"I chose this inn when I went on a trip with my friends. I didn't expect to be so satisfied with all aspects. The boss was very enthusiastic and had a good service attitude. He helped with the luggage when I arrived. The bedding was clean and there was a private balcony for drying clothes. The projector was also very good, which was convenient for watching movies and listening to music. There was no peculiar smell in the room. I was very satisfied with this stay and would choose this inn again in the future."

It was nice to wash laundry at the hotel and they had also drying machines.
The bed was big and the staff changed my sheets almost every night but the bed took a lot space in a small room.
The hotel is a bit difficult to find because there are no clear signs outside. It's in a office building in the 14th floor.
I thought that there is a chair in my room but I didn't have it. The table is also quite narrow to work with computer.
I ordered non-smoking room but bad air came from other rooms to my room. Luckily air conditioner removed the smell away."

"I arrived at the airport in the early hours, and the owner personally came to pick me up. They were incredibly friendly and enthusiastic, even helping me with my luggage. The hotel is super close to the airport, just a 10-minute drive away. It's also very convenient with dining and shopping options right downstairs. But most importantly, my overall stay experience was fantastic. The room was spotlessly clean and well-equipped. I had a wonderful overall impression."

"Excellent stay and great value for money! The owner's hospitality was exceptional. I would absolutely choose this hotel again given the opportunity. Having traveled extensively across the country, I'm well aware that many hotels in Xiamen lure guests with low prices, only for the actual experience to fall far short of what's advertised online, leading to significant disappointment. This hotel, however, is genuinely transparent and fair. The owner even personally picked us up from the airport, which was incredibly thoughtful and a fantastic personal touch. Highly recommended! 👍"

GGuest UserThis stay was really a pleasant surprise! The location was easy to find, and the housekeeper would call ahead! The surrounding area was very quiet, and I slept very well at night. The room was very carefully decorated, clean and tidy, and the light was very comfortable. The kitchen and bathroom facilities were very complete and very convenient to use. The guy at the front desk was very nice and gave a lot of local travel suggestions. He felt like a caring friend. It was a very relaxing stay, and I will choose here again next time!

Although it's on the second floor, there's no elevator, but you can ring for the front desk staff to help carry your luggage up. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and responsible; they even helped us carry our bags downstairs when we checked out. One day, the room cleaning wasn't thorough, but after I mentioned it to the front desk, it improved. The snacks on Zhongshan Road weren't great; if you have time, try the eateries in the nearby residential areas – they're cheaper and tastier!

YYuyuantianThe room looks exactly like the photos online. The building has apartment-style management, so everyone checking in has to register and have their face scanned at the downstairs property management office, which makes you feel very safe. It's located right by the World Trade Center Twin Towers, making shopping, getting around, and dining super convenient. Xiamen University, Nanputuo Temple, Shapowei, and the Botanical Garden are all nearby. You can see Gulangyu Island right through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the room, and the night view is stunning. The room's hygiene was excellent, with disposable bath towels, toilet seat covers, and bathtub covers all provided. The only downside was that the pillows weren't very comfortable; I'd suggest improving those. The room size is about 30 square meters.

BBeatrizWe came back to Xiamen to take the plane back to our country. Yes, the building is old, but we saw they are working on its maintenance. Everything was ok. Room perfectly clean.. I just want to add a comment: in this trip, after visiting Fuzhou, Quanzhou and Yongtai, this Homeinn hotel has by far the most tasty breakfast buffet comparing to the other hotels where we stayed this last 10 days. Additionally they have the most charming staff in the dinning room. Front desk staff was also very helpful. Congratulations.

After adding the owner on WeChat, they sent a lot of useful information about transportation, accommodation tips, and nearby attractions like Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street, which was very convenient. The hotel is also very close to the subway station, and it's easy to get to most attractions by bus or taxi. Downstairs, there are many shops, including a supermarket and restaurants, which is super convenient.

Especially the bedding was comfortable, making people sleep well until dawn. The nearby breakfast was rich and varied, and the taste was excellent. In short, this was a five-star accommodation experience, and it is highly recommended to friends who need quality travel accommodation!

BBaiMaWangziI traveled to Xiamen during the Chinese spring service with my dog and took a day trip to Kinmen Island, Taiwan, just off the coast.
This hotel was in fact an apartment building with several management companies renting out rooms on various floors. Overall the building was in a horrendous state of disrepair.
Initially, the front desk tried to put me into a room on the sixth floor which looked like a scene from a horror movie... Stains on floor, walls, dirt and garbage everywhere....I asked if this is the same room I booked and another female staff member moved me to the 9 th floor which was at least clean and updated, in the hall. The room was ok, and bed comfortable, but I've never stayed in a hotel that put sheets directly on the mattress without a minimal pad between... Luckily no bed bugs.
The room had 3 out of 8 working lightbulbs so it was very dark. The heater didn't warm up the room even at max level running all day.
Everything was old and dingy... Nothing like the photos
I had no TV or Internet service the first day until I asked for it to be repaired.
Overall, no maintenance is the problem.. But at least the woman at the front desk was helpful and kind
That only real redeeming quality of the room was the view... But the window was so dirty, it was mostly obscured.

From check-in to check-out, every staff member makes me feel at home. The facilities in the room are also very comfortable, the mattress is soft and the shower water is strong. Moreover, the location of the hotel is also very convenient, there are many delicious restaurants and attractions nearby. I will stay here next time I come to Xiamen and recommend it to my friends.
