However, due to an unexpected municipal issue caused by heavy rain, the hotel kindly reallocated us to a different room (shown in pictures 2-6). This was a huge, sun-drenched room with a bathtub and also a voice assistant. It was spacious and bright. Unfortunately, also because of the rain, a continuous slight noise from the ventilation system near the headboard started, but when we informed the front desk, they promptly shut it off. The lobby provides umbrellas for guests to borrow and a dedicated rack for food deliveries. On the rooftop terrace, guests can use two complimentary washer-dryer sets (washing machine and dryer). The hotel also has an elevator and a terrace. The amenities are very thoughtful and guest-centric. The front desk staff always greeted us warmly whenever we entered or left. As tourists, we really loved this hotel.
