Great hotel for families with kids in Xiamen! The hotel is located right under the flight path of Gaoqi Airport, so if you're lucky, you can watch planes take off and land directly from your room, which is super exciting for little ones. The soundproofing is excellent, and the round bathtub in the room is a must-have for families with kids who love to splash around.

Everyone should stay here! My review for this hotel is a resounding 'awesome,' the only minor flaw being its location outside the city center. It's incredibly comfortable and offers great value for money. It feels very safe, with security personnel patrolling. Although it's a bit far out, it's still very convenient; the Haicang district is beautifully developed with lovely scenery, and shared electric scooters are readily available on the map. The hotel's environment and hygiene are super clean, the rooms are spacious and tidy, and the bedding is soft and comfortable. The location is excellent for getting around, and the front desk service is warm and attentive. Overall, the check-in experience was exceptionally good, and the value for money is outstanding—highly recommended!

I stayed in Xiamen for 4 days, and at the Wyndham for 2 of them. I'm glad I didn't extend my stay for the last two nights as I had originally planned. First of all, the room decor was acceptable, but I couldn't tolerate that it's marketed as a family-friendly hotel 🏨 yet doesn't provide bed rails. The kids' club facilities were also quite old, and they didn't even have the air conditioning on. Most importantly, the bedsheets and duvet covers had an odor. Even the new set they brought had an odor. For a hotel of this price, this is unacceptable. Other services were okay. The breakfast selection was also just average.

Compared to last year: cost-cutting without improved efficiency, poor hygiene, and flawed service. The Indigo Xiamen Haicang, once a great value option among Xiamen's InterContinental properties and one of the most affordable within the brand, has declined since the opening of VOCO. New revenue targets and owner pressure have made room upgrades incredibly stingy. Regardless of membership tier or peak/off-peak seasons on Ctrip, all upgrades are now to Deluxe Boutique rooms, leading to price increases during summer without a corresponding quality improvement. Most critically, room cleaning has become extremely sloppy. Peeling paint on walls, discovering a previous guest's bottle cap by the bed (I swear on Mazu this is true), and tissue refills that run out after just a few pulls—these fall short of brand standards. Even the staff at check-in failed to provide accurate restaurant operating hours. The strategy of reducing breakfast variety while enhancing quality might be sound for average occupancy, but you can no longer get Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon as a base. With no swimming pool (a significant drawback), and similar pricing, Huaxi, Crowne Plaza, and VOCO all offer better alternatives than the two Indigo hotels. Also, I hope that during future follow-up calls, the male manager doesn't play back recordings publicly, forcing guests to hear their own voices. What was good: A certain female duty manager was sincere, the concierge became more professional and attentive after the review, staff communication was appropriate, hotel marketing was on point, the facilities are still aesthetically pleasing, and the breakfast, available until 11 AM, is unique.

The hotel is quite new. The first two days of staying at the hotel have a mid-priced room with balcony sea view, and the last day, because I had to check out at 5 am, I transferred to a cheaper windowless room. Health is as good. But remember to pull the thick curtains, otherwise there will be light in the room, and you can see everything around the bed and wash basin in the room when you pass the corridor. The hotel is in the Tongyu Wharf Bus Terminal. It is the departure/terminal station of several buses (805,806,842,850,898,M5). However, before 2320, you can take the 842 bus to the Binhai North Road Bus Station and return to Tongyu Wharf before midnight. From the hotel in the morning, you can also take bus 898 to Metro Line 2 and then transfer bus 37 to Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport T3, which takes 1.5 hours. It takes about 0730 to the airport T3 departure. You can have enough time to take the flight 0930 departure. The front desk of the hotel is on the 2nd floor (compared to some mid-to-high-end apartments, the front desk is on the 30-50 floor, which is not convenient for express delivery), which is very convenient for receiving express delivery.

I am very happy to write this review as it gives me an opportunity to express the exceptional experience in my recent stay at this hotel. From the provision of an electric fan on my arrival to the items in the laundry room, every items for a relaxing long stay were in place and functional throughout my stay! The professional & friendly attitudes of the staff at every level were consistently helpful and pleasant. These definitely contributed to making my stay in Xiamen a relaxing and memorable experience. It is really like a home away from home!  The location is minutes to the Metro station on foot, and minutes away from a supermarket that sells organic and good quality food items. It’s also only 20 minutes away to walk to a lovely lakeside with beautiful trees in bloom. That’s why I continue to look for this hotel chain wherever I go in China.

Strong Amway this treasure hotel! The whole stay was very comfortable: the front desk lady and the little brother service was superb, no matter what the consultation was, the attitude was particularly good; the cleaning aunt was particularly enthusiastic, and the toiletries and paper towels needed to be supplemented were very good. The quality of the bed in the room was great and I slept very well. What is more surprising is that the hotel is close to Gulangyu Island and the bus terminal next to it is super convenient to travel. This experience is matched with this price, and the price/performance ratio is really full.

The service process is very smooth, there is no delay in travel, and it is very fast to the airport and train station.

The rooms are clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding and complete bathroom facilities. The service is warm and attentive, with prompt front desk responses. Breakfast is rich and features local Fujian (Min-nan) specialties. The accompanying pool and gym facilities are comprehensive, offering great value for money. The surrounding area is quiet, and transportation is convenient, making it suitable for both leisure and business stays. Overall, the experience was satisfying and highly recommended.

This hotel perfectly meets high-end business standards. The conference rooms are well-equipped, making it ideal for business meetings. The rooms are quiet with excellent soundproofing, and the bedding is very comfortable, allowing for a full rest after work. The breakfast selection is extensive, which makes it a great choice for business接待.
