickly. This level of efficiency and attentiveness is really rare. What was particularly helpful was that we bought a lot of items, and the hotel was able to receive our packages and deliver them directly to our room, which was incredibly convenient and reassuring. In contrast, at some five-star hotels in China, you'd often have to go to the front desk or a designated area to pick up your deliveries. The service experience here is noticeably more detailed and personalized. Furthermore, the room itself was a major plus. It was very spacious, with a well-designed and comfortable layout. The bathroom featured a semi-open design, allowing for direct sea views from the bathtub, complemented by floor-to-ceiling windows that offered expansive vistas. The overall decor was modern yet distinctive, with excellent attention to detail, making for a very relaxing stay. The bedding was also very comfortable, contributing to an extremely pleasant overall experience. Overall, from the facilities to the service details, you can feel the team's dedication. The most correct decision for this holiday was to choose this hotel. The experience far exceeded expectations. We stayed in a full floor-to-ceiling window. The view was completely unobstructed. We really did ”facing the sea and spring blossoms”. The front desk knew that we were here to celebrate the anniversary and specially arranged a room with a high floor with a sea view, which was very intimate. The location of the hotel is also very good and it is very convenient to go to the beach. The staff is warm and will be the first choice next time!

Overall, it was pretty good. The hotel's location is super convenient for getting around. The pier is about 500 meters from the entrance, and it's just a fifteen-minute boat ride to Xiamen No. 1 Pier, making it easy to go anywhere. A concierge even proactively helped us with directions to the pier; he was really enthusiastic 👍. The ferry ticket to Gulangyu Island was only 35 RMB, and the hotel breakfast was decent too. Regarding the upgrade to a deluxe sea-view room (subject to availability on the day): I booked a superior sea-view room, and the front desk upgraded us to a deluxe sea-view family room. For the mini-bar, you need to proactively contact the front desk for refills. Also, for the cute little souvenir doll included in the package, you need to ask the front desk for it. It's a really adorable doll 🥰

Parking is available at the door, making it convenient for commuting. It's also close to the subway entrance. The hotel room is spacious, has air circulation, is very clean, and has a treadmill. The facilities are complete, breakfast is served on the first floor, and there are also stew pots for lunch and dinner. If it rains, there are umbrellas available in the lobby to borrow. I highly recommend staying here.

Our room boasted an expansive sea view. All rooms are generously sized at over 40 square meters. Before our check-in, Jacey from the executive lounge proactively called to inquire about our preferences, which was incredibly thoughtful. She even granted us executive lounge access and complimentary breakfast. In the evening, we had a lot of fun making our own cocktails, and under Jacey's guidance, they turned out consistently great. The hotel breakfast was also fantastic, and the fitness center is fully equipped.

The room is great! Sitting by the bed, you can see the sea view, there are fireworks at night, and this downstairs is the pier. It is still very important to take a boat at any time! Because there are too many people on holidays, it is difficult to take a taxi on the island, and Gulangyu is also difficult to make an appointment. Xiamen is fortunate to choose to live in Tongyu Wharf during the New Year. It is very convenient to go to the island and Gulangyu by boat. The front desk service is also very good, very warm! The independent bathroom has a wet and dry separation, and the hot water is ample and stable, making it very comfortable to use. My stay experience was fantastic; I'd love to stay here again next time!

I chose this hotel after reading the reviews, and I was not disappointed. The front desk service was very welcoming as soon as I entered the door. Parking at the door is convenient and free. 👍The decoration is novel, and there is freshly ground coffee in the lobby. It’s great to have meals delivered to the door of your room! The hotel also has a laundry room with washing and drying and a gym with treadmills which are very good. Breakfast is a buffet that combines Chinese and Western cuisine, as well as freshly cooked noodles and stewed wontons, which is so rich! This is the most satisfying hotel I have ever stayed in, highly recommended👍

This was my first time staying at a Marriott, and I was very impressed. The room was spacious and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed. The service was efficient and incredibly friendly. The breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious options, and parking was convenient. While the price was a bit high, my overall experience was excellent.

The breakfast was delicious. Gulangyu Island is nearby and fun. It's conveniently located near the pier, with a beautiful sea view. The facilities at the old Atour Hotel were quite good. The washing machine didn't work, but it was well-stocked. I also enjoyed late-night porridge and satay noodles. A bowl of porridge (a late-night snack)
