WWan SuwanThe apartment location is in good environment, going around with taxi is fair enough, however, the building itself doesn't exist on the map, only the neighbor one does, which made us difficult to find the right building when we first arrived, plus we have no idea that the check in room, is one of the room on the 5th floor, as in the address of the hotel, it just put room 501, 521 Gaolin Road, etc. I recommend to give more details to ease the check-in of the hotel description like, 'when arrive, please contact room 501 on the 5th floor to check in', also, the hotel should pin the exact building location on the map, otherwise, guests may get lost on first arrive like us, whereas people around don't speak English to help too.
The apartment itself is clean and in good condition with good space & layout. Facilities are good enough, except, the kitchen is kind of waste because there is no kitchenette at all, they only provide bottle water, glasses/paper cup & electric kettle in the kitchen, in which we expect a hotel apartment should have at least some kitchenette like tableware, cutlery, pot or pan (as they have electric stove) and at least a microwave oven & dishwashing liquid, which partly why we choose to stay in the apartment rather than normal hotel. This is one of the upset issues that we have for this stay.
The breakfast comes as McDonald's breakfast coupon consists of one small Berger & a drink, which is fine as McDonald is on the street level of the building itself.
Plus thing is that we can request for more bottle water & the disposable towel with no additional cost. Although the disposable towel is not so good to use as towel, they are still acceptable & hygienic, so, if you want more comfort, I suggest, bring your own towel. The washer works well, no dryer, but they provide hanger with drying space where there are windows open.
The nearest large shopping center, Wanda Plaza, is nearby, taxi costs only ~CNY10, where you can find lots of restaurants & Walmart, etc.
In overall, this property is good & worth of money.

GGuest UserCame here on a business trip, the hotel is very good, especially clean and sanitary, the space is large enough, the service is in place, and it is super cool to watch movies on the big screen projection. Wanda is just down the street, so it is very convenient to eat or go shopping. It is very cost-effective and I will choose here next time.

AAnonymous UserDuring the Chinese New Year, I traveled in Fujian with my sisters. I booked this loft in advance for the Xiamen trip. Compared with several homestays in Pingtan and Fuzhou, this one actually had the best overall experience! There are two bedrooms on the upper and lower floors, with a large space, clean and tidy. I like this simple and fresh style. The daily necessities are also complete and replaced in time. The service is also very friendly and enthusiastic. They also gave me New Year's goods. Hahaha, thank you ~ best wishes!

GGuest UserThis location is absolutely incredible! You're right at Shapowei, and you can easily cycle down to Baishatan (White Sand Beach) and Music Plaza – it's all super convenient. The place is very clean, and for this price and location, with such an amazing sea view, it's an absolute steal. Truly perfect! I genuinely recommend it to everyone. I'll definitely stay here again next time. It's fantastic!

GGuest UserGood: very closed by train station like 8 mins walk. Front counter lady was helpful. Price was a deal.
Bad: cleaning is not done well, we found empty cigarette box under the bed. Provided plastic slippers were extremely dirty which we don't dared to use. Bathroom is very small jam with toilet, open shower and washing machine in approx 16sf room. Therefore, the toilet and washing machine gets wet after every use of shower. Since there was only disposable towels provided (large paper towel), we can't even use it to wipe the toilet dry. Although it's closed by Xiamenbei train station, keep in mind, it's far from tourist place in case you want to visit. It takes almost an hour by subway.

Spacious comfortable 1 bedroom apartment equipped with kitchenette, clothes washer, fridge, microwave, cook top. Big TV in living room and Bedroom.
Big shower room with strong hot water.
4 big & fast lifts serving the hotel guests.
Gym is on level 7, quite small and old
Metro Lindou station is 150m walk from main entry. Yilong Mall is opposite the hotel, accessible from the metro station underground walkway
When we arrived, we were assigned ra oom in level 5 with view over car parking and a building nearby. There was connecting door which we could hear noises from next room. Requested room change - assigned room 1709 on level 17. There was strong cooking oily.odour and the kitchen and timber floors were oily. Requested cleaning of the oil off the kitchen bench ,& cook tops, dining table and timber floor.
Breakfast buffet mainly Chinese food and minimum western food items. Very much self service style with minimum staff.
Our stay experience reflected that there is lack of hotel management effort on quality control and staff co-ordinator. It seemed hotel management and supervision did not show any interest in running the hotel.

Not like described. I asked non smoking room but got room with smoke smell and ashtray was included. Bed was hard like stone and cinema asked for administrator. Check in needed calling for landlord and without any Chinese skills it may be difficult. As well landlord asked us to register ourselves thru app and it was as well only Chinese. Not easy for foreigners. After my complaint landlord gave another apartment what was in 50th floor and bed was much more softer. Thank you for that. Strange was that normal towels were not included. Instead of normal towels there were some strange disposable towel. Building himself is almost new but some mouldering is visible and that is not nice. As well the windows were a bit dirty.

GGuest UserThe location is incredibly convenient: very close to the airport, and the subway offers direct access to all major city attractions. The service was exceptionally thoughtful; not only did they provide luggage storage, but they also helped us arrange a taxi. The room was impeccably clean, showing no signs of previous guests, with not a speck of dust even in the corners. The nearby snack street is bustling with delicious food; the Braised Pork Zongzi and Peanut Soup were absolutely unforgettable!
